Flexible & Feature-Rich, Needs Better Offline Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion for its flexibility and feature set. I don't need to recreate the wheel to have a layout match my understanding of a topic. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Offline usage could be improved to be better synced, even for free users. Better integration of AI. Right now it seems almost like a chatbot.

Notion as a Complete Company Operating System Across Teams
What do you like best about the product?
It has enabled us to build a complete company operating system that connects across marketing, product and documentation/knowledge management. We integrate Notion across our stack - especially Workspace and Slack.

All-in-One Productivity System with Room for Smarter Accountability
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is its flexibility and ability to act as an all-in-one workspace. I can plan my studies, track my daily routine, manage tasks, and organize everything in a structured way—from detailed modules to everyday activities. It feels like a personal system that I can design exactly how I want. The seamless syncing across mobile, laptop, and other devices makes it even better, as everything stays updated and accessible anytime, anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Notion is that it feels too passive once everything is set up. I can create detailed plans, routines, and task systems, but if I start skipping tasks or lose consistency, Notion doesn’t actively push me to stay on track. There’s a lack of smart, behavior-based reminders or accountability features. It would be much better if it could recognize when I’m falling behind and give more proactive, human-like nudges instead of just acting as a static planner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of scattered tools and unorganized workflows by bringing everything into one place. Before using it, I had my notes, tasks, study plans, and work-related documents spread across different apps, which made it hard to stay consistent and focused. With Notion, I can structure everything the way I think—whether it’s planning my study modules, tracking daily routines, or managing company tasks.
For me, the biggest benefit is clarity and control. I can see exactly what I need to do, break things down into manageable parts, and keep everything connected in one system. It reduces confusion, saves time, and helps me stay organized across both my student life and professional work.

Flexible Workspace, Needs Better Maintenance
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of each page in Notion, allowing me to configure it however we like. I really like the AI meeting notes functionality. Notion's doing a very good job of summarizing transcripts and actions. I've started to use Notion AI recently to take those transcripts and actually create documentation from them. These are the features that I'm really enjoying at the moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the road mapping is a little bit clunky. And I think, generally, it's the difficulty to keep it up to date. We do have a lot of orphaned pages. It's not that easy to keep up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to manage projects with Kanban, document our work, and keep our team aligned with a central hub.

All-in-One Flexibility That Replaces Multiple Apps
What do you like best about the product?
I like its all-in-one flexibility, it replaces multiple apps by housing notes, tasks and project trackers in one clean, centralised space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion can feel slow when you're working with large workspace, which is quite frustrating when you are in the middle of focused work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Notion I struggled with having notes in one app, tasks in another and documents scattered everywhere, now I manage everything in one place which saves me at least 30 min a day
Master Collaboration Tool with Robust Tagging & helpful AI writing assistant
What do you like best about the product?
I love the tagging feature in Notion as it helps me compile lists of key projects and break them down into subheadings, checklists, and tasks for others to be tagged in. The ability to have one main board and link loads of other mini Notion boards to it is great because it allows me to create a master deck. I also really enjoy being able to work coherently alongside my team. The transcription feature is one of my favorite things, as it transcribes everything going on during calls and provides a checklist of actions and follow-ups for the next call. I like how expansive Notion is; you can basically do everything on it. The checklist feature is a massive plus since I'm big on making lists. The initial setup was really easy, thanks to a team walkthrough that showed us things we didn't even know could be done with Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find the website itself easier to use than the app. But I am usually using it on my browser anyway. It's just when I'm using Notion on the go on my phone or on my desktop application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize projects with lists, checklists, and tagging for team collaboration. The linking of mini boards to a master board enhances project management. Its transcription feature is great for capturing meeting notes and actions, keeping my team cohesive.
