Notion + AI = IT Dream

  • September 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion (and its AI component) helps me make meaningful and useful guides that help my small IT team grow and learn together. Being able to collaborate on SOPs/Guides across a hybrid workforce is an absolute essential piece of today's world. Notion MAKES it happen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly can't think of many "bad" things about Notion. If I had one thing I would prefer, it would be that imported old SOPs that we in Word format get distorted terribly. If the import feature could better support Word format, that would be great. Not a big deal otherwise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It quickly became my IT team's bread and butter. We had no true knowledge base before; once we got Notion, it turned it around for us and became a daily staple.

Game Changer

  • September 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI has completely transformed how we handle meeting notes and knowledge management. What used to feel like scattered, disconnected information is now centralized, searchable, and easy to turn into actionable insights. The AI Writing Assistant helps us capture and refine ideas quickly, while Enterprise Search means we spend less time digging for information and more time using it to drive results. It’s been a game-changer for productivity and team alignment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is a bit steep if you are newbie. The design and approach to the UI is distinctly different from how many are used to using these types of tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note taking, meeting management, and knowledge management.

A great all-in-one project management and documentation application

  • September 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Highly customizable database-based pages where multiple views can be created from the same information. It makes managing projects while documentation them much easier. The AI search has been so great for finding information that exists in Notion and connected services but may not be organized well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be steep for new users, and setting up new systems can be complex. Also, Notion's support used to be great, but it seems to be getting worse as the company grows larger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a large group of people synchronized by keeping information up-to-date in real time and making it easier for everyone to find it.

Knowledge management services play a crucial role in helping organizations make the most of their resources. By effectively organizing, storing, and sharing information, these services ensure that valuable knowledge is accessible to those who need it. This not only improves efficiency but also supports better decision-making and innovation within the organization. As a result, the proper use of knowledge management services can significantly enhance the overall performance and resource utilization of any organization.

The AI That Lives in My Notes

  • September 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI has made my workflow way easier. I use it to write drafts, summarize long notes, brainstorm ideas, and fix up messy writing. It feels like having a smart assistant right inside Notion.

The best part is how smooth it is. No switching apps or copying text. It just works where I’m already writing and organizing.

If you use Notion, try the AI. It saves time, helps you think clearer, and makes getting started a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Notion AI struggles with deeper or more technical topics. It can oversimplify or miss key details, so I still double-check everything if it's for something important or specialized.
While it's great for general writing, it can be hard to fine-tune the tone. I'd love more built-in options to make the writing sound more casual, formal, playful, or professional without needing multiple prompts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI helps me save time by handling small, repetitive tasks like summarizing notes, fixing grammar, and brainstorming ideas. Instead of switching between tools, I can just stay in one place and get things done faster. It also helps me stay organized and focused by making my writing clearer and more structured.

Integrates with my tech stack

  • September 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a tool that integrates seamlessly within my tech stack. It is a great resource center for organizing across different teams, being able to drive project plans, and really store historical information without it being overbearing to maintain. Notion has truly made our team's collaboration stronger.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it hard to believe that Notion does not integrate with Zendesk in a way that I can see Notion articles, Notion pages within Zendesk. It's a one-way integration when I would expect it to be two-fold.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a fully global remote workforce, Notion brings us together. It keeps us in the same space and it keeps us organized. In a world where people have different preferences for tooling and documentation, Notion is one that can appeal to many.

Notion turned onboarding chaos into a searchable playbook

  • September 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion shines as a living knowledge base. Pages, databases, and backlinks make it easy to move from a “What is X?” page to the SOPs, owners, and related decisions in seconds. The global search and inline databases mean onboarding checklists, team wikis, and decision logs all live in one place—no more hunting through Slack or scattered docs. I also love page history and comments for context; seeing who changed what and why helped me trust the documentation quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Permissions and structure can get messy as spaces grow. If teams don’t agree on naming and templates, you end up with duplicate pages and stale info. Search can surface older versions unless you standardize tags/properties. Offline access is better than it used to be, but still not something I rely on for heavy work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I joined a new company and needed context about systems, acronyms, roadmaps, etc. Notion gave me a searchable, interlinked playbook: a glossary table linked to architecture docs, SOPs tied to owners, and meeting notes connected to decisions. That consolidation reduced back-and-forth pings, cut my ramp-up time, and let me contribute meaningfully within my first weeks instead of piecing together tribal knowledge.
