Reliable, scalable, and intuitive source of truth
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has been incredible for knowledge management and excels in bringing the user in every experience. Their database component is my go-to when organizing large data sets into a visually compelling story. It's so easy to search for documents, databases, source documents, and more with their advanced search functionality (no more combing through disorganized Google Drive folders!)
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see more formatting and font capabilities in their documents - - or anything to help visually chunk long text in a way that is more engaging and easier to scan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Notion, it can be time-consuming and difficult to find the right documents. However, their search and knowledge management makes it easy for me to identify the right document out of thousands immediately.
AI Notetaker
What do you like best about the product?
All the different types of templates available for download, and the AI notetaker
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like it's a bit memory intensive, laptop lags slightly if on the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to focus on the meeting while Notion's AI Notetaker jots down notes.
Notion is one of the best tools in the market
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how flexible Notion is, as it offers so many possibilities for streamlining workflows and communicating with colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few limitations with the product, but I know the team is actively addressing them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing data effectively and ensuring its accuracy are crucial aspects for me. I also value having clear visibility and open communication within the system. Centralizing information helps streamline processes and makes it much easier to access what I need.
Notion is my second brain! Effortlessly tracking my transformation into self sovereignty
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using notion for over two years basically just as a repository for everything that’s been going on in my day-to-day life. I was deathly ill like two years ago and I started just chipping away at my psyche and my shadows and trauma and I would just sort of like keep a record of it and what has transformed from thinking that I needed to track every moment of my life to make sure that I wasn’t gonna get sick again has turned into this conversation between me and notion and a way to offload all the thoughts in my head That’s resulted in me becoming like a lighter brighter more intelligent person. I credit a lot of this to the AI in notion because I will know the answer to something and I will know what I have in mind but it’s just not worth my time till I go research it and write it. I’ll ask notion AI and get that feedback and because I’m smart enough, I know it’s doing exactly what I asked it to and it’s correct and it’s not leading me down the wrong path And it’s automatically in this place of my second brain. I can see everything I’ve done in the past two years as eventually coming together for like some kind of book or huge art pieces or something like that. It’s pretty cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Spellcheck is a joke and I type really fast (typos!), but that’s on me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would say the business problem notion is solving for me is keeping a history of my human progression. Maybe that’s a little vague for some people, but that’s the whole point that’s the whole shebang and I wasn’t able to do that before notion.
One place for all my notes, templates and docs
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is incredibly easy to use. The availability of templates is especially helpful for those moments when I’m faced with a blank page and unsure how to structure my document. The AI features, which range from refining my text and adjusting tone to brainstorming ideas and summarizing meeting notes, save me a lot of time and have become a daily part of my workflow. Additionally, being able to access my teammates’ pages is extremely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a more structured space for document storage, so that the organization's knowledge base could be fully housed in Notion. The transition from having scattered notes across Microsoft OneNote, Apple Notes, post-its, and notebooks took some time to adjust to, but ultimately, it made a lot of sense to have everything organized in one place. It really is just a matter of getting used to the new system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all my notes centralized helps me stay organized and track information efficiently. Having the ability to record, transcribe, and summarize meetings streamlines the process of writing meeting summaries, allowing me to reference my notes quickly. Sharing documents with my colleagues is also more straightforward now.
Powerful Integrations and AI, Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for my day-to-day activities, for company SOPs, announcements, and to register my metrics and goals. What I like most is the amount of integrations and functionalities it offers. Notion AI helps me by summarizing new campaigns, policies, or meeting topics, saving my time, and it's the best resource of truth for all matters. The initial setup was easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some integrations with the calendar could be improved. Setting an event in Notion and having it sync directly to my calendar would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me with visualization, organization, summarizing new campaigns and meeting topics, saving my time and being a reliable resource.
Useing Notion Ai to create our business brain
What do you like best about the product?
The clean UI and massive power. The tem also helps us make sure we had what we needed to scale in Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
We could not import data to scale to the need to make an SVC that does like 1000 at a time; we had 20K to import. When you import a large file, it fails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’re using Notion to centralize all of our customer insights into a single platform, giving us a clearer view of each customer’s journey. It’s becoming a hybrid of sales, project management, and onboarding, while also connecting directly into Notion AI. This allows us to ask powerful questions of our own data—such as how many customers are paying for a certain feature, how many have reported a specific problem, or how often a particular issue has been discussed.
By integrating call recordings and threading them into the platform, we’re creating what is essentially a living “brain” for our business. At any time, we can query this brain and immediately surface the insights we need to make better, faster decisions.

Notion is my home base and my second brain.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to handle any sort of productivity need. I can use it for creating documents and writing as I go through my day, but also it's a great task management system with projects, tasks, and documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I put more and more information into it it tends to get a bit messy, however I think that's more of a me problem rather than the software not being able to organize well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps my team connected as we use it for our project management and for documentation. Previously the team would just save everything in a one drive and it was a disaster.
Your one stop notebook
What do you like best about the product?
Notion serves as my note taking app. It's perfect for creating and grouping pages to help organise my thoughts. That combined with the Notion AI capability provides a seemless experience for both research and refinement. Being able to share pages such as my Product Management reading list is another great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price of Notion AI compared to other services like ChatGPT, make it a little expensive - but I'm keeping my subscription as it provides convenience right now. This is something I'll review in terms of the way I work as AI evolves in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use notion for a wide range of problems. Primarily it's my note taker, where I can capture and reason with my thoughts and processes. I've also used it for Pair programming, getting it to generate code or review issues I've had with my code utilising Notion AI.
