What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion serves as a central hub for my team’s collaboration, consolidating all our projects and information in one place. The extensive use of databases, particularly the marketing calendar, helps us manage tasks efficiently. I appreciate its customizability, allowing us to tailor it without feeling confined. The use of templates made starting easy, and I value Notion's potential to cater to every unique need without limitations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to create sections of properties in a database. That's my dream.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion centralizes our work processes, enhancing collaboration and providing unified access to campaign information and problem-solving resources.
Great for project managment
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can share access easily to specific areas and build within that. I use it for clients to give them oversight on what I'm working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free plan has limitations, but that's understandable! Also, recently I've lost all my docs from the sidebar, not sure how to get them back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to collaborate with clients in a no-fluff way by using cards to manage projects.

I love how easy it was to set up Notion initially, which made getting started a breeze. Notion has been invaluable in solving various organizational issues, like managing calendars and keeping personal information organized in one place. I thoroughly enjoy the new automation features and the agents, which enhance usability and simplify task management. The ability to create databases and amalgamate data is brilliant, as it allows for seamless data integration. Additionally, I appreciate the continuous evolution and improvements Notion releases, demonstrating that the product isn't stagnant.

I might have a potential issue with integrating Notion with Canadian banks more easily.

I use Notion for organizing calendars, centralizing personal information, planning projects, and utilizing new automations and agents effectively.
Perfect Database Solution with Superb Accessibility
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Notion for three years and appreciate its ability to serve as a perfect, infinite database. The search features and AI capabilities make it easy to access and apply the information I need for my job. I enjoy its capacity to house all my information with files and everything, especially in premium mode. I would definitely repurchase and recommend it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't really like the guides that Notion provides. I'd rather have a better way of guiding the information than having to read and look at them. Additionally, I would prefer it if things were easier to customize exactly how I want them.

I save time on repetitive tasks like restructuring docs, creating outlines, and extracting next steps. The AI feels “native” to Notion—no copy‑paste dance between tools—so my workflow stays smooth.

I’m need to be mindful about what content I ask it to process, so I keep sensitive details minimal.

Notion AI cuts busywork by turning rough notes and scattered info into polished, actionable docs right inside Notion, saving me hours each week and keeping projects moving. Notion AI has also helped set up Notion-centric n8n workflows.
Peak Customization from Top to Bottom
What do you like best about the product?
The problem with most project management tools is that they are limited by the scope of the application and the speed of their own development team and roadmap.
While Notion also shares this limitation, it is inherently a product built for customization based on the user and use case.
I have used every software product for project management imaginable and have never found something beyond Notion that allows for complete scope at will.

What do you dislike about the product?
The speed with which I can set up databases for large projects.
There are some template features that I would like to see at the Page level for Related databases that would make my life a million times easier.

I run an M&A program so Notion allows me to track and report on all concurrently running programs.

Notion is a great all-in-one app where you can write notes, plan tasks, and manage projects easily. It’s clean, flexible, and perfect for both personal and team use. You can make your own templates, connect other tools, and keep everything organized in one place without switching between apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion can be confusing at first because it has so many features. It sometimes runs slow, especially with large pages or databases. The mobile app isn’t as smooth as the desktop version, and working offline is still limited. It takes time to fully learn how to use everything properly.

Notion helps solve the problem of having too many different apps for notes, tasks, and projects. It brings everything together in one place, making work more organized and easy to manage. For me, it saves time, keeps my ideas clear

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a gamechanger for my goal of setting up my business to run itself. The the last couple of years, I have been using it to manage tasks, to-dos, projects, customer contacts and messages, SOPs, technical documents, and so much more. I'm currently using Notion AI to help me fill in, finish, or tweak content!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's almost too powerful... finding ways to layout documents and such can sometimes be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion gives me a single, searchable database that stores all information relevant to our business. Our SOPs, vendor information, technical how-tos, projects, and so much more. Any time an employee needs to ask me a question, I add the information into Notion, so next time they can look it up!
