Notion: My go-to for organized chaos
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has become my digital brain. I use it to manage tasks, take notes, plan projects, and even draft blog posts. The flexibility to create custom templates and databases is a game-changer. Whether I'm collaborating with my team or working solo, Notion adapts to my workflow seamlessly. The recent AI features have also added a new layer of efficiency, helping me generate content and ideas faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Notion is powerful, it can be overwhelming for new users due to its steep learning curve. Some features, like database relations and formulas, require a bit of a learning curve. Additionally, the mobile app, though functional, doesn't offer the same experience as the desktop version, especially when dealing with complex pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has replaced several tools in my workflow. It combines note-taking, task management, and project planning into one platform, reducing the need to switch between apps. This consolidation has streamlined my processes, improved collaboration with my team, and increased overall productivity.
Organizing Clinic and Diet Workflows Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has become an essential part of my work. I manage my wife’s homeopathy clinic while also working as a dietician and content creator, and Notion makes handling both roles much easier. I use it to keep patient records, treatment plans, and clinic workflows in one place, while also creating and tracking diet charts and content ideas. What I like most is the flexibility, I can customize pages and databases exactly the way I need. My wife and I can update information in real time, even from different locations, which keeps everything organized and saves a lot of time.
I also appreciate how easy it is to use and implement for daily clinic and diet work. The wide range of features helps me cover everything from patient management to content planning without needing multiple tools. I use it frequently, around 3–4 times a week, and it really helps me stay organized and efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Notion feels a bit slow when there are many databases or attachments. Offline access is limited, which can be inconvenient when the internet is not reliable. For small clinics or solo dieticians, it can take some time to get used to all the features since there’s a lot to learn. Also, some advanced options are only available in the paid plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion brings all my work into one place. For the clinic, I use it to record patient history, track prescribed remedies, and update follow-ups. As a dietician, I create and store diet plans, monitor client progress, and keep quick notes ready. This means I don’t need to juggle papers or switch between apps. It saves time, keeps patient care more professional, and makes sure nothing is missed in daily workflow. I also use it to schedule appointments, plan content ideas, and maintain a knowledge base of remedies and nutrition tips. Overall, it helps me stay organized, focus more on patients, and run both clinic and diet work smoothly.

A Powerful All-in-One Workspace That Keeps Evolving
What do you like best about the product?
Notion shines as an all-in-one productivity platform. Its flexibility is unmatched — It can create everything from simple to-do lists to complex project management dashboards, all within one interface. The ability to mix databases, text, kanban boards, calendars, and more in a single page is incredibly powerful. I also love the aesthetic appeal — clean, minimal, and highly customizable. The collaborative features are excellent too, especially when working with teams or sharing pages externally. Notion AI is also a nice bonus, especially for generating quick summaries or brainstorming ideas directly inside a note.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback is performance — pages can load slowly, especially if they’re large or filled with embedded content. Offline support is still somewhat limited; while it has improved, it’s not fully reliable if you’re frequently disconnected from the internet. The learning curve can also be steep for new users — the freedom is great, but it can be overwhelming without templates or guidance. Lastly, while the mobile app works, it’s not nearly as fluid or intuitive as the desktop/web version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has replaced multiple apps for me: Trello for task management, Google Docs for writing, Evernote for note-taking, and even Excel for simple databases.
I now have a centralized hub for all my personal and professional tasks — from managing content calendars to tracking habits and storing project documentation.
The main benefit is streamlined productivity and less app-switching. It’s helped me reduce digital clutter and actually stick to my systems because everything lives in one place, and it’s tailored to how I think and work.

Great UI/UX but could a new feature.
What do you like best about the product?
The simple UI/UX design how everything is minimal, but also gives you lots of tools when typing a /.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to connect ideas together in a simple way, like Obsedian but without the complex structure and effort. This would help a lot with complex/critical thinking of ideas and topics. It would also be nice to make tables and databases have more features and put the function over form in that area.
