Highly Accessible, Needs Better Team Adoption

  • April 01, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion very accessible, which is nice because I can check on something even when I'm not in front of my computer, like on a weekend. I can do this on my phone, which saves me a step and allows me to work on things asynchronously. This feature helps me refer to things as needed and saves a bit of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Notion could be improved with more enablement, especially within different teams or pods at my company. We could probably leverage the tool more instead of using Google Docs or non-version-controlled documents. Another issue is that there are still siloed warehouses of information existing in different places, and it's a bit on the organization to ensure all their information is properly housed in Notion. There's a lack of company-wide buy-in to use Notion as the central tool, which affects how information is stored and accessed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is really helpful. It's very accessible, allowing me to check on things away from my computer, even on my phone. It saves me time by letting me work asynchronously without making extra notes or reminders.

User-Friendly and Versatile, But Needs Improved Image Embedding

  • April 01, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly Notion is. It's not stubborn like Google Docs where you have to open and navigate to the right sheet; with Notion, a document is two clicks away. Now that it's AI-powered, everything is so much easier, whether it's documentation, scheduling via calendars, taking notes, or passing down company-wide SOPs. The initial setup was very easy and basic, which I appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think image embedding could be improved. I often use it to make visual presentations and documentations of charts but it's hard to format sometimes side by side, just like Google Word. You have to be a pro at it to know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion formats my documents and presents them visually appealingly, while facilitating easy cross-referencing. It's user-friendly and AI-powered, simplifying documentation, scheduling, note-taking, and distributing company-wide SOPs.

Effortless Organization with a Modern Interface

  • April 01, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the modern interface; it's very easy to use and pleasant to look at. The charts I can make in Notion are great, especially with the special checkboxes and various icons that other software doesn't have. This really helps in keeping track of events or conferences. Notion is valuable to me because it excels at organizing and keeping track of everything. It helps me plan events and manage my day-to-day tasks and other events. The initial setup was very easy, especially since I was on an enterprise plan; I just logged into my account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably in the AI functionality. I'm sure there's a lot that you guys do that I don't know about, but maybe just making it more obvious. I feel like right now for the current AI functionality of having to search about a company is great just so you don't have to leave Notion, but honestly, out of habit, I still usually go to Claude for a more in-depth answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion centralizes my notes, making it easy to refresh on meetings. It helps organize and track events with charts and checkboxes, streamlining my day-to-day tasks.

I use Notion as an intranet for our company, Wati.io, creating assets for company-wide use. I like the ease of use, which increases platform adoption for us. The ready templates save a lot of time, and the features encourage us to continuously use Notion. The initial setup was quick and very easy, which I appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI copilot could be better and an 'ask AI' section could be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for company-wide collaboration, managing projects, documentation, and ticket raising. Its ease of use boosts platform adoption, while ready templates save us time. The features keep us engaged and continuously using Notion.

Notion’s Flexibility Keeps Everything Organized in One Place

  • March 31, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I think is best about Notion is that everything is connected in one place. It can connect to other programs such as Slack or Google Calendar, and it actually does work well instead of being a mess, so everything remains organized instead of having to use multiple programs. It is also very versatile and can work well on a daily basis, and the AI is useful for summarizing notes or creating content, which can save a lot of time. It is also very reasonably priced for what you receive, and the free version is actually useful for most people’s needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that once things are scaled up, such as a large database or a complex page, the performance may not be so smooth and may even lag a little. The learning curve is also a reality, and it may take some time to fully grasp how to use everything to the fullest. On top of that, some of the AI capabilities and other advanced features are only available in the higher-tiered plans, and the support is not very guided so that you kind of have to figure it out yourself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I was facing was that everything in my life was scattered, meaning I had my notes in one place, my tasks in another, and random ideas scattered everywhere. This was making things messy, and I was finding it difficult to keep track of things. However, with Notion, I just put everything in one place, and I’m able to find them later without overthinking.

AI Writing Assistant

  • March 31, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion allows me to share with my clients, making it easy for us to collaborate. The sharing feature allows the client to easily access the template made in Notion and input information that feeds back to me. This setup makes it simple for me to create another template or other projects as needed for the client. The initial setup of Notion was great and easy to follow, and I was able to get the hang of it over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have challenges with Notion because sometimes it doesn't save my work. I've run into that where I've had to re-input some of my data into the logs or spreadsheets I've created. This makes it tough to keep track in real time of the data that I've input.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me track and coordinate services for my business, creates templates when I need them, and allows creative flexibility. It also simplifies collaboration with clients, enabling easy template sharing and feedback.

Intuitive Design, but Slow for Large Tables

  • March 31, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Notion is its design and practicality, and the way it allows sharing information with other people simultaneously. I really like being able to insert images and icons, which helps with organization. Because it is very simple to use and has such a beautiful design, it ends up being my first choice when I manage a project. I use Notion a lot for tasks related to personal organization and to manage personal projects. I really appreciate how it solves visibility issues, making it easier to share information with the team and allowing multiple people to access it at the same time. It is visually better to look at and easy for organization and reading.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Notion is very heavy to load, so if there is a slightly larger table, or if it has a lot of data, it ends up being a bit slow to work with, even with a good internet connection. So the part about the delay in loading slightly larger, more extensive documents could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me solve visibility issues by allowing easy sharing of information, accessible to the entire team. It is simpler and visually better than other tools from Google or Microsoft, being easy to organize and read.

Efficient Note-Keeping With Some Performance Hiccups

  • March 31, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I mostly like Notion's UI because for my notes, it's easier to navigate and get the relevant information. I find Notion very effective in storing and presenting a lot of working notes, like commands and log output. The initial setup was very easy, though it did take some time to build a custom visualization template for my notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I see that it takes lots of time to load. Which I did not like
