Effortless Navigation, Useful for Information Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion as a resource guide to navigate updates in the workforce and tackle learning challenges. It holds all the notes and compliance updates needed to support internal service processes. I like how easy it is to navigate Notion. I use a lot of the save options like favoriting guides that I need quick access to while handling calls. The initial setup of Notion was very easy; it wasn't really hard to import information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to search direct summaries in a guide. I would like to see more suggestion of the exact wording when looking for something and not just the guide suggested to be related.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to navigate workforce updates and challenges, and it helps maintain notes and compliance updates, supporting my role in providing accurate information to customers.
Effective for Personal Organization, Challenging Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can share Notion with my team, which allows them to have visibility and insights into what projects I'm working on. It lets everybody know how I am spending my time and how much work I actually do. I also appreciate that I have it integrated with my Slack and calendar, making it really great for transcribing my meeting notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's kind of complicated. When I want to design something, working with templates can be challenging. I've got templates I really like, but I can't figure out how to get them to integrate properly, and the AI feature hasn't been helpful in that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me stay organized, manage my to-do list, and prioritize tasks. Sharing with my team provides them visibility into my projects and workload.

Highly Customizable with Powerful AI Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how customizable Notion is, especially with the recent addition of dashboards which was awesome and made my life much easier. I've been extremely impressed with Notion AI, and I've been telling my friends that they should get it. The lack of rate limits is huge, and I find it integrates very well with Notion, which was the whole point of me looking into AI to begin with. I love showing off my dashboard and pointing out that I don't have to manually update any of this data. It's all pulled through API calls, and then the AI can look into all these different things and give me really personalized advice or spot things I might have missed. It's very specific to my life and context.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the code block AI seems to have trouble seeing Into it and making edits to it due to the formatting. So I think the formatting of code blocks can kinda mess with it a bit, which can make vibe coding within Notion a little tricky sometimes, but I've managed to work around it by just doing full replace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as an external brain, storing data and documents, which helps me focus on problem-solving instead of memorizing details. It organizes my life's data, making problem-solving easier by providing personalized insights without manual data entry.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way I can change things from a table to a chart or different views in Notion. The initial setup was also pretty smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be great if I had a bar that would show me when and where I've been mentioned as it's hard to find. Like when someone comments my username I get an email. But sometimes I can't find where they left the comment when I'm in Notion.

I use Notion for organizing and tracking assets going live, and I like that I can change things from a table to a chart or different views.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a central location to deposit and reference materials across multiple departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of information in there, and it often seemed daunting prior to the new AI search feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teammates in other departments are great resources, but sometimes they're busy doing their own jobs and are not able to "jump on a call" or "answer a question" in the moment. Using notion, I have access to their "brains" without needing them to take time for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how user-friendly Notion's interface is, making it easy to use day to day. It does a good job of gathering data from multiple sources to compile a full answer quickly, which eliminates a lot of time researching for answers. I also appreciate the team workspaces and the AI writing assistant, which enhance knowledge management and make it easy to find everything I need. Notion acts as a hub for all things related to my company, saving a lot of time with its automatic processes. The seamless transition when setting it up for my team was also a highlight.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Notion was easier to browse other workspace opportunities, and directed to those resources for more in-depth research. Specifically, when it comes to joining new workspaces, it’s not easy to find a workspace without being directly invited into it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as a knowledge resource center to manage data efficiently. It centralizes answers, reducing research time, and its user-friendly interface compiles data comprehensively. Its team workspaces and AI assistants streamline company processes, acting as a hub for easy access to everything I need quickly.
Facilitate Access and Organization of Information
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how organized Notion is. I also appreciate the ease of access to information and how relationships between data are managed efficiently. The visualizations in Notion seem quite good to me. Additionally, Notion's artificial intelligence is great, which adds significant value to my experience. I didn't find the initial setup of the product difficult, which made my adaptation easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I don't quite understand the difference between one thing and another, for example between creating a folder or a table.

Notion provides me with access to information and allows establishing relationships between the data.
