Fun and exciting
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the flexibility to create a project management workflow that suits my needs.

It can be a bit complicated to use and seems to require at least some understanding of software engineering.

Handling several projects and tasks simultaneously can be challenging, but it is an essential part of my workflow.
Flexible Note-Taking with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely appreciate Notion's flexibility and how seamlessly it integrates into my daily workflow. The ability to link between pages and treat each text segment as a standalone block is fantastic. Notion's AI features and the diversity in database views enhance my productivity, and I love being able to share public sites with others who don't use Notion. The suggestion mode versus direct edit mode is a much-valued addition, and the real-time collaboration with visible avatars or emojis greatly enhances the teamwork aspect. Moreover, the cloud sync feature is a game-changer, providing a unified experience across devices, solidifying my preference for Notion over alternatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find organizing multiple pages in Notion challenging, especially when creating databases or team landing pages. Starting with a blank canvas is quite difficult, and I believe the templates are mediocre and not user-friendly. The formatting limitations within tables in Notion frustrate me, as I can't incorporate bullets or add comments to specific parts. Furthermore, the distinction between tables and databases is perplexing because tables lack flexibility, while databases are too rigid. This complexity is irritating. Additionally, I'd prefer the ability to insert badges or statuses directly within pages in a straightforward manner. Lastly, Notion's free plan seems limiting, and I might consider alternatives like Google Docs due to their more generous offering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to centralize company documents and personal notes into a single accessible source, enhancing visibility. It eases starting new notes, though linking them intuitively is challenging. The ability to share sites, link pages, and collaborate in real-time is beneficial.
Powerful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how flexible it is — it feels like you can build anything you need, from a simple to-do list to a full project dashboard. It’s replaced so many separate tools for me, and I like that everything lives in one place. The mix of structure and creativity is perfect — I can stay organised without feeling boxed in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can feel a bit overwhelming, especially when you’re first setting things up. There’s a learning curve before you figure out how to make it work exactly the way you want. It can also get a little slow with bigger pages or heavy databases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to feel all over the place with my notes and tasks scattered across different apps. Notion’s helped me centralise everything — work projects, event planning, even personal to-dos — into one clean system. It’s made me more organised and less stressed because I always know where to find things.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the way the file tree is organized, and I like that everything functions as a database. It’s convenient to move seamlessly from backing up AI chat sessions to quickly putting together a website, or even creating a gallery for my sister-in-law’s wedding, all at the speed I can navigate through the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve created dozens of pages and shared them with my coworkers. I’ve also used it to back up data for others. I even demonstrated to someone just how quickly you can build a website and have it online with almost no effort required. Still, I remain the only person I know who actually uses it. I suppose that’s a sign I’m not cut out for sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform allows you to quickly create pop-up databases and websites, making it easy to maintain long-term records. I also enjoy browsing through the wide variety of templates available, which often helps me discover something new.
AI Writing Assistant Saves Time, Boosts Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion's AI writing assistant incredibly helpful, saving a lot of time by providing good summaries, transcribing meetings, and organizing notes. I enjoy the database feature for its ability to easily filter and sort information.

I find the lack of a hierarchical structure in Notion pages challenging, as it can be hard to navigate unless I know the exact name of the page I'm looking for or it's within a database.

I find the product streamlines documentation, providing an internal repository and searchable access through AI integrations, saving time with meeting transcriptions and summaries, enhancing productivity.
Modern Tool with Great UX, Minor Price Concerns
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Notion for its ease of setup and ability to consolidate notes, which has made running my business smoother. Creating markdown pages and documentation is intuitive and efficient, with the note-taking feature being a valuable addition. Its nice interface, modern UI, and UX enhance my experience significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a huge fan of the aggressive upcharging for the AI agent. It feels like they're trying too hard to increase costs in this area.

As with most software, Notion occasionally introduces bugs during updates that affect functionality. For instance, duplicating templates sometimes causes features to break or behave unexpectedly, and newly released features may contain a few minor bugs.

Notion has enabled us to create a customized CRM tool with multiple integrated features. It has reduced the need for numerous applications & multiple browser windows for specialized tools. These customized systems improve usability & allows for smoother workflows.

Great repository to document things internally but hard to use on the day to day
What do you like best about the product?
It is fully customizable, and easy to use. It's like a hyper-boosted word document where you can organize everything, much more organized, with bullets, subsections and all conected. We use it weekly

It is tediously hard to keep it updated, since you forget everything that is there. Plus, it is not easy to read everything to see if all is Ok or not. It static, like a silo and it takes time if you really want it to work

Notion - A Complete Life Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy notion the most due to its capability to not only integrate with existing services that I use, but also the flexibility of the software as well. Notion allows me to create two different workspaces (Personal & Work). This matters tremendously to me I use one workspace for my professional matters, healthcare/finance, and the other for personal planning, development, and even effortless communication with my significant other as our schedules filter into the software. We are able to plan individually and collectively, while I am also able to maintain my professional matters securely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is easy to use, but also highly customizable. Customization creates complexity, so I will acknowledge the steep learning curve. It took me about a week or so (~2 hours) to begin to feel comfortable when navigating through the software. Albeit time consuming, the reward is well worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would say that the biggest benefits of using notion would be complete organization, intergration, and ease of recollecting what was discussed in the meeting, as all my meeting notes are transcribed and summarized by AI.

The ease of creating folders that will be easily linked together. Makes keeping notes and forms accessible.

Sometimes a little difficult to create charts or more complex organizational pages.
