A Hub for Collaboration and Knowledge Management
What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to draw within Notion or to integrate Notion pages with other drawing tools. This feature would allow me to better control my thoughts and enhance my overall experience with the tool.

I use Notion to stay organized by connecting everything in one place, serving as a hub for personal and team knowledge management with enterprise search capabilities.
Great for Centralized Knowledge, but Export Formatting Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Central hub for all company knowledge and documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ease of export and import of content from outside of Notion - formatting is superb when using Notion, however, trying to export that formatting to PDF etc is not exactly like-for-like in terms of appearance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have internal product experiment repositories and one of the most time-saving features has been Notion AI - both in terms of searching through the repository for previous experiments as well as incorporating learnings from past experiments in the repository when writing new experiment plans. Notion AI has context of everything in the repo and brings that in to the ideation and planning when writing new plans.
Notion Makes Team Note-Taking and Taskboards Easy to Manage
What do you like best about the product?
Notion was helpful to manage notes I would say it was useful for the task board and note taking where eveyrone is able to access it. easy to implement as well
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the note taking just took too much time and it was too complex, i was able to do the same on a word document or google sheets

I don't use notion anymore, it was benefiting the company to have everyone just keep notes in one spot.
A Must-Have Tool for Efficient Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion for its user-friendly setup and the ease with which it syncs across all my devices, including laptop, computer, and phone. It's incredibly effective for managing my personal life and university studies, making organization seamless and efficient. Notion's flexibility acts like a sandbox, allowing me to write, codify, and organize anything. The AI tool is especially impressive, aiding in generating lists and summaries, making my tasks even more efficient. This software saves me significant time in organizing my life, helping with both personal and academic activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dislike Notion's lack of native support for languages written from right to left, like Hebrew. As a native Hebrew speaker, using Hebrew in Notion is technically possible but very problematic. The text formatting becomes a mess, with misaligned characters and fonts that do not work well. This limits my ability to use my native language seamlessly within the platform.

I use Notion as a platform for organizing my life, saving time by centralizing tasks, ideas, and studies. Notion's AI enhances productivity by automating tasks like list making and summarizing, adding to its organizational benefits.
Game-changer for small business! Efficient for Tasks and Research, but would love AI image creation
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI is great at taking care of the busy work like research, building to do lists, contact lists. It's very detailed and takes into consideration the specific brand i'm working on so answers are relevant. For a small company like mine where I am not ready to hire an assistant yet, it's perfect. And when I do eventually hire an assistant, I'll still have them use Notion AI to get through the busy-work faster than they could on their own. It's easy to implement into my processes, and is now a daily part of my project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could also create visual concepts to help me workshop marketing assets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking care of busy work and research that I need, but I don't have time to do.
Flexible Layering and Powerful Relational Database Make Daily Use Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it’s flat; I can layer as much as I want to honor it or I can have it as minimalist as I desire it to be. Also, the relational database is absolutely a game changer. I was able to learn how to use it pretty quickly even though its number of uses are vast. Now, I’m able even though its number of uses are vast. Now, I’m able to use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everyone seems to have an opinion about it. However, I find that much of the available information is either poorly explained or simply not relevant to my particular use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe Notion is an excellent tool for managing my GTD, RPM, and PARA workflows. It also allows me to efficiently track vehicles and couriers, making it a versatile platform for my needs.
