What do you like best about the product?
I like the UX design, the AI feature to search across our company's Notion pages, and how scalable it is to build as detailed of handbooks as I need to empower our employees to retrieve the info they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve to efficiently built a Notion page is steeper than other similar tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves our need to have a source of truth for readily available information that employees can go to when they have questions about HR policies.

Sometimes the personalization can be a bit daunting, it took a while to learn within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having my knowledge base in a centralized platform makes it easy to locate items and save interests for future use.
Super Customizable & Saved Me Hours!
What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive and easy to use. The UI is very simple which brings a lot less chaos to my day. It makes my notes easy to find. The databases I use frequently and allow me to easily set up Notion to work in the way I want it to.
I've only ever had to reach out to customer support once and it was a breeze. They were fast to respond!

What do you dislike about the product?
It's trying to be too much! I don't need it to be a calendar and a mail platform. I use Notion for notes and as a wiki. I feel like they other new features are being too forced and don't offer enough that's different enough from Google Calendar Gmail etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me organize my user research call information! We use it as a team wiki and because our organization already used Notion it saves us from having to purchase another design research tool for storing our research.
Notion AI Centralizes Everything, Though Setup Can Be Tricky
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how Notion streamlines everything, allowing me to keep all my content and items in one place without the hassle of searching for them myself. Notion AI has truly changed the game by bringing together information from across my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting things up at the start can occasionally be a bit challenging, especially when it comes to connecting multiple databases and figuring out how they interact or integrate with each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is centralizing all of our organization's content, making it simple to locate everything from employee processes to user help articles. Notion AI enhances this by surfacing answers from across our organization and connected applications, making it even easier to find information and put it to use. The Meeting Transcripts feature is a real game changer, accurately capturing my meetings and presenting the key points in a concise, easy-to-digest format. I can then further simplify these notes into my preferred format with just one command.

I appreciate how seamlessly Notion fits into our company workflow, as everything was already set up, making the initial experience straightforward. The platform has been incredibly helpful for setting up and managing resources, especially the convenience of having all communication resources in one place. This integration simplifies my search for information, particularly regarding partnerships, and enhances efficiency by allowing easy access to necessary resources. I also find the ability to manage knowledge effectively within Notion beneficial. Overall, these features contribute to a smooth workflow, leading to a high level of satisfaction with the tool.

Comprehensive and Intuitive, But Needs Better Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
It is very comprehensive and fairly intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure where to start for learning Notion. I have been just searching for youtube training videos but I need a more structured onboarding tutorials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Notion as a corpus of knowledge for a graphrag chatbot.
Notion AI is awesome for creating study guides
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to build a space for each class.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve to do everything. I was able to figure out what I needed pretty easily but there is SO MUCH you can do with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI easily takes all of my notes and powerpoints and answers the study guide questions for me saving a ton time in study guide creation and more time to actually study.
Great for Centralized Notes, Needs Better AI Voice Recognition

All meetings notes in one place. Integrations with other apps helps make it easier.

The AI meeting notes can do better with voice recognition and identifying speakers

I love using Notion for its intuitive and straightforward setup, which makes it very easy to use. The simple UI significantly enhances my experience as it helps me and the team navigate tasks efficiently. As a product designer, I greatly value the ability to record, store, and share research notes across team members. Notion serves as an excellent company-wide Wiki, streamlining our documentation process. I appreciate how its customizable features, particularly the data tables, help organize documents and Wiki setups in a way that suits our needs perfectly. Moreover, the Notion AI is invaluable, saving me time by extracting insights from transcripts and helping to keep everything organized in one place. This tool has significantly reduced our need for a dedicated user research tool, thereby saving the organization money. Notion is well-recognized and widely adopted, making it easy to onboard new team members. I also find that Notion works exceptionally well for startups because of its familiarity to people in this environment.
What do you dislike about the product?

I would like Notion to be more mobile-friendly, as the user experience on an iPad is different from that on a computer.
