All-in-One Workspace That Streamlines Organization and Collaboration

  • November 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Notion's all-in-one workspace that combines notes, docs, databases, and task management in one platform. Its flexibility to create tailored workflows and its clean UI help keep work organized and accessible. It also helps me publish these and share with clients as part of guide resources or documents whenever needed
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion has a steep learning curve at the start, which requires investing time in setup and training. Performance can slow down when handling very large databases, and offline functionality is limited. Google Docs is simple and more convenient if you are a beginner user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion replaces multiple disconnected tools like documents, spreadsheets, and project trackers by unifying them into one collaborative space, improving productivity and knowledge sharing across teams.

Visually Pleasing, Versatile, Yet Needs Easier Setup

  • November 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Notion for about six months to manage my business, and its ability to handle a diverse range of data types from different projects or tasks is a major benefit. What truly set Notion apart from previous solutions like Evernote was its unique features and benefits, which I hadn't found elsewhere, prompting an immediate switch. The initial setup was straightforward and getting to where I was with Evernote was easy. As I explore more, I spend time understanding how to maximize the features that work for me. Notion solves the problem of managing and storing various data types in a visually pleasing and organized way. This helps me keep tasks, notes, and general information structured efficiently. I love the database setup feature, which allows me to categorize information easily. The integration of Notion AI has been increasingly beneficial, and I find its note-taking capabilities fantastic. Discovering more features as I use it more makes it an evolving tool that continuously adds value. Integrations with Google Drive and Slack also enhance its usability. The promise of continued evolution and AI support is a huge benefit for keeping my data and tasks well-tracked and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the ease of setting up individual pages in Notion a bit challenging. It took me a while to understand the structure of how notes, pages, and tasks work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to manage and store data visually across projects, keeping information organized and accessible, which streamlines my business management.

Great for Project Management and Knowledge Management

  • November 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is incredibly flexible as a knowledge management and project management solution. I use it to document internal processes, verify those pages and make them available for Notion AI so my colleagues can easily find the information they're looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be easy to become overwhelmed with messy teamspaces and lots of unfinished/draft pages. I don't dislike the graph view of databases but I would love for this to be stronger, better visualisations and more customisation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal documentation with AI search layered on top. This enables us to build out a robust set of documentation for internal processes that can be accessed by Notion AI

Great Automation Potential, But Forms Need More Flexibility

  • November 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the possibilities it can have to streamline and help automate our systems to customers for consultations, new events, and however else we can grow!

Customer support has also been so helpful and quick to schedule!
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the forms to be very underwhelming. I wish we could format the layout and have more than one prompt or property under a question..
example: Under "Bridesmaid Bouquets" I'd love to be able to write in a # and then take notes about the bouquet styles, all in one block.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping us with meetings and consultations have everything in one page.

Highly Customizable and Fast-Evolving, But Requires Some Learning

  • November 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how modular it is so it can be tailored to anyone's needs. I also like how often and quickly they upgrade to compete with the rest that's on the market
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit confusing, when connecting linked views etc., it does have a bit more of a learning curve for the ones that want to use it to the maximum
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project managing needs, sorting through information and classifying or summarizing it, keeping everything relevant neat and tidy in one place. Especially agents doing a lot on our behalf.

Versatile Tool with Great UI, Slight Setup Challenge

  • November 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Notion for managing various aspects of my work such as budgeting, salary tracking, and planning trial plans. It was recommended to me as a planner tool, enabling me to organize tasks like a planning book or to-do list and sprint items. Notion is incredibly helpful and manageable, making it easy to handle everyday to-do lists, which really enhances my productivity by effectively listing out things that need to be done by the end of the day. Additionally, I appreciate Notion's dynamic templates and the ability to create and share perfect templates among users, which I find very helpful. The user interface (UI) is also excellent, and the configurable elements make it superior compared to its competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the profile setup with Notion a bit challenging. It is not only somewhat difficult but also time-consuming to find the right template with configurable items. Additionally, I think there is room for improvement in the real-time session capabilities when making or editing templates, or handling components and the overall UI. This lack limits personalization, which would otherwise enhance the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Notion resolves daily task management issues, offering easy-to-manage to-do lists that improve my productivity.
