What do you like best about the product?
That everything can be in one place- notes and calendar and task management. And that it can be very modular
What do you dislike about the product?
that it takes a lot of maintanence- weekly if not daily- and the UI can be a little restrictive (need more types of database views and buttons), the learning curve is steep

It allows me to organize my freelance life to a very granular degree
Super Flexible and Easy to Use for Project Management and CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Super flexible, yet easy to use. We use it for project management, our ATS, internal intranet (knowledge base) and CRM. Some of the new AI features have been really cool, like automatic field updating based on a text prompt (i.e. Complete this field based off the document in the column titled "CV". Input any relevant experience related to X).
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it's so robust, some things aren't quite as intuitive as if I purchased an off-the-shelf CRM. But that's a trade-off I'm willing to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started using Notion as an affordable yet flexible ATS tool.
We've since come to utilize for most of our business processes, including sales CRM, project management tool & internal knowledge base.

Customizable and Powerful, Yet Sometimes Slow
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using Notion for managing my work because of its impressive organizational capabilities, particularly when it comes to keeping my research notes and meeting notes well-arranged. The linked database feature is particularly valuable as it allows me to organize all meetings related to a project or specific topics seamlessly together. One of the standout features of Notion is its customizability, especially in setting up databases. I appreciate the ability to set up various types of views and properties, which enables me to tailor each database to meet my specific needs. Despite the initial setup time being lengthy due to the necessity of creating a personalized workspace, the customizability in designing a page that suits my workflow is amazing. This level of flexibility means I can create an organizational system that works uniquely for me, which is an outstanding aspect of Notion that I truly appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating when the database has too many entries as it causes the page to take a very long time to load. Additionally, pages with lots of images also experience slow loading times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize all my work, efficiently managing meeting and research notes with its linked database feature, which keeps everything related to a project together.
Effortless Project Management with Smart AI Assistance

What do you dislike about the product?
I have been searching for a template that functions as a "quick note" or "To Do List," but I still haven't found exactly what I need.

Personal/Work User
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to create my own pages and methods of tracking information and notes without relying on the restrictions of other applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see better use of the automations. There are times where I want to minimize the amount of items I have on a page, and having something like an auto archive feature after a certain status change would be helpful. Right now I have to use filters which don’t always stay. The goal is to build a notion that can be automated.
I would really like to the agent as well.

Simplifies Scheduling and Data Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion is simple and easy to use, which makes finding data a breeze. I enjoy using it to prepare for customer calls and respond to emails based on the comprehensive data stored in the platform, which enhances my efficiency significantly. The initial setup was straightforward, allowing me to get started with minimal hassle. I find the platform's versatility valuable, as it allows me to manage schedule calendars, look up data, capture sales knowledge, take notes during meetings, and track tasks seamlessly. Notion's ability to support multiple functions in one place simplifies my workflow, making it a highly recommended tool for anyone looking to boost their productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the integration between Notion and other tools such as Google Calendar and Gmail lacking. It is challenging to connect these platforms to effectively add or block time for preparation or completion of tasks, which would greatly enhance my workflow. Additionally, there is a need for better data synchronization between Notion and these external tools to ensure seamless transitions and updates across all platforms I use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to efficiently schedule calendar events, track tasks, and quickly find sales knowledge. It helps me prepare for calls using stored data and is simple to set up and use.

Ultimate All-in-One Workspace for Work and Study
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Notion is its incredible flexibility as an all-in-one workspace.
It's not just one tool; it's a set of building blocks (like text, databases, calendars, and code) that lets you create a single, custom hub for everything.
For Job: I can manage complex projects, create a team wiki, track tasks, and take meeting notes—all in one place.
For Study: I can build a "second brain" to take class notes, organize your research, track your assignments on a calendar, and plan your thesis.

What do you dislike about the product?
Limited Native Charts: The built-in charts (bar, line, donut) are very basic. They lack the advanced customization that tools like Excel or Google Sheets have had for decades.
Clunky Workflow: You can't edit data directly from the chart view; you have to go back to the database.
Slow & Limited: Charts based on complex databases (with many relations or rollups) can be extremely slow to load.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of fragmented tools and scattered information. How Notion Solves It: Notion's core feature is Databases with Multiple Views. You enter your tasks once into a master database, and you can instantly look at that same data as a:
Kanban Board (to see task status)
Calendar (to see due dates)
Timeline / Gantt Chart (to see project duration and dependencies)
Table (to see all data in a "spreadsheet" view)
List (for a simple, clean view)
