What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, helps me be more organized and helps me write notes easier to understand

At the moment, I really enjoy everything Notion offers and find it extremely helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone with ADHD, I find it really helpful to have everything organized in one place. It allows me to keep track of my notes, planner, and to-do list all together, which makes managing my daily tasks much easier.
Customizable Workflow Masterpiece
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion is completely customizable, allowing me to create setups as simple or as complex as I desire. This flexibility means I don't have to rely on multiple apps, as I can tailor Notion to suit both my work and personal management needs, especially for calendar organizing and time management. I also appreciate how quickly I was able to set up Notion. It took just a few minutes to create my initial pages, and from there, I've been able to progressively learn and develop more intricate pages. Integrating Notion with my Google Calendar is another feature I find quite beneficial, enhancing my work organization. Overall, these aspects make Notion a highly valuable tool for me, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The linking of different graphs and databases in Notion can be tricky at times, which can cause some difficulties in effectively organizing and interrelating information the way I need. Additionally, there seems to be some lack of visual creativity within Notion, which can make designing visually appealing pages or databases challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for calendar organizing, time management, and creating consistency. Its flexibility allows me to design setups as simple or complex as needed, avoiding multiple apps and streamlining my personal and work management.

Its very easy to navigate and I use it all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot create notes by hand and I would like to, although I am satisfied with it. Sometimes when I'm using notion offline, it won't save some of my notes nor will it have a backup when I get back online.

Notion helps me take note of the notes and procedures I need for work.

I have a lot of meetings and it can be quite challenging keeping up with meeting notes. AI meeting notes helps me focus on the meetings while obtaining a detailed summary at the end.

Additionally, when I need specific Q&A chat details, Notion’s AI can efficiently retrieve and create reference pages for me. This functionality significantly streamlines the management of related notes and researching details around projects or events, making my workflow more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I experience occasional glitches with Notion, where the AI sometimes needs to repeat steps or cannot perform tasks it previously completed for me. Though I am confident these can be resolved, they disrupt the workflow. Additionally, the initial setup was not straightforward, involving back-and-forth adjustments, and I'm still learning how to use it effectively.

It helps me store everything that's in my brain in one place. As a highly creative entrepreneur this is incredibly valuable and has made me way more effective and productive.

Notion is the single most powerful personal workspace I’ve used as a Product Manager. It acts as my thinking canvas—whether I’m brainstorming product ideas, structuring solutions, writing PRDs, or capturing design/code/infrastructure references. The flexibility of databases, inline AI, and page linking lets me build a system that mirrors how my mind works. I especially love how the new AI features help with writing, summarizing, and improving communication clarity. It feels like a personal productivity engine that adapts to me, not the other way around.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion can feel slow when working with heavy databases or switching between pages quickly. Offline support still isn’t fully reliable, which affects usage during travel or spotty network situations. The mobile app can be clunky for editing large pages, and while AI is helpful, it still lacks deep automation capabilities unless paired with external tools. These aren’t deal-breakers, but they interrupt flow occasionally.

As a Product Manager, Notion has become my personal operating system. It helps me organize ideas, product concepts, and solution frameworks across design, code, and infrastructure layers. I also use it to track my personal finances, goal progress, and daily routines. The AI-assisted writing and process trackers significantly improved the clarity of my communication.

This functionality streamlines the process of organizing data, enabling me to specify and customize columns according to my needs and add multiple filters for better data visualization. The AI component helps in creating an efficient workspace that offers a holistic view of various activities across the company. I particularly appreciate the ability to easily integrate different tables, providing a unified perspective on our operations, whether related to my team in growth or to coordinate with the customer success team. This feature is invaluable as it facilitates cross-team communication and coordination while also enabling us to leave comments directly within Notion, enhancing collaborative workflows significantly. Furthermore, I enjoy the simplification of our traditional spreadsheets as Notion consolidates all our data management into a single platform, effectively removing the dependency on multiple spreadsheets. This not only aids in comprehensive information tracking on a single page but also provides beneficial summarization features, making it indispensable for our daily operations and planning activities.

I use Notion for meeting notes, task management, and centralizing my documents, and I love how it effectively solves these needs. The meeting notes feature is fantastic, making it easy to organize and retrieve documents efficiently. I appreciate Notion's support and flexibility, which are standout elements for me. The community support is incredibly helpful, assisting me in discovering the best ways to utilize Notion's capabilities. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, and I sometimes integrate it with Zapier, which enhances my workflow without any hassle. Despite these premium features, I still consider the overall value significant given the high recommendation score of 10 out of 10 I gave.
