The integration of Notion AI into the process is a standout feature for me, as I can simply tell it what I want, making document creation and managing tasks a breeze. Versatile Tool with Excellent Collaboration Features
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion to be incredibly helpful for project management and customer record maintenance at my company, printIQ. It fills in the gaps left by other tools like Zoho Projects, providing a better user experience, especially with customer-facing access. I particularly enjoy the meeting notes transcription feature, which is amazing, and the new AI search capabilities that make finding information across various sources seamless. The database/table view structure is another standout feature, allowing me to customize columns for specific information or tags, enhancing the organizational aspect. I also appreciate the collaboration functionalities that enable notebook sharing with multiple users, fostering teamwork and efficient communication. Setting up Notion was very simple and easy for my team, making the transition smooth, and I am highly likely to recommend it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the desktop app to be quite heavy on performance, which can impact its efficiency and responsiveness. Streamlining it to improve memory usage would be beneficial. Additionally, there's a need for more integrations with other platforms, particularly with Office365 and Microsoft Outlook for better email management. Also, I have a desire to connect an external AI agent through MCP, but currently, the only option available is Claude, which I am not interested in using.

Unmatched Versatility and Features—The Ultimate All-in-One Workspace
What do you like best about the product?
Notion's core appeal is its Extremely High versatility and Number of Features, serving as an all-in-one digital workspace for notes, project management, and databases. This consolidation reduces context-switching and supports a Very High Frequency of Use among dedicated users.
However, this power comes at the cost of a significant learning curve and moderate Ease of Implementation. While basic functions are easy, building complex systems with relational databases and formulas requires time and effort. Using the vast Template Gallery helps accelerate the start.
Ease of Integration is moderate-to-high thanks to its API, allowing it to connect with other essential apps. Finally, Customer Support is considered moderate, relying heavily on its excellent Help Center and active community for troubleshooting advanced issues. Ultimately, Notion demands an upfront time investment that rewards users with a deeply customized, interconnected personal or team system.
Its super easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
Steep Learning Curve and Complexity: Notion's flexibility means users often face a "blank canvas" dilemma. Mastering advanced features like relational databases, formulas, and complex filters requires a significant time investment, leading to "configuration fatigue" rather than immediate productivity.
Performance and Speed Issues: As workspaces grow and pages become complex, Notion can become noticeably slow and sluggish. Since the desktop and mobile apps often act as web wrappers, they lack the fast, responsive, and native feel of specialized applications, particularly frustrating for quick note-taking.
Weak Mobile and Offline Experience: The mobile app is frequently criticized for being clunky and slow, hindering quick capture. Furthermore, the offline mode is unreliable, requiring manual setup and failing to load entire databases when an internet connection is lost.
Limited Depth in Specialized Areas: While it does many things, Notion doesn't fully replace tools with deep functionality, such as the advanced reporting of dedicated project management software (e.g., Jira) or the robust calculation power of programs like Excel.

Centralized Ecosystem (Single Source of Truth): By providing an all-in-one workspace, Notion ensures all related data (tasks, notes, plans, resources) is interconnected and lives in one place. The benefit is instant context and reduced time wasted searching across platforms.
Custom Workflows and Scalability: Instead of forcing users into rigid systems, Notion allows users to build custom workflows using its linked databases and views (tables, Kanban, calendar). The benefit is a highly efficient system that perfectly matches the user's specific needs, leading to Digital Clarity and more time spent on actual work.

Centralized Management with Creative Freedom
What do you like best about the product?
I love the freedom that Notion offers, especially with the Business license we have, as it allows me to create infinite pages and unleash my imagination. The ability to create and share pages easily with our clients is invaluable, and publishing pages online is a great benefit for us. Additionally, I greatly value the large Notion community that provides templates, which makes the content creation process even easier. This flexibility and community support truly enrich our experience with the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Notion could integrate with more applications, like HubSpot. Also, the integration with GitHub disappoints me a bit. Although I understand that Notion is a database, I would like to be able to have customized views of GitHub projects within Notion to coordinate them better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to centralize everything and I have the freedom to create and share pages online, which facilitates the management of products, sales, marketing, and human resources.

Indeed, I find Notion very comprehensive, which makes it easier for me to offer valuable content to my followers and help them in an accessible way. It is a tool with which I feel comfortable and that I enthusiastically recommend to everyone, so much so that I intend to become a Notion ambassador.
