User-Friendly and Efficient, But Needs Better AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is easy to use and very friendly. I enjoy the extension feature that allows me to collect all data from one page to my Notion page with just one click. It's convenient because I don't have to open multiple pages or manually type information, making the whole process straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm pretty upset about the Notion AI because I hope it can keep organizing my notes when I try to import some PDF, it can summarize them. But unfortunately, it cannot do that. It always loses some content when I try to bring some PDF in the same page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion organizes my notes well and allows me to search information easily using its search bar.
Intuitive Document Management, Minor Spacing Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Notion is intuitive to set up and searchable, making it easy to navigate and organize once I know what I need to. It doesn't demand a serious learning commitment to create an organized set of pages. I also find that embedding files and making pages look good is simple. The setup has been straightforward, and the tutorials are helpful. I think I'd rate it a 9 out of 10 because I know there's more functionality to explore.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the spacing is off and needs fixing from time to time. I expected to clean it up, but it gets out of alignment when I cut and paste a document from Google Docs. This happens when I'm adding new files or sections, particularly whenever I make significant updates. Grids where things snap in might help, but I'd want the flexibility to make adjustments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion provides a space for department processes and makes setting up organized pages intuitive and searchable.
Integral Tool for AI Development with Minor Formatting Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Notion's UI and simplicity of use. The easy navigation between different sections makes it user-friendly, and I find creating pages and tables quite straightforward. I also appreciate the AI features, especially the MCP tools, which are a game-changer for understanding requirements more effectively. Notion is an integral part of my AI software development co-op, and its features have made my workflow much smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are small issues with copy-pasting from other sources; sometimes the formatting is consistent and other times it is not. When I paste content in markdown format onto a page in Notion, it sometimes just uses the raw markdown instead of converting it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion's MCP tools to help Cursor understand requirements better and improve documentation handling. The UI is simple, allowing easy navigation and page creation, enhancing our productivity.
User-Friendly Notion with Helpful AI Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for both professional and personal purposes, enjoying its user-friendly design. The AI assistant is a significant help, as it aids in building databases and pages. I particularly appreciate the AI meeting function that listens, transcribes, and turns meetings into actionable notes. Additionally, the AI was instrumental in transforming my physical bookshelf into a sortable table. This assistance also mitigates the steep learning curve of Notion. Setting up was easy for me because I could download and use a template from someone online.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve to use Notion can be steep, but the AI assistant vastly improves this minor issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for managing tasks and large projects, with the AI assistant streamlining meetings and transcribing notes, plus making my reading lists sortable. It's user-friendly once past the learning curve, enhancing my efficiency in both work and personal tasks.
Effortless to Use with Impressive AI Assistance
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use, the AI implementation is great when i'm not sure how to do specific tasks.
I've started to implement more tasks, which benefits everyone at the company across multiple teams
Lots of features to use, very easy to integrate into our current systems.

Lots of features to use, very easy to integrate into our current systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
the AI will sometimes not know what to do or doesnt know what its doing. Or I'll ask it to show me how something works but it will just do it anyways instead of telling me how it works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like i mentioned its helping multiple teams stay up to date on stuff and its all centralized. like for our RMA process, everyone can view statuses in there instead of sharing excel sheets all over lol
Flexible Workspace with Intuitive UI
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for all my documentation needs like writing specs, tracking tasks, and organizing my team's workspace. I like how calm the UI is; it isn't messy and is really easy to navigate as a user. Notion allows me to be creative in how I design my pages which is something I really appreciate. Most document writing tools are restrictive in workspace design, but Notion lets me organize my workspace like I would my daily whiteboard, showing a calendar, links, and spaces for instructions and resources. The main feature I use is the pages which I consider the bread and butter of the product. The initial setup of Notion was also pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think what can be improved on is the ability to use spreadsheet formulas. It would be nice to use the charts and input formulas similar to Google Sheets or Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion organizes my team's documents in one place with the right levels of visibility and permissions.
A Versatile Tool for Note-Taking and Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that once Notion is set up, it's easy to use and consistent in outputs. I also appreciate the connections between content, allowing me to track ideas and activities from meetings and discussions through to execution. It's great for keeping up with notes from client conversations and remembering details for my action items. My task list in Notion makes it easy to see what is due, when and where it was discussed, and who with, plus I can link back to meeting transcripts if I need more details. Notion becomes more useful the more I use it, unlike other tools I tried that became cumbersome.
What do you dislike about the product?
It definitely took me a while to get what I needed set up and running and took a lot of trial and error. Not that easy. I tried to use multiple templates but in the end developing my own boring to look at but functions exactly as I need has worked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was struggling with maintaining good notes and remembering task details. Notion lets me track action items, due dates, and discussion details, linking back to transcripts if needed. It streamlines my workflow by summarizing meetings into a format I set up.
Effortless Collaboration with Easy Document Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion easy to use, which is great for my work tasks. The ability to share documents enhances collaboration significantly. I also appreciate using Pages for organizing information effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find transferring information to and from Microsoft Office or Google Office challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion makes collaboration easier, especially for sharing documents. It's also easy to use, and I value Pages for organizing information well.
Versatile, Collaborative, but Requires a Learning Curve and Pricing is Steep
What do you like best about the product?
I think the UI is really great, and I really like the new AI feature. I like all the ways that you can create visuals. I like that you can make it really collaborative and be really creative with the UI to personalize it. There's a lot you can do with Notion, and I'm excited to see what new features develop over time. I integrate Notion with a lot of different tools like Slack and Google Drive, and it's great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a little bit confusing to navigate through different pages and locate things, which is why I do like the AI feature. However, it can be a bit complicated. To have so many different options and not a clear path. You really have to do your own research to figure out the best way to use Notion. I think some of the views, like Kanban and table, can also get a little bit confusing. So, like, the property settings can be a bit much. Additionally the pricing tiers don’t make a lot of sense and it’s pretty expensive. They aren’t really great on customer service when it comes to pricing either and regardless of any issues that are actually something they can resolve they don’t make any accommodations. I do like the options to add guests rather than members, but that’s also very confusing and if you don’t do it correctly you’ll end up paying. Notion is unforgiving and won’t refund you if this happens, even if those members never even touched the product. It’s quite frustrating and feels like theft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me track and organize various projects like finance, project management, and daily life, making things easier to manage in both personal and business activities.
Fantastic for Organizing Notes and Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
It's great to categorise notes, thoughts and tasks. I like all the different templates available. I also love the new meeting transcription feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find it hard to work out what the best template is best for what I am trying to do
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps me on track. Where I used to use my notes app or a Google doc to track meeting notes and tasks, this allows me to view my deadlines and prioritise tasks.
