Versatile Tool for Collaboration and Documentation
What do you like best about the product?
I've found Notion to be fantastic for condensing and organizing notes, which was especially valuable when we didn't have access to the best note-taking software. I love how it allows for easy sharing and collaboration with the entire team, making it a great tool for collaboration. The formatting within Notion is absolutely awesome, and the feature where you can reformat a blurb of text by right-clicking is a game changer. The search feature is pretty good too, making it easy to parse through everything. Notion AI has also taken great strides and is super useful for completing our documentation. Additionally, the setup was super easy, and it's a very intuitive tool. My team was already familiar with Notion, so there wasn't any complexity in getting started.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not know if Notion has an MCP. If it did have an MCP, then I would have loved to connect it to some of my internal tooling, like Fireflies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, Notion is a tool for great collaboration where I can put and access documentation. It's a one-stop shop for everything. The search feature is pretty good with a very good index.
Notion, excellent for systematic organization and sharing
What do you like best about the product?
I'm using Notion for taking notes, organizing class content, and organizing research content, and it's good for note-taking and sharing content. I particularly like that it allows you to organize and share content systematically. Notion seems to be the best for sharing images or files, and its accessibility is excellent. Also, there were no difficulties in the setup process, and I am satisfied to discover that it has many features as I use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when there is too much content on the page, it seems to slow down a bit. It seems to be a case of the connection becoming a bit unstable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note-taking is easy, and it's good for organizing and sharing content systematically. You can easily add images or files and share them, making accessibility excellent.
Notion as a Central Hub: Flexible Trackers, Dashboards, and AI-Powered Knowledge
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Notion is how it keeps our team’s work in one place—documentation, links, and live databases—so it truly becomes a central hub that stays current as our workflows evolve. It doesn’t feel like simple storage; we can build operational trackers with different views, dashboards, and filters, and then use Notion AI to quickly find and summarise the knowledge whenever we need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Notion is that when information is spread across many sub-pages and database records, reviewing it can become very click-heavy and time-consuming. Also, because properties sit at the top of database pages, I often have to scroll more than I’d like before I can get to the actual content. On top of that, for number-heavy analysis it isn’t as strong as Google Sheets—for example, pivot-table-style summaries and some more advanced numeric reporting/analysis workflows don’t feel as smooth or as flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps solve the problem of our work being scattered across different places—documents, links, trackers, and team updates—by giving us a single, shared hub where the latest information lives and can be updated continuously. This benefits me by making it easier to keep the team aligned around one “source of truth,” with announcements, key links, and live database views all available on our homepage. It also lets me build practical operational systems, such as attendance and leave tracking, using structured properties and multiple views like calendar, table, and timeline. On top of that, Notion AI is useful in day-to-day work because it helps answer questions and summarize or locate information faster, reducing the time I spend searching across pages and repeatedly asking in chats.

Notion Simplifies Our Documentation, But Requires Training
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is the addition of AI in Notion, which greatly facilitates my work. If I want to generate a new document with a specific template or organization, I can simply ask Notion, and it saves me a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
So Notion works well for me, but what could be improved is that when you're a new user, it's not necessarily easy to use Notion right away. There are a lot of features. You can quickly get lost and it requires a little training to really know what you can do on Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to document our company, which makes it easier to access all the information, even in the absence of a person. The integrations and AI help with daily organization, with automations and quick calculations.
Intuitive and Organized, but Integration Needs Work
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for both personal and company productivity, especially on the sales organization side. What I like most about it is that it's simple to use and extremely intuitive. It acts as a hub for knowledge-heavy automation and structuring work, which helps me stay organized. The initial setup was easy when transitioning activities from Jira and Asana to Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle with connectors and adaptors with other software. Maybe I'm not very good. I've been experimenting with crossovers with AI tools and sales enablement tools like HubSpot. Making sure the links work, or the output is as desired, requires a bit of work. The initial setup was easy, but the data migration wasn't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me stay organized and acts as a hub for knowledge-heavy automation and structuring work.

What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Efficient Knowledge Management, Needs More Editing Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for work and find it acts as an easy search engine for work knowledge. I like the editing and drop-down features that keep things organized but easy to access. The initial setup of Notion was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
there could be more editing tools, like deriving graph or analytical stuff
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion acts as an easy search engine for work knowledge, keeping things organized but easy to access.
Versatile and Continuously Improving Workspace
What do you like best about the product?
I like having mostly everything in one, customizable space with Notion. Its multi-purpose function is great, along with the fact that it's constantly being updated. Having note-taking, project management, and AI all in one helps me have a dedicated place to be 'at work.' Starting at a very basic entry level works for me too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could be more customizable, with pages and databases being more easily used like each other. A lot of pages have such rigid 'fields'. If the customization could be slightly more like 'blocks' as website editors often are now, I'm sure it would become a lot more powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for having everything in one customizable space, making project management, note-taking, and daily tasks easier. It serves as a multi-purpose tool that's consistently updated, providing a dedicated workspace.
Efficient Summarization and Seamless Page Nesting
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion AI meeting notes to generate summaries for end-of-day readouts, which helps me send summaries that are consistent and focused on what I need. I appreciate the ability to give instructions and like how it combines my notes with the transcript to generate the summary. The feature allowing me to add a page inside a page is great for grouping key items together, like when I did a week-long session and was able to add a new page for each day and then generate a summary for the entire week. The initial setup of Notion was easy, and we've been trying out different features available in Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are required to track projects in Asana. It would be nice to be able to send that summary and/or transcription right to Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me generate consistent summaries by combining notes and transcriptions. I can give instructions to focus on specific details. The ability to add pages within pages lets me organize key items, like daily notes from week-long sessions, and generate comprehensive summaries.
