Amazing All-in-One Platform with Customization Flexibility!

  • December 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to organize everything including using it as as my project management tool to organize all my tasks, to plan content using the calendar and AI writing assistant, to track KPIs and I use the AI to record and take notes for meetings. I love that Notion solves the problem of needing multiple platforms and having a disjointed flow of information by allowing me to keep everything in one place. The flexibility of layout creation is something I absolutely love, as it lets me tailor everything to work the best for my brain. The AI writing assistant is a favorite of mine because it saves me so much time. The project management tools are unmatched, offering plenty of creativity and flexibility while keeping things organized and minimizing wasted time. I regularly use the databases to stay organized and find value in the filtering, sorting, and customization of fields and columns, as well as switching between different views based on data type. Additionally, the AI meeting notes taker is invaluable, as it lets me be present in meetings without worrying about taking notes or recordings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have an easier way to set up recurring tasks. I think just clicking on the task and being able to set a recurring frequency right there would be best, similar to Google Calendar. It was a bit of a learning curve to get everything set up inside Notion, but having templates and watching tutorials helped a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion lets me organize both business and personal tasks in one place, eliminating the need for multiple platforms. It offers layout flexibility, AI-assisted content creation, and note-taking, saving time and enhancing creativity. The project management tools are flexible and keep me organized.

Intuitive Task Management with Notion

  • December 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for task organization, taking and organizing meeting notes, and task automation. It's a great place for me to stay organized, and I'm managing a lot of different projects, so having a task organizer along with task automation helps immensely. I love the interface, ease of use, and aesthetics. The database feature is pretty cool; I also use it to create timelines to easily visualize projects. Having the AI feature is nice too, as that's how I'm able to create tasks from meeting notes automatically. I use it with Jira integration, and the initial setup was easy peasy. I love Notion, 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the timeline view can be improved but I have less flexibility there. The timeline view currently doesn't maximize the amount of screen space. For example, I want to see all my projects without scrolling down, but currently I have to scroll. There could be some space-saving things Notion could do on the backend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for task organization, meeting notes, and automation. It helps me manage multiple projects and automate tasks from notes. The database and timeline features help with visualization.

Versatile and User-Friendly with AI Integration

  • December 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for both personal and business purposes. For business, I appreciate its knowledge base and project management capabilities, which help track and organize client onboarding. For personal use, I love how it keeps my life organized. I really like its ease of use and customizability, and I find it simple to set up. I also enjoy how Notion AI helps me set things up faster. The AI capabilities and connectors to other software were a big factor in switching from Asana to Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI in Notion has its kinks. If I don't know the exact terminology to use, it can sometimes go in the wrong direction. There's also not a good backup system in place, so if the AI makes changes, it can overwrite and erase what I've done. I think the AI should store a backup and be able to revert back correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for a knowledgebase and project management to track and organize client onboarding issues at work. Personally, it helps keep my life organized.

Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish

  • December 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Notion is how seamlessly it brings all of my work into one centralized, organized hub. The combination of its Knowledge Base, workspace flexibility, and AI Writing Assistant has dramatically improved my productivity. Notion AI helps me summarize long documents, draft content quickly, and surface insights I would normally spend hours piecing together. The ability to link pages, create custom workflows, and maintain structured documentation makes it incredibly easy to keep information consistent and accessible. Overall, it’s one of the few tools that truly adapts to the way I work rather than forcing me into a rigid template.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is that Notion can feel slow or heavy when working with very large workspaces or databases. Occasionally, search results take a bit longer to load than expected, especially in shared environments. There’s also a learning curve for new team members, Notion is powerful, but that power comes with a lot of configuration options. Once onboarded, the experience is great, but the initial setup and optimization can be time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves our biggest challenge: having information scattered across tools and teams. It has become our single source of truth for documentation, internal knowledge, and project workflows.

With Notion AI and Enterprise Search, I can quickly retrieve the context I need without digging through multiple apps or threads. The ability to turn raw information into summaries, action items, or structured documents saves me countless hours every week.

Overall, Notion helps our team work more efficiently, stay aligned, and reduce time spent searching for information or recreating work.

Notion Supercharged My Lead Generation Workflow and Bidding Efficiency

  • December 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to streamline workflows in Notion. I attended the Make with Notion conference this year in San Francisco and the demos opened my eyes to everything Notion is actually capable of. The AI features have drastically improved my business operations and given me back so much time to build custom software for my clients. Workload management has become a breeze with the tools I have built using Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much comes to mind, but the one limiting feature I would say is the ability to reference data between databases is complicated. I understand how to utilize relations and rollups, but there's a part of me that wishes Notion had some kind of spreadsheet functionality (cell references, etc) AS AN OPTION for building some specific tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has streamlined and automated my lead generation process for my consulting business. I have built a workflow where I can analyze job listings that are automatically ingested into Notion database, Notion AI assistant will analyze the description and give the job a grade based on my custom instructions, then assign a "Apply", "Maybe", or "Skip" status. This saves me so much time and allows me to spend less time reading through listings and more time crafting bids. I also use the AI writing assistant to generate the templates of proposals for me to specific jobs, which also saves me tons of time. Overall it has been a great experience and become a process that my business can't live without.

The Backbone of Our GTM and AI-Native System

  • December 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion finally gives us one place to think, plan, and actually get work done. It’s flexible enough to handle strategy documents, project workflows, meeting notes, GTM plans, basically everything we’d normally scatter across five different tools.

The biggest upside is how easily you can shape it around how your team actually works. Databases, linked views, templates, they let you build the exact system you need instead of forcing you into someone else’s structure. Once it clicks, it becomes the home base for the whole organisation.

It genuinely reduces noise. People stop asking “Where does this live?” because the answer is always in Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion’s superpower is its flexibility, but this is also the thing that trips people up the most. If you don’t put real structure behind it, it becomes messy fast: duplicate pages, random wikis, and everyone building their own version of the truth.

Large databases can get slow, permissions can be fiddly as the team grows, and someone does need to take ownership or it turns into a digital junk drawer. The mobile app also isn’t great for anything beyond quick checks.

None of this is a dealbreaker, but Notion isn’t a magic fix. It works brilliantly if you treat it like a system. If you don’t, it just becomes another place for clutter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has basically replaced a scattered mess of docs, slides, spreadsheets, Slack threads, and half-finished wikis. Before, every team had their own version of the truth and no one could find anything. Now we’ve got one central place for strategy, processes, GTM plans, meeting notes, onboarding, content, and documentation.

The big benefit is clarity. Everyone knows where things live, what’s up to date, and how work connects. Projects move faster, onboarding is easier, and cross-functional work stops breaking because people are finally working from the same system.

It also makes us far more organised around execution. Notion forces us to define workflows properly instead of hacking things together across random tools. For an AI-native setup, it’s become the backbone, our context, processes, and knowledge all sit there, which makes automation and alignment actually possible.
