Endless Features and Customization—A Game-Changer for Organization

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the customizability, the crazy number of features (I just keep discovering more!), and the problem-solving / organizational ability. Switching to Notion has really helped streamline and organize my business practices. It seemed a little overwhelming at first with all the various features and builds, but it didn't take long for me to start thinking of this as a sandbox instead; a million ways to customize to make it work for me, and way easier to integrate and implement into my processes than expected. Huge improvement overall. I use it little every day for so many business-related tasks. I haven't needed customer support yet, but I'll say that there are a ton of resources available between the provider and the user community that is wildly helpful for self-helpers like me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't quite been able to figure out a good timekeeping with reporting solution yet using Notion. That's not to say it isn't possible, I just think I'll have to find a clever way to build it, or find one already built by someone. I just want a simple clock in/out, and the ability to produce time spent-per-project reports for clients. I use Odoo for this right now and it would be great to bring one more thing into my Notion hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management, customer tracking, project pipelines, invoice tracking, note taking... all the things. All the things in one place, which is even better.

What do you like best about the product?
I think Notion is very powerful because I can have everything in place, like my to-do list, general notes, knowledge base, and project management. I love how it's a tool that helps me stay organized and track progress with its simple and useful features. It allows me to take notes, create dynamic spreadsheets where I can add more content, use different colors to track status, and categorize everything. Plus, Notion is a free project management tool for me. It can do lots of different things and I find it better for project management compared to Google Docs and Excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me stay organized, allowing me to track project progress easily. I can create dashboards, dynamic spreadsheets, and use various tools integrated within it. It's particularly beneficial for project management as I can take notes and categorize tasks efficiently.

Intuitive, All-In-One Solution for Project Management

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to organize information about my company and manage projects. I don't need multiple platforms now, which is great because I can do everything in one place. I like how easy and intuitive it is, and I love the templates available plus all the integrations I can do. It's free for my company, which makes it very accessible and solves many of my problems, making it something I use every day. Even though I'm not a designer, Notion's advanced templates make things easy for me. The initial setup was very easy and intuitive, and overall, Notion is more complete for what we needed, especially having switched from Trello.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Notion could improve the social media settings. As a social media strategist, it would be nice if I could connect social media accounts, even if it was a paid feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to use multiple platforms; I can do it all in one place. It's free for my company, very accessible, and solves a lot of my problems.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm always looking at how I can better visualize my projects and data. So sometimes I have to use some of the connected apps to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Exceptional Documentation That Stands Out

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion’s documentation capabilities are exceptional. It allows us to create structured, searchable, and well-organized knowledge bases in one place. The flexibility of pages, databases, and templates makes it easy to adapt Notion to different use cases without feeling rigid.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is not very friendly for Indian users. While the product is powerful, the cost can become high as team size grows, especially for startups or small teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of scattered documentation and information silos. It gives us a single source of truth for internal docs, processes, and notes. This improves visibility, reduces dependency on individuals for information, and makes onboarding and collaboration much faster and smoother.

All-in-One Workspace That Transforms Team Productivity

  • December 15, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion gives me one place to think, plan, and get work done. I use it for everything—strategy docs, project workflows, meeting notes, and GTM plans - without jumping between multiple tools. I love how flexible it is; with databases, linked views, and templates, I can shape it around how my team actually works. Once it clicks, it becomes our home base and cuts out noise, because everyone knows exactly where things live.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, the layout can feel overwhelming, especially for new users, and there’s a short learning curve. The heavy use of keyboard shortcuts may also be unintuitive for those who prefer using a mouse, but with a little practice, these features start to feel natural and actually improve efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Notion, my work felt scattered and disorganized, with information spread across too many tools. Notion helped simplify this by bringing everything into one centralized place. Features like real-time editing and shared pages make collaboration seamless, keeping everyone aligned whether we’re working on a blog or another project. Its flexibility allows me to manage both my personal productivity and team workflows effectively in the same platform.
