Collaborative and Feature-Rich, But UI Can Be Tricky
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for creating documentation of all the work I have done. It has a lot of features that help with documentation. For literature reviews, I can easily create a table that shows all papers and the paper content in brief. I like that our entire team can collaborate and keep up to date with each other's work very easily. The initial setup of Notion was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the UI is not very easily understood and it takes me some time to figure out how to use a particular feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for creating documentation. It solves problems with its features, like easily creating tables for literature reviews. I like that our team can effortlessly collaborate and stay updated on each other's work.

I like Notion for its functionality and comprehensiveness. The pages in Notion are easy to link and integrate with other AI, which is particularly useful. I find the initial setup quite easy. I especially appreciate how useful Claude is within Notion.

Sometimes things are a bit harder to find, especially when navigating between pages.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it is so collaborative. I also like the UI. I think the real-time updates to it is also great. The integration with tools is also really useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure how much it costs since i am an IC. I dont know how well the AI features work? Sometimes the search is good but sometimes it can be iffy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a live document essentially which everyone in the company can see. Creates accountabilty and trust among the group of people.
Effortless Content Management and Team Alignment with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is easy to use. I also value the databases because I can add a lot of content to them and organize it while having in-depth notes. It's super helpful for documentation with its great editing and formatting abilities. Having both data and text information in one place is a key benefit, and it's very easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't easily have formulas in the cells in the database.

Ability to build a database with multiple pages and being able to manage my Work OS

To many options while trying to find the right page setup. Can I just have an AI chatbot where I explain what kind of a page/database I'm looking to build and then it shows me 1-2 options

Building a one-place repository of the work I manage. Being able to capture notes from each call and being able to access it at one place.
Versatile and Efficient, with Room for Improvement in Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
I like its versatility and all the different things I can do with it. I really appreciate the AI search feature. There have been plenty of times when I was trying to find or remember something, and I was able to type it into Notion AI and find it relatively quickly. Also, as I add more documentation, even if Notion gets a bit bloated, the Notion AI allows me to get clear information and direction based on the content that I've placed inside.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the sharing feature could be improved. A lot of times when I'm trying to share information with people outside of Notion, it becomes very cumbersome. I had to go through a bunch of steps in order for them to be able to get access to it. I think the only thing I had trouble with is just some of the more complex features. It's not really clear, so I did do some real deep research in figuring out the deeper layers of Notion. If that was more accessible, just so I can make sure that I'm using it to its fullest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me keep everything organized in one place, acting almost like a Wikipedia for my business documents. It allows me to find things quickly, especially with the AI search feature, making my work around YouTube projects manageable.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to read Job SOPs, and it helps me answer questions I might have. What I like most about Notion is that it's clear and easy to use. It's a great way to access information from all departments, which is valuable because I don't need to reach out to anyone and can work independently. The initial setup was very easy, which I appreciate.

There is so much to look at as in things to press and such. An easier page to look at would help.

Great for Organizing Knowledge, Needs Linux App
What do you like best about the product?
I like to improve the databases and find it easy to create dashboards and to-dos, which helps me organize all my documentation effectively. I also enjoy how Notion centralizes all the knowledge and information I need in an easy way, which helps me keep track of everything efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really need a desktop application for Linux. Right now, I can only use Notion in a living room through the web browser. I also find the initial setup a bit complicated as it isn't user-friendly in terms of understanding how the databases are organized. The options feel very granular.
