Revolutionizing Organization with AI and Versatile Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion mostly to organize my private life and my life as a high school teacher. It's really good at keeping track of things and helping me stay organized. I really like that I can put emojis in there because visuals are really good for me. I love how I can combine things, like creating a document or a database with all the standards for my class, and then pair them with another database of lessons. This means I can assign standards to lessons without shuffling back and forth between binders. I'm a big fan of Notion 3.0 because it allows me to use AI to create things like lesson plans, which is really helpful. I think the AI integration is significant, and the Slack integration has been very nice since I use Slack with a nonprofit I'm involved with. Being able to read my Slack messages and different information there is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is still a little bit slow to load, especially when trying to open a form on my phone to input a task. I would like to be able to set up quick entry items from the menu bar on my Mac or have a simple feature on my phone to quickly add information to a database, similar to what I can do with other apps like TickTick. The initial setup of Notion was a bit tricky for me, and I had to watch YouTube videos to get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me organize my personal and professional life, track bills, recipes, and lessons. It combines things neatly, lets me pair standards with lessons, and use AI to draft lesson plans, saving me from shuffling binders.

Outstanding Support and Clear Tutorials
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is the support available to users. I quite like the recorded tutorials as they're short, upbeat & very clear! I rely of them frequently as I create workspaces for clients. Implementing AI workflows is what I've been focused on and integration from Notion to other necessary platforms, like slack, Gmail has been easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really important to understand that the AI function is NOT like ChatGPT, Claude or others - what you do in there is NOT Saved. I made that mistake, just assumed it was. so: easy to use , just doesn't save.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving ofr efficiency of repetitive tasks.
Aesthetic and Functional, But Can Overwhelm New Users
What do you like best about the product?
I love the user interface of Notion and how easy it is to use. The aesthetic design is really pleasing, which makes me want to use it more. I also appreciate how Notion helps me stay organized with my university schoolwork and hobbies, solving my problems of being disorganized and helping me be creative using AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like for a new user, Notion looks very complicated and can be a little overwhelming. So if there's, like, a way for Notion to be a little bit more beginner friendly, I feel like it would help a lot more people.

Notion solves my disorganization problem and boosts my creativity using AI.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's AI interface because it definitely saves time and helps create additional thoughts that wouldn't be there otherwise. I also appreciate Notion's ability to capture information from other applications and gather it all in one central place, which is really helpful. I was quite impressed with how easily I could create a dashboard to see my mission, vision, goals, projects, and tasks clearly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to be honest that I did not read much before starting to use Notion. I used AI to explain what it could do for me, which helped, but I was surprised at the breadth of what Notion could do in respect to creating my own personal dashboard. The initial setup was a little confusing at the start, but it went smoothly once I understood the capabilities.

I use Notion to organize my mission, vision, goals, and daily planning. It helps me create a clear dashboard for everything and captures information from other apps into a central place, saving time and sparking new ideas with its AI interface.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion successfully acts as an AI writing assistant and a basic CRM, cutting down on extra software costs and new learning curves. It's a huge timesaver when writing technical documents in our voice and terminology. I appreciate its power, polish, and seamless integration with other software and service providers. Notion's customer-friendly policies, like no long-term contracts, a generous free usage allotment, and free personal onboarding, make getting started easy. The availability of free tutorials online is a big plus. I find Notion's integrations create an excellent dashboard that unifies various information sources. Overall, the value proposition it offers is huge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see better mechanisms for the organization and storage of files, photos, and non-text documents. Notion integrates well with Google Drive, which handles the actual storage, but I'm unsure if I can add files through the Notion database and know where they physically reside, so that I could, for example, refer to the same file via multiple pages.

I use Notion for work to manage projects and share updates with the team, and it's been a big time saver for me. What I like most about Notion is the AI assistant feature, which is really helpful. Additionally, Notion is intuitive and customizable, making it easy to track and update the large number of projects we have. I appreciate that I don't have to learn the platform in depth to use it well. I can just input what I'm trying to achieve, and Notion does it for me, helping me stay organized.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how friendly and intuitive Notion is for getting things done. Additionally, the incorporation of artificial intelligence into the platform was great because it helps manage the tool more quickly. I also find that setting it up was very easy. I have been using the free version for months, although I have not yet explored its full potential. I give it a 10 and always recommend it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion because it's really easy to navigate and super simple to learn. It's helped me a lot more than any other software. I appreciate how I can stay on track with transactions and coordinate real estate deals. Being able to go back and forth with clients and team members is a big plus, and the timelines and reminders keep me organized. Notion's AI stood out to me because it created exactly what I wanted, unlike other tools I tried. It made putting systems together feel much simpler and was an extremely easy setup, which is perfect for me since I don't like complicated things. The experience has been so positive that I've already recommended it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that doesn't work as well is recreating the same thing. It didn't hold the call log of me using Notion AI. When I asked it to create something for me, it didn't save my conversation log, so it couldn't duplicate exactly the same thing as before because I needed it for another email.

I use Notion to save project ideas and build business timelines, which keeps me on track with real estate transactions. It's useful for team collaboration, allows back-and-forth with clients, and sends reminders, making it an amazing tool for my needs.
Effortless Meeting Notes with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I have been loving Notion for transcribing meeting notes. I am a new user and find it very easy to navigate, as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I don't have any dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has provided me with a centralized space to manage all my roles and projects. I particularly appreciate the meeting transcription feature, as the AI-generated notes have been impressively accurate. In fact, we've even updated our meeting agenda format as a result of using this software.
