Powerful AI and Database Integrations for Effortless Setup
What do you like best about the product?
Databases and template integrations. Also the AI being able to quickly standup and help iterate on complex database setups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI can’t create templates or buttons, making it still require a lot of manual work.
Also whitespace handling is weird when trying to add new lines or deal with columns.

Mind map and life management. I put workouts, journaling, notes for projects, etc.
The Best Note-Taking Platform, Easy and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
It's the best note-taking platform that I've used. I also like how Notion solves the AI memory issue for me and helps keep me organized for work. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of.

Effortless Collaboration, Minor Mobile Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Notion. It's really convenient to type without having to do a lot of formatting or coding, which makes it easy to just jot down my thoughts and post links. Plus, I can tag people in my organization, which is great for assigning tasks and communicating directly within the document instead of emailing. The ability to have everything in one place really helps, especially when collaborating with team members across various internal and external teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes the iPhone use of it is a little hard. I prefer to use it more on the computer or the iPad, and it would be nice to be able to use it a little bit more often on the phone on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to keep everything in one place, making it easy to share meeting notes and project timelines with internal and external team members.

awesome for habit tracking, FREE! and customizable.

the artificial intelligence (from notion) is very weak/poor. you can't command GPT or notion AI to create you something and expect it to do the work properly.
you will have to manually create everything.
the ai is sloppy and can't comprehend complex commands/demands, it won't be able to design anything more complex than a table with headers.

Helps me keep track of my work & study notes, also is a great habit tracker (daily-basis).
Easy Setup, Perfect for Daily Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion very efficient for tracking the progress of my workout and planning it. What I like most is the free built-in templates Notion provides, as I can use them for related work like daily tasks. The initial setup was very easy and beginner-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Notion should give more built-in free templates. Free templates are good but Notion is giving the templates which are the basic ones. It would be better if it also gives some advanced featured templates.

I can use it on mobile and laptop with real time sync. Organized notes with external links, highlights, AI summarization, templates to reuse.

Not very fast in offline usage, sometimes sync feels slightly slow.

Note taking, organized summary, template to take note, external links and able to organize quickly in folders and share with others. Accessable on mobile and laptop with sync.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion very user-friendly and appreciate that it's consistently being updated. It's built by people who once had a need for the product themselves, which adds to its practicality. The initial setup of Notion was very easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s lots of integration with other apps but a more seamless user sign on experience for connecting those apps would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for notetaking, organizing files, and checklists. It helps me keep different project files and notes in one place. We switched from Notepad to track and exchange notes and files more robustly.
Customizable Workspace That Works Like My Brain
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion allows me to make it work the way my brain works, which is so much better than other systems that force you into certain formats. It's amazing how I can open boards, pages, and databases, and link them all together seamlessly. The initial setup was very easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not fully versed in how to link across different boards to not have to duplicate information - like a reporting structure, but I wouldn't say it's a fault of Notion but more user error - maybe a full template for reporting would be great.

I use Notion to organize various department categories, tailor project management to my needs, and link boards, pages, and databases seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion is totally customizable and that it connects to our suite of other tools, which makes it a great asset for managing my projects and aligning with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like a direct integration with Outlook where I can click a button in Outlook to create a project or task in Notion. I would love to be able to create a task or project based on an email directly in Notion rather than having to copy and paste the info/ask manually.

Notion helps me keep reliable transcribed notes, manage tasks from meetings, prioritize my to-do list, track progress, and align task management across my team.
Simplicity and Efficiency in Daily Life
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of using Notion, it's as if it understands my needs even before I express them. I just have to fill out a short form, and my task is on the to-do list. It's sorted and I can easily see the next steps to take. I used a template for the initial setup and improved it in just a few moments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to send an email to an email address, and have the task create itself automatically.
