Intuitive Layout, Boosts Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion for its intuitive layout, which makes it easy to create meaningful and efficient pages for meetings and drafts for brainstorming sessions. The Notion AI features are powerful and enhance the overall experience. Setting it up was very simple; I just watched a couple of how-to videos, and I felt comfortable using it. Another thing I appreciate is how it helps me translate multiple languages during meetings into English and keeps me on task to improve my productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really value total integration of the Notion Calendar with my work MS Outlook calendar as well as my family (home) Apple calendars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for taking meeting notes and prioritizing tasks. It helps translate multiple languages during meetings and keeps me focused to improve productivity. The intuitive layout and AI features make it easy to create efficient pages for meetings and brainstorming.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for customer management, meeting recordings, to-do lists, and document reviews. I appreciate that Notion allows me to access existing recordings and notes, action tasks, organize documents, and manage customer lists. I like that it reduces my workload by allowing me to organize my day and to-do lists more easily. Also, the initial setup was easy.

Nothing at this stage, Notion has been great!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the AI assistant feature in Notion that connects my team to internal docs, so I can find everything I need in one place. The setup is easy and it integrates well with Slack and Gmail.

I use Notion for generating emails, creating company-branded slides, answering SOP questions, and finding internal documents. The AI assistant connects to internal docs, so I find everything I need in one place.
Flexibility Redefined, But Needs Offline Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion as an all-in-one workspace to organize all my tasks, notes, and projects. It helps me manage to-do lists, track my goals, store important data, and collaborate when needed. I love the flexibility and customization it offers, allowing me to structure information the way I want using databases, which makes task tracking easy. Features like multiple views options like table, board, and calendar are very valuable and help me visualize better. The feature to create links between pages and form a connected system is also very helpful. Notion provides me with a single place to manage all my notes, tasks, goals, and projects, saving time by not having to switch and manage multiple applications. It was very easy to begin with basic use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel sometimes Notion can be slow, especially when dealing with large databases or pages with lots of content. Offline access is limited, making internet a mandate to have. It requires a learning curve to use advanced features effectively, can make it more robust and easier to manage especially for first time users.

User-Friendly with Potential for Smoother Navigation
What do you like best about the product?
I find the interface mostly easy to use and really enjoy the Claude extension, which is a huge time saver. It helps me build pages and tabs to keep track of customer data efficiently. I also like that Notion allows for aesthetic customization, and the fun emojis add a nice touch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Claude extension can be a little slow, and the undo or back function on Notion can be a little rough, as it's not always easy to go back just one page; you have to go back to home. I wish the integration with Google Calendars was better, I personally don't love the Notion calendar app.

Notion helps me prioritize tasks by urgency and track what I've done for customers, so I know what works and what doesn't.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for planning and work, and it helps organize my work plans. The Notion AI is particularly useful as it saves me time by summarizing and updating my plans. I appreciate the integration with Calendars and Google Sheets, which are tools I use regularly. The initial setup of Notion was really easy, which I found convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think you could improve Notion by letting us test and execute codes like SQL and store the database itself in Notion instead of other clouds.

Notion helps organize my work plans, and Notion AI saves me time by summarizing and updating them.
