A very powerful tool that I use daily in my work
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to control, manage and play with the display of the menu and its different sub-categories. The integration with Shopify and Algolia makes it possible to work with a common database and simplifies the work process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to think of a flaw in the tool. If there's one thing I can think of, it's that as a precautionary measure, in my team, we avoid logging into the platform and making changes at the same time to prevent version errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's mainly about aesthetics and menu design. It is adding banners here and there on the site. It allows us to gain fluidity and the immediacy of changes, and the ability to see the different versions that have been created as changes are made makes it a very reliable tool.

Easy to maintain cloud based CMS platform
What do you like best about the product?
Best cloud-based content management system. Easier maintaining of contents with kind of deployment slots environments. Compose makes our life easier by displaying all the pages in a single table view
What do you dislike about the product?
Hierarchy display of fields when you want to dive into the last child field.No privilege on updating the elements in the rich text editor. Building the app takes a while to make the schema and bootstrapping the info. Unavailability of filter functionality to filter out the unused assets. Needs a lot of examples of the best practices on how to use Contentful with gatsby.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are maintaining the contents on the cloud. Easy preview of the changes. Provides marketing team good flexibility. Good data structuring format with the Richtext editor. Maintaining all the assets in the cloud.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Maintaining all the contents in the cloud helps save time and hassle to create. Good customer support and Slack community support also help much.

It is a great software, i find the possibilities of display content the best option in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
compared to more consolidated options such as power point, we may miss some editing options, but they can be bypassed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly the problem of displaying content in different formats and bringing learning in more dynamic ways.

Can get lost if updating is needed for an unfamiliar page.

Contentful's UX is well designed, making it easy to learn and to teach and very intuitive for most purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Permissions need to be carefully managed to avoid confusion but once there's a clear process in place internally to do so, this isn't an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building landing pages is easier than ever and empowers multiple teams to be involved instead of loading the work onto one.
