Daily reporting has become faster and reports are now written with fewer errors

  • April 19, 2026
  • Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Writer is in my daily production activities, specifically creating daily reports. I need to provide a daily analysis of the activities performed within our team, and I share that report with my manager, which helps me create those reports.

What is most valuable?

The best features that Writer offers are the auto-correction, the auto-framing of sentences, and minimizing grammatical mistakes. I particularly appreciate that feature.

Writer has positively impacted my organization and my work by helping to reduce the daily manual effort of creating reports through the use of AI, allowing us to invest more time in other important activities.

What needs improvement?

I find that everything seems to be functioning well with Writer, and nothing is frustrating at this moment.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been familiar with Writer for the past two to three years.

What other advice do I have?

My advice for someone considering using Writer is that they should use it so they can also incorporate it into their daily productivity activities to minimize the manual effort in repetitive tasks. I would rate this product a 9 out of 10.

Great for Content Development, Needs Better Guidance

  • April 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface where I can see the outputs outside the basic chat. It helps me see what I'm creating as I work through it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm trying to learn and get better at the agentic capabilities versus just the prompt and response. If I could be guided by the AI more in terms of helping me understand when an agentic solution might be the right next step versus me knowing whether I need a WRITER playbook or WRITER agent. It would be great to be guided on what to do next as the AI understands what I'm trying to do. We don't have connectors to integrate with other systems, so the knowledge building is very manual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WRITER helps with content development and research. I like the interface because I can see what I'm creating as I work.

Fantastic Tool for Documentation, Needs Better Prompt Engineering

  • April 08, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use WRITER mainly for writing documentation, creating presentations, and also for code snippets. It's been a fantastic tool for an 'agenting' experience, where it effectively manages HTML files and applications for onboarding or educational experiences. This is especially true for the agent degree part. WRITER is pretty powerful and serves as a great tool. The agenting AI experience is impressive. Whatever I ask WRITER to create, whether it's an HTML application, a PDF, or infographics, the tool performs fantastically, especially when I provide the right prompt. It does a very good job in creating detailed PDFs by accessing source PDFs and HTML applications like 'click to open.' I've done that and it's been a great experience. Also, the initial setup was a cakewalk; you just log in and you're good to go, making it very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Writer needs to have updated information, especially retrieval arguments to generative AI, to verify if the document is accurate or not. Sometimes it accesses outdated information, which can affect the summary section. It also lacks support for creating the right prompt, which can be challenging since not everyone is good at prompt engineering. It would be great if Writer could help create a detailed prompt that users could review, making the customer journey smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WRITER helps summarize documents, giving me a gist of the content to decide if it's worth reading, especially useful for long documents.

User-Friendly with Quick Output, Needs Minor Fixes

  • April 08, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use WRITER for a lot of tasks, as it's a full-stack AI. We created agent-specific playbooks, which are very specific and help our designers initiate tasks efficiently, analyze client needs, and produce output at lightning pace backed by learning science. This makes our training process more efficient and effective. I love the super easy-to-use UI and how all functions are communicated directly to users, making it very user-friendly. It's great how it allows us to play around with new functions as they are released, like the playbook feature, which we immediately used. I appreciate how they iterate, say these iterations, and how easy it is to use. Even with technical declinations, designers can use it along with some SOPs, which is cool. That's what I like the most about WRITER.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's bug fixes needed, but veryu minor one. For example, the agents are only detecting five items in the knowledge graph, but in reality, there are like 500 documents there. The organization of the agents and the knowledge graphs, as well as a lot of admin stuff, could be streamlined to be easier to use. Again, it's a non-issue right now, but those are things I believe can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use WRITER for grammar checking and aligning language with clients' preferences. It enhances efficiency by enabling agent-specific tasks through playbooks. We also streamline the end-to-end training processes, making them more effective with learning science that is baked in the documents we created that WRITER references.

Time-Saving with Intuitive Playbooks

  • April 08, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the playbooks feature in WRITER, which allows me to share an easily readable workflow that can be instantly run by others without having to explain everything. It saves a lot of time compared to other chat models that feel like a black box. With WRITER, I need much less explanation because everything is laid out step by step in a readable format. The initial setup was very easy thanks to the workshop session that got everyone up to speed, and I've been using it most days since.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features seem to have overlap or confusing use cases like the skills / knowledge graphs / voices, it can be hard to tell when to employ each.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WRITER helps me automate repeatable tasks, saving time with easy-to-run playbooks and readable workflows, reducing the need for explanations.

Effortless Campaign Management with WRITER

  • April 07, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use WRITER for creating omnichannel customer engagement campaigns and reports, and it has been very effective in speeding up campaign development, execution, and analytics. I liked how easy it is to engage with and how transparent the work of the agent is. Having clear deliverables and being able to make tweaks is very useful for me, as the deliverables show clear value and speed up the work. They can feed into further refinements and improve my core workflows. Also, the initial setup was very straightforward since the team at WRITER handled everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am missing a community angle - where I can work together with my colleagues seamlessly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use WRITER for creating omnichannel customer engagement campaigns and reports. It speeds up campaign development, execution, and analytics.

Understanding How This AI Tool Enhances Writing, Collaboration, and Brand Voice

  • December 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Writer.com ensures that all our written content remains consistent with our brand voice. The real-time AI suggestions are helpful for improving grammar and readability, and the platform also makes it easier for teams to collaborate and manage workflows, which helps everyone stay aligned and productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that the cost can be high for small teams, and the learning curve is quite steep, especially when setting up style guides and configuring features. At times, the abundance of available tools makes the platform feel complex or even overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Writer.com addresses the challenge of inconsistent writing and disorganized content processes by bringing together writing assistance, style enforcement, and workflow management within a single platform. This has helped me save time, enhance the quality of my content, and maintain brand consistency. It also makes collaborating on content with my team much more straightforward.

Empowers Teams with Consistent Voice and Custom Style

  • November 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The way it allows a team or organization to encode its own voice, terminology, and style guide so everyone writes consistently. For example, it supports custom term banks, preferred/banned words, and style-rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup and onboarding: Because there are many configurable aspects (style guides, terminology, snippets, integrations), one review notes there is a learning curve and initial config takes time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scaling content creation without losing quality or control. With enterprises needing lots of content (blogs, emails, docs), the platform helps generate and reuse content snippets, enforce rules, and integrate into workflows.
