Effortless Social Scheduling Across All Channels
What do you like best about the product?
With all social media accounts in one place, I can quickly add posts tailored to each channel. Much faster than going to each page and writing there. Social media is just one of my responsibilities, so I appreciate the ease of use and the ability to schedule posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until you get used to it, the different tabs for each channel can be a little confusing. I would like the ability to browse my timeline in each channel all on one screen rather than have them as separate boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While we do have a site for industry news, Hootsuite helps us publicize those stories easily as I can quickly share them on all channels. That has helped boost our pageviews and social media reach.
Streamlined Social Media Management, Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for managing my clients' social media accounts like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and it lets me do everything in one place, which saves a lot of time. The main dashboard is really helpful since I can monitor and manage everything from there, making adjustments and automating my processes easily. I think Hootsuite is really easy to use and intuitive, even with new features rolling out over time. I've been using it for probably ten years, and it’s always been straightforward to navigate. Setting it up was pretty simple too; I just connected my social media accounts, and it was smooth sailing from there.
What do you dislike about the product?
There might be some bugs that come up where I will try to do something, and I can tell it's just, you know, maybe something going on with the platform. But usually within one day, everything's fixed and it's good to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite lets me manage and schedule posts for multiple clients' social media accounts from one dashboard, without logging into each one individually. It streamlines my processes, allowing me to automate tasks and monitor everything efficiently.
Everything all in once place, perfect for teams (including those not in the same office)
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to manage everything all in once place, especially with having a team that is based across the world this allows us to ensure that nothing is missed between departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally I'm not a fan of having AI as an option to enhance or refine text when crafting a post, I feel this takes away the human side of social media and risks everything sounding the same. However, I realise this is the way the world is going and the positive to this is that the tool isn't as in your face as in other apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a smaller team we're often deep in the weeds on other projects, Hootsuite allows us to get a bulk of social media content sorted and scheduled all at once so we can focus on the those other projects.

I use Hootsuite for scheduled posting and social listening. It keeps everything in one place, which simplifies my workflow. I find it easy to use, and the initial setup was very easy, which was a relief. The social listening feature is very insightful, allowing me to see industry trends and helping me think about relevant posts and content ideas.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for scheduling on social media, and I appreciate how it allows us to seamlessly post across all of our channels. It's very easy to use, which makes my job simpler. I also like the image editing feature, even though it can sometimes be slow to load.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have is posts randomly not going out sometimes, it's not a massive issue. I'd like AI suggestions in the text box for wording etc and grammar correction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to seamlessly post across all of our channels. The social media score is also very good and allows us to see how our posts are performing.
Easy, Intuitive Scheduling with Great Streams and UI
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of scheduling abilities, streams feature, and overall UI. It's easy and intuitive to schedule posts across all social channels, as well as integrating new ones. Streams are nice for editing posts already made, or for sharing specific things. And, the UI is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to say. Occasionally, there's a bugs or technical glitches, but they seem to be rare. Sometimes it feels like a chore to delete a photo from a schedule set of posts, having to click the image, then delete. Also, mass updating a scheduled post would be great instead of going channel by channel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help us solve managing our social channels. We can schedule weeks out with our assets and copy and make it a breeze to build out and execute on our GTMs. Takes a lot of work off my plate.
Hootsuite’s Comprehensive Analytics and Multi-Client Dashboard Save Us Hours
What do you like best about the product?
As a marketing agency managing social media for multiple clients, Hootsuite saves us an enormous amount of time. The ability to schedule, monitor, and report across all accounts from one dashboard is invaluable, no more constant platform-switching. The analytics are by far the highlight for me. I've used a lot of tools in this space, and Hootsuite's reporting is the most comprehensive and presentation-ready I've come across. We pull client reports directly from the platform, which cuts hours off our workflow every month. It's the first tool I recommend to anyone running a multi-client social operation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be a tough pill to swallow, especially as you scale and need to add more users or social profiles. For a growing agency, the cost adds up quickly. The interface also has a bit of a learning curve for new team members, it's not the most intuitive onboarding experience out of the box. These are minor complaints given everything the platform offers, but if they streamlined pricing for agencies and simplified the initial setup, it would be a near-perfect tool.

Hootsuite solves the biggest challenge we face as an agency, managing multiple clients' social media presence without losing time or consistency. Before, we were logging in and out of individual platforms, manually pulling data, and piecing together reports from scratch. Now everything lives in one place. The integrations with platforms like Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn are seamless and reliable, performance has been consistently strong with minimal downtime or lag across our accounts. The scheduling keeps content calendars running smoothly for every client, and the analytics give us clear, presentation-ready data to make faster decisions. It's saved us several hours per week and made our client reporting significantly more polished. The AI-assisted content suggestions have also been a nice addition for brainstorming captions when we're moving fast. Well worth the investment for any agency operating at scale.
Hootsuite is the best scheduling platform for social media and analytics review.
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Hootsuite for a few years now. I come form the agency environment, and I love how we can schedule our posts and get comprehensive report analytics of it. I also quite enjoy using OwlyGPT to assist with the creation of social media captions. The overall performance of the platform is great, pricing is fair for the features and integrations you receive. We haven't had the chance to integrate our account with other platforms yet, but we know that there are quite few options of different integrations. Moreover, the team offers great support and onboarding training and everyone is quite responsive when needed. The overall design UI/UX of the platform is easy to use and quite user friendly. It isn't hard to find the tools and information you are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how it doesn't allow integrations with TikTok for photos for example, I also have noticed that certain analytics are not being supported anymore, and I also do not like how the integration with Wrike is limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be honest, I am not sure if I have faced any problems yet and I am also not aware of current updates. Although, every time we have had a barrier, the team has always been quite responsive to answer our questions.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that Hootsuite makes media planning easier and helps with design. The reporting feature is absolutely amazing. I find Hootsuite user-friendly and resourceful, making it easy and fast to navigate and post. The initial setup was very easy and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing already published posts sometimes is a hassle. It would be better if it was simpler.

Hootsuite helps with media planning and design and provides amazing reporting. It's user-friendly and fast, making navigation and posting easy.
Efficient Social Media Management with Minor Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite helps make our social media publishing more efficient and allows us to keep track of engagement and other metrics. I appreciate that you can schedule posts and even have posts approved by your manager, which is super helpful. The initial setup was easy, thanks to our dedicated team at the Government of Canada. I would definitely recommend Hootsuite because I don't know of any better tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tagging in images on Twitter and Facebook is not possible; we can only tag in the message itself. Sometimes photos will disappear after a manager approves the post, especially for Twitter posts.
