Effortless Scheduling and Multi-Social Posting with Great Performance
What do you like best about the product?
The ease to post on multiple socials and the schedule feature such a life saver. The performance is also great. I like the calendar integration as well
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI could be improved upon. I cannot determine the use and the function yet. Sometimes there are minor bugs and glitches so if that can be fixed...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease to post across multiple platforms saves time. The ease of scheduling posts and also I love that it stores the post so you can revisit them anytime
Effortless Social Scheduling with Smart Best-Time Posting
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to schedule social media posts across various platforms, as well as Hootsuite's capability of identifying the best times to post on a specific platform. It makes it easier to ensure my content reaches our audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recent updates to Hootsuite has made it a bit more painful to easily schedule. It's small things like not giving me a preview to the name of an image so I can easily remove it. I like to add all the images to the "your post" section and delete the ones not needed across platforms. Now I have to either individually upload to click on each image to see which one it is before I can delete it. I also dislike how sometimes, a post just won't go through or it will double-post and I get no notification about the issues until well after the post goes live and it makes us look stupid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the moment, Hootsuite is helping us organize our social media content for publishing and keeping our content calendar aligned with our business goals.
Effortless Social Media Scheduling & Multi-Platform Posting
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite allows me to schedule social media posts so I don't have to post stuff daily, which saves me a lot of time. I also appreciate how easy it is to post quickly across multiple social platforms. The initial setup wasn't difficult either; I could just connect our different social accounts and start using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading media via Hootsuite was limited

Saves Time, Perfect for Managing Multiple Profiles
What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite to schedule social media content as a social media manager. I love how handy it is because I don't have to switch in and out between profiles like other platforms such as Meta Business Suite, and I can cross-post at the same time between different pages. I also appreciate being able to edit the caption slightly for each page, instead of creating completely separate posts. It saves so much time. I find the analytics that Hootsuite provides really great, including the suggested times to post. The initial setup was really simple and user-friendly. These things make Hootsuite a really great platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's a really great platform. It would be a dream one day to be able to schedule TikToks with it too!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to manage multiple social media profiles in one place, saving time by not having to switch between accounts. It lets me cross-post and edit captions easily, offers great analytics, and suggests optimal posting times.
Easy Scheduling and Helpful Recommended Times
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of scheduling posts and planning.I also appreciate the social score that hootsuite gives my organization. Additionally, the post recommended times is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the analytics section could be more user friendly. It seems a little clunky to me and could be a little more design friendly and graphically pleasing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think they are solving my organizations planning consistency. We struggled with that in the beginning and after using hootsuite, we are consistently posting daily.
Hootsuite Makes Multi-Platform Posting Fast—ALT Text Is Fantastic
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes the process for uploading multiple posts for separate platforms super quick! I work for a nonprofit that caters to the blind. ALT text is fire!
What do you dislike about the product?
The performance score is a bit hard to gauge on there, other than that it is super useful in discovering trends. However, you have to be bit more strategic in navigating them for underserved audiences like the blind, low vision, and print impaired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows for me to get my job done more efficiently in less time. As a Media & Outreach Coordinator, the social media management is a small portion of my role, and between filming or editing-- I need to be able to share content and schedule to work on other tasks!
All Your Analytics in One Place, Plus Easy Multi-Platform Posting
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it houses all of the analytical data. For example LinkedIn data drops off after a year, but not in hootsuite. I also enjoy that you can post to mulitple platforms from one location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing a post once it has been made is not possible. I need to go into each platform delete the post, and then repost it, while also removing it from the 'posting' section on hootsuite itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing for a more efficient use of time, posting from one platform and not having ot login and verify from multiple social accounts each time. It also outputs great data boards that you can organize and customize.
Intuitive Dashboard Makes Scheduling and Performance Insights a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive the dashboard is and how quickly I can get posts scheduled on Hootsuite. I also like seeing insights on post performance and suggested posting times.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only gripe is that sometimes you can't tag someone on LinkedIn when scheduling a draft of a post. I wish it was easier to find people when tagging them in a caption.

Hootsuite solved my social media scheduling needs and helps me experiment with new post types and times to boost engagement. It also gives me analytics to make more informed decisions about social media content.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite to post onto my client's social media platforms. It's an easy way to get content out on multiple channels and make copy adjustments effortlessly. I love using it to schedule large amounts of content in advance; it's incredibly easy. It removes the need to be logged in to multiple places, allowing me to check in on all of my clients in one place. With two-factor authentication, it removes the barrier of getting locked out. The ability to bulk schedule and upload different media to different posts simultaneously is fantastic. The bulk scheduling tool has helped me a ton, especially with the amount of content I have to schedule in advance during particular times of the year. The initial setup was so easy, just linking to the accounts, and getting started was fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the streams looked a little more like the actual platforms do, but that's just a preference

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Hootsuite for scheduling content as it saves our team time and makes our process easier. I also appreciate the full planner view, which allows us to see all our accounts on one page, making it easier to manage them in a timely manner. Setting up Hootsuite was very easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was a way to make it client facing. A live review link to see the content would be great.
