Effortless Social Media Management, Seamless Posting

What do you like best about the product?
I find Hootsuite's simple design and straightforward usage incredibly valuable, as it saves me time on cross posting and allows me to easily create the same post once to share across all our platforms. The platform's simplicity lets me focus on making the content and not worry about how I'm going to post it. Setting up Hootsuite was simple and straightforward, just connecting our accounts was all it took.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think a better mobile app would be better as I can just post straight from my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite saves me time by making cross-posting easy and simple to use, letting me focus on content creation without worrying about posting.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can post on multiple platforms using Hootsuite. I just use one photo and instead of having to go on each platform separately to post the same thing, I can go on Hootsuite and make one post that publishes on all platforms. The initial setup was very easy and simple, which makes it great for any user.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI should be more helpful with tips.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to create posts for my company's platforms, allowing me to post on multiple platforms simultaneously with one click, simplifying the process greatly.

What do you like best about the product?
It's centralized dashboard for managing multiple social media accounts, robust post-scheduling capabilities, and comprehensive analytics to track ROI. It saves time by allowing users to manage various platforms in one place and offers AI-powered content creation tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is an Outdated/Clunky Interface and experiences Frequent disconnection of social media accounts requires constant re-authentication. Limited Advanced Features such as Key analytics, comprehensive features for deeper social listening are often restricted to the most expensive plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to build brand awareness across social media platforms. Hootsuite allows us to schedule in advance, and allows users to edit in advance, which is a huge time saver.

Saves Time with Easy Reporting and Intuitive UI

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite to create analytics reports and it solves the problem of time by saving a lot of it for me, especially in reporting and analytics. The calendar feature is also easy to use - there is both a traditional "calendar" view as well as a list view. I like that the user interface is very easy to use. The initial setup was very easy too; all you have to do is connect your account through a quick integration. Hootsuite is my main social media scheduling tool and if you have the budget for it, I would definitely rate it a 10 as it's my number one tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is expensive, so you need to make sure that you can afford it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite saves me a lot of time by automating reporting, analytics, and scheduling.

What do you like best about the product?
Arguably the best platform out there. Easy to use, easy to schedule posts, great analytics, and the navigation is perfect. The non-profit pricing is a good entry point if you're a non-profit. Their google business integration is decent too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing for organizations that are not non-profit is a little rough. I know they're feature filled, but having a more robust model for small businesses would be great. Support could be better than email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our social media needs. With accounts spanning across 11 platforms, it performs very well. We've been able to maintain all of our messaging and posting with wild consistency.

What do you like best about the product?
The capability to post far in advance and edit across multiple platforms is very appealing. It is user-friendly and easy to navigate.I also like how we can pull reports from our posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit expensive when adding additional users. We originally set up our account and applied for the non-profit tax-exempt status. However, it was not applied up front, and we had to jump through several hoops to get it fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is literally a third person in our office. With a small and mighty team, it is difficult to plan so far out in advance and remember. The calendar feature is very nice, and I like how it shows you the creative within the calendar.

Effortless Multi-Platform Posting for Multiple Brands at an Affordable Price

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is the most efficient way I've found to post efficiently across multiple platforms and for multiple brands. It's also been very affordable for our nonprofit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it were a little more intuitive with adding hashtags (for example, I appreciate FB tells you how popular a hashtag is, adding a similar feature would be nice). Sometimes I'll realize I'm modifying a post for instagram vs facebook rather than modifying the parent post so I end up doing the work twice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In addition to the main nonprofit, I'm also on the board for two other mission-related organizations. All three have accounts on FB and Instagram. There are events/content that apply to all three organizations. Prior to Hootsuite, I was logging in and out of 6 separate accounts to post a single event. Unsustainable!

What do you like best about the product?
The ease to post on multiple socials and the schedule feature such a life saver. The performance is also great. I like the calendar integration as well
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI could be improved upon. I cannot determine the use and the function yet. Sometimes there are minor bugs and glitches so if that can be fixed...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease to post across multiple platforms saves time. The ease of scheduling posts and also I love that it stores the post so you can revisit them anytime

Saves Time, Perfect for Managing Multiple Profiles

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite to schedule social media content as a social media manager. I love how handy it is because I don't have to switch in and out between profiles like other platforms such as Meta Business Suite, and I can cross-post at the same time between different pages. I also appreciate being able to edit the caption slightly for each page, instead of creating completely separate posts. It saves so much time. I find the analytics that Hootsuite provides really great, including the suggested times to post. The initial setup was really simple and user-friendly. These things make Hootsuite a really great platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's a really great platform. It would be a dream one day to be able to schedule TikToks with it too!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to manage multiple social media profiles in one place, saving time by not having to switch between accounts. It lets me cross-post and edit captions easily, offers great analytics, and suggests optimal posting times.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of scheduling posts and planning.I also appreciate the social score that hootsuite gives my organization. Additionally, the post recommended times is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the analytics section could be more user friendly. It seems a little clunky to me and could be a little more design friendly and graphically pleasing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think they are solving my organizations planning consistency. We struggled with that in the beginning and after using hootsuite, we are consistently posting daily.
