What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite’s UI/UX is easy to navigate and genuinely user-friendly. What I like most about the platform is having detailed analytics and ads reporting all in one place, which makes it much simpler to review performance without jumping between tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few of my criticisms of Hootsuite are that it doesn’t offer an option to post collaborations with Facebook Reels or to add music to Instagram carousels. Those native Meta features are extremely helpful, so it’s frustrating not to have them available here. I also find it annoying that I can’t schedule YouTube videos and view them within the “Plan” view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite enables us, as a small team, to manage a wide variety of platforms and make data-backed decisions without needing to integrate a bunch of separate analytics dashboards. Content scheduling is a huge benefit for our organization, and tracking historical data would be a nightmare without Hootsuite.

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling and content calendar keeps our team proactive instead of reactive. We manage multiple venue accounts and Hootsuite makes it easy to stay organized, track what content is performing, and adjust what isn't working without things falling through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing feels steep for smaller teams and the cost adds up quickly when you need access across multiple users. The interface can also feel cluttered and a bit dated compared to newer tools, and the analytics reporting could be more intuitive without needing to dig through multiple menus to find basic insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Hootsuite we were posting reactively with no real consistency across our venues. Now we can plan content weeks in advance, keep multiple brand accounts organized in one place, and actually see what's driving engagement. It's saved time and made our social presence a lot more intentional.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite because it makes managing multiple accounts in one place really easy. I love its easy scheduling and the clean dashboard. This setup helps me efficiently manage posts and track performance all in one spot, saving me time. It's also great for planning things in advance and organizing everything clearly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel a bit expensive & the interface can be a little confusing for new users. It can be improved by simplifying the dashboard, making navigation more intuitive and adding better onboarding or tutorials for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to manage multiple accounts in one place, schedule posts, and track performance, which saves me time.

What do you like best about the product?
It's fast and easy to connect the different social media platforms with Hootsuite, easy and straightforward to plan content, then to follow up how each post succeeds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only dislike the price. For a single user, who is not a wealthy company, it is too much. I understand there are different offers, but as I am making about 2000 dollars per month in total from my social media clients, I simply can't afford paying that much. So I keep asking my clients to get the trial vesrion...and use that for a month with each of my small clients:)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me a lot of time, especially that I have small social media clients, who don't pay more than 200-600 dollars per month. So I need to be time efficient, and Hootsuite is a perfect tool for that.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease at which I can post on numerous platforms which saves so much time. I like the use of AI to find the best and most relevant hashtags that fit the post and gain traction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to reconnect social profiles that were connected before, however this could be more of a social media problem. Nothing else really, it is easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management, I have so much more time to spend on other areas of the business. It's great to schedule posts in advance so I never forget to and I love that Hootsuite advises when best to post.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the speed and convenience of Hootsuite. It allows me to post to all of our social media platforms at one time, which is super convenient. The easy sign-on process makes it hassle-free, and once you've set it up for a couple of platforms, it's just a click and everything posts. Hootsuite's scheduling feature is fantastic because I can schedule all my posts for a whole week, and they just go out without me having to check every single platform. The initial setup was straightforward, with no challenges—quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes things don't work well, like when I schedule something and it doesn't go live due to an error, and it doesn't notify me about the issue. Also, the video codecs don't always work. For example, I couldn't schedule a video on Twitter because the codec was different from others, though I'm not sure if that's a Hootsuite issue or the platform's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves convenience and time issues. It lets me post to all social media platforms simultaneously and schedule posts for the week, eliminating the need to manage each platform separately.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for all of my social media needs and I love it! It allows me to post to multiple platforms at the same time, and I absolutely love that I can program my posts ahead of time, taking the stress out of worrying about timelines and meeting deadlines. Hootsuite is super user-friendly, and I've never had any issues with it. My favorite tool is the planner, which lets me plan my social media posts weeks in advance and I love that it recommends the best times for me to post. The initial setup was super easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the AI feature could be improved. I usually create my content in Canva and then use ChatGPT to create my language. It would be great if I could do this all in Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to post to multiple platforms simultaneously and pre-schedule content, which takes the stress out of timelines and meeting deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule across multiple platforms or just one. I like that I can link across platforms with ease and can then see insights from all of these
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it would automatically resize the images to the correct size required for platforms. If I am posting a carosel it is annoying when i have to go into each post to resize it. Also it is quite expensive for what it is. I wish there was a feature to see a feed preview also this would be very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves time by quite a significant amount. I like that it is easy to see how your posts are scheduled meaning I don't have to look at all of the posts together in canva or something.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Hootsuite to schedule social media content and review analytics for our nonprofit organization. I really like how it keeps all our social media channels in one place, which makes our workflow more efficient. The easy-to-navigate UI is great, and the helpful suggestions and tips Hootsuite provides for content ideas and scheduling are really valuable to me, especially as the sole marketing person in a small team of three. The initial setup was super easy, and I felt comfortable with everything after just 2-3 sessions.
