Timesaver if you have to manage more social media networks
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule posts to multiple social media networks is unparalleled. They finally added YouTube and Instagram so it makes my weekly content scheduling a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Posting to YouTube still requires a certain video type and my schedule posts sometimes fail to post without a reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A great time saver since I manage multiple social media networks for multiple brands.

Definitely the best content scheduling tool out there.
Excellent Resource for Managing Multiple Social Media Accounts
What do you like best about the product?
I manage 10 Facebook pages. Priorto using Hoot Suite, posting involved a tedious cutting and pasting process. Now I can draft, add media, links to my website and schedule posts for all pages in one place. This product has saved me so much time!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the analytics were a little more in depth but I think they will be more useful as we build a history.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing multiple social media accounts-realizing huge time efficiencies and allowing us to spend more time on optimizing content.
Helpful Hootesuite!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootesuite is extremely easy to use and implement! We love that we can do most of our social media management from one place and all of us can access it easily. Since we have several users not all in the same office, ease of access is very important to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing to dislike with Hootesuite! It is so user friendly and simple that we have yet to find something that doesn't work for our structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps us manage multiple social media platforms all in one place instead of having to go to multiple sites. It is a great time saver that helps us have more time to allot elsewhere.

If you are looking for software to help you manage multiple social media platforms, Hootesuite is a great option! We have been thrilled with it's ease of use and formatting.
Hootsuite;A huge time saver
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule posts weeks or months out. And with the Hootsuite app, I can post on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I find challenging is the vast amount of information to learn when using Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find that I have more time to dedicate to other tasks. I dedicate a day to do my social media posts and then move on to other things.

Using for Years and Still Loving It
What do you like best about the product?
I've been utilizing Hootsuite since 2011 when I had the need for a tool to control multiple accounts on multiple social networks. I've found it to be intuitive, easy to master and full of useful updates just when I start thinking I need them. The interface is simple and straight-forward, and I have taught this tool to many older professionals in my industry of school communications. I enjoy the ability to control my Facebook, Twitter and Instagram feeds all from one location, and also the ability to monitor special hashtags I use in my communication efforts with the scroll of my mouse. The scheduling feature makes my week more organized and takes one more thing off my to-do list each day, and the built-in link shrinking feature has always been great for saving space. Additionally, I use Hootsuite from my mobile device to push video on Facebook as the Pages app does not allow for that capability. It really is an all-around great tool on my desktop and on mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are only two real hassles with Hootsuite that I have discovered during my use.
#1 - The post to Instagram is a bit cumbersome due to the way you have to push to it from your mobile device into Instagram and then post. It doesn't work in the same way the other networks allow you to schedule and forget.
#2 - There are size limitations to the image size you can post. As I shoot much of my work on a high-quality camera resulting in large size photos, it would be great to not have to edit them down before posting. (Note: This may be a limitation in the networks themselves, but I don't believe so.)

Hootsuite allows me to save time, and that is the most valuable part of my day. As a busy communications professional running between school buildings every single day, it's nice to know that when I do have time to get behind my desk, I can schedule many messages that will appear on my networks with little additional effort. Also the mobile app allows me to post on the go when I need it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This product works best for those that need a tool to monitor multiple social networks. It may not be all that useful for those who don't have more than one network. Utilize the scheduling and monitoring tools. Both are great functions of this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite made my life a lot easier and I would recommend it to anyone. Allowing me to schedule out all of my Tweets and Facebook posts allowed me to be more efficient at work. I really enjoyed sitting down once a week and taking care of all of the companies social media posts all at once. After that all I needed to worry about was responding to people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much to say here. Hootsuite did exactly what I wanted and then some. I found it a little tough to figure out at the start, but I caught on pretty quickly. The only thing I wish that would add it some form of automation. Sometimes I just want to be a presence on social media and don't necessary need add much value. I'm sure it's something they've considered and avoided due to people spamming, but it would be nice if there was a small form of automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Somedays I would completely forget to submit anything to social media. It allowed me to have a much more consistent presence in the social media world. It came with a lot more benefits than I was expecting. I really enjoyed that ability to add gifs to my posts. I also thought it was great that they had a way to shrink links so I would have more characters to use for Twitter.

Defiantly give it a try and stick with it because when you get it all figured out Hootsuite is a very helpful tool.
Perfect for a Social Media Manager!
What do you like best about the product?
Love the setup of "streams." I can see all of my social media accounts listed in a row and customize each view. Plus the scheduling option and analytics are great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish Hootsuite had the ability to automatically post to Instagram for me.

A great way to free up time during the week
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can post to all the pages I'm responsible for and see everything in one neat platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been glitchy recently and I have to delete the scheduled post and redo it if I need to change the picture.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company hadn't tracked analytics before, so Hootsuite gives us a great view of how we are performing.
Easily Manage Your Social Networks
What do you like best about the product?
Hootesuite makes it easy to manage multiple Social Networks on one page. I use this product daily, and it is one of the easiest pieces of software to set-up and get going on!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish you could have up to 4 Social Networks managed for free. Other than that, the product is great, and I enjoy using it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had an issue before of an employee trying to post on each social network one-by-one, this has given us the ability to work faster and more efficiently when it comes to our social media

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simple and clean look. It is very simple to use

That I can not have it post to instagram for me but that's not hootsuites fault.

This is allowing for us to have a social media tracking and scheduler that sends out post for our kidz social media accounts. This automated tool has made social media easy and simple.
