Great Social Media Marketing Tool

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. Even if you aren't a social media professional, it's easy to use. I also like that they have a "university" where you can stay up to date on your SMM skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are issues with images populating on certain social media sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm helping my clients maximize their marketing ability of their content and saving time doing it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sign up for as many university classes and go to their webinars.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use is great for newbies in the field. Very easy to train others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly for what we use it for to market a school newspaper, I don't dislike anything. It's very easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing to readers of our student newspaper, both the print version and the online version.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need something to schedule posts for social media, Hootsuite is very easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can schedule tweets and LinkedIn posts, make lists to monitor my competitors on social media, and monitor different hashtags. It's so convenient to have all my feeds in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to tell if your post is going to show up in the format you like. For example, sometimes my link previews don't show up the way I want them to on LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the problem of not having to be tweeting while I'm out of the office because I have tweets scheduled. I can also keep my finger on the pulse of what people in my industry are discussing.

What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely easy to plug content into Hootsuite and feel confident that it will hit the appropriate social media channels when I've asked it to. It allows me to focus on other things throughout the day and I love that it's working behind the scenes doing my work for me!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it was compatible with more social media channels and I wish there was a way to keep "hootsuite's" name off of some of my posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recruiting Team Members, Building Team Member Retention and Boosting Moral.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend Hootsuite when it comes to using it to build content on your social media channels. I am eager to continue building my brand name and Hootsuite makes it so much easier for me to do that!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can see all three platforms at once. That I can schedule facebook, twitter and instagram at once. It's easy to review what you have scheduled to make sure that you are keeping the message and branding consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like facebook doesn't give as much traffic to posts from hootsuite. You need to pay if you manage more than 3 social media accounts-this could be a negative for larger companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of not being on facebook 24/7. By scheduling the posts I am able to keep a steady presence.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a platform we use to schedule social media posts in the future. We love how simple it is to use and teach someone else how to use. It saves us time and allows us to schedule posts for weeks/months in advance so we are always ahead of things. I don't know what we would do without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything we dislike about Hootsuite. It is a game changer and we will continue to use it for years. If I had to pick something very minor, I would say that I wish the scheduling posts box was just the tiniest bit larger. We have a few older employees that have trouble understanding the concept and it would be a little easier to show them if they could see the box better. That is the only problem we have ever come across while using Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We benefit by scheduling posts in the future. We can be weeks ahead of the game and never have to worry about missing a post that a client has paid for. This keeps our social media accounts up to date and highly active.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You will not regret it! It does everything you could want it to do and more. The fact that you can view current posts, current tags by others AND schedule future posts-- what more could you want. Hootsuite makes the social media life simpler.

Great tool for Scheduling Posts

What do you like best about the product?
I love utilizing the streams to manage social media posts. Hootsuite makes it easy to connect to accounts and to view what is going on in the different social media networks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Accounts often become disconnected and at times it is a few days before we realize that posts are not going out as intended. Additionally, the view of a post with the thumbnail does not give a good sense of what the post will actually look like on Facebook or Twitter. This is certainly an area for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hootsuite now for managing Twitter specifically. Monitoring hashtags, keyword searches, and lists. This makes it easy to RT, mention and stay on top of different conversations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootsuite has a great educational platform too as a way to expand your knowledge regarding social media and digital marketing. It is a close rival to Hubspot when it comes to education.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule posts in advance and only have to write them up once to apply to many accounts. I also like that I can have a newsfeed right on the platform and retweet directly from there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform often stops responding and I have to refresh the browser. It also has a weird function when I choose the user I want a post to come from some unrelated dropdown gets in the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am saving time by scheduling posts and applying them to multiple accounts while keeping tabs on all of our activity across platforms. I also can keep track of other industry accounts on a stream. It significantly minimizes the number of screens I need up at one time, which slows my computer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very easy, but just in case there are tutorials to help figure it out. High recommend.

Great all-in-one social media manager

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can post to all of my social channels from the same place, using the correct formatting for each platform. I can even manage my freelance clients' social channels using the same software. Brilliant!
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is a little challenging to navigate. I would prefer something with a more visual interface, but it's definitely something I can move past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to solve the constant headache of keeping social channels up-to-date in an organized manner. Now, I can see everything at a glance and have control over a surprising amount of detail with very little effort.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just give it a shot! You won't be disappointed.
