Cheap and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love the interface that helps to manage the products. It's very simple and that's what we need here. I found some tools to be overcomplicated and often full of issues... Hootsuite is a reliable piece of software that just makes the everyday life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing right now. But there were scheduling issues in the past. I and my team published the content for the entire month for all our clients and it disappeared a few times... sadly we lost one of the clients, as we didn't work over the weekend, but the content still should go out. Nothing got published as the tweets disappeared and it was quite important as they were running an event...
There also used to be some issues with publishing, where content was scheduled and appeared as scheduled (or sent), but it never appeared on the account.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We provide social media management services for overwhelmed business owners, who don't have time to post and engage with their clients and prospects across SM regularly.
Great Product, Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
This is a powerful and easy to use software to post across several social media channels and manage them as well, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CSV upload for the bulk scheduler is not as intuitive as I would like. It is okay once you get used to it, but it is difficult to adjust to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling social media all at one time for a week or more at a time is a huge advantage. It makes my job much easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Excellent solution software for teams and marketing departments in need of one stop social media management and analytics.

Makes Planning Campaigns So Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows me to create a media calendar, approve the media calendar, and input the media calendar for weeks or months at a time. This takes a huge burden off my plate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything negative to say. I am sure that people more savvy with technology could find some weak spots, but for my purposes, Hootsuite worked just fine!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the time management problem of coordinating social media posts for multiple clients. It truly makes a world of difference to coordinate, set, and go!

Definitely take advantage of the monitoring tools as well!

Team collaboration that lets teams delegate scheduling and approvals between various team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't schedule Instagram posts, but that's due to the IG functionality - not Hootsuite!

Scheduling and posting at optimal times has saved our team a lot of time throughout the week.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It takes a little effort to set up and customize the settings, but once you've established your account, using Hootsuite will save you so much time in the long run!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can plan out my month on Hootsuite and not have to worry about things going wrong. I have it connected to my phone so it's with me wherever I go, and there is just unlimited organization!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the process of posting instagram - it logs me out of all of my accounts that I am signed in to which is not fun to re-signin every day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the issue of user engagement - trying to get people to use our product daily, while connecting it with our social media so enhance the number of users on our platform. We also use this product to organize our monthly initiatives, so that we can see the published items we have set up across all platforms. I have realized that Hootsuite makes it easy to see how people are responding to our posts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it! If you are like me and need things to be organized in a day to day manner, Hootsuite will help you do it all, and efficiently!

Hootsuite helps us manage our social media content and the big-picture narrative we tell, surrounded by complementary posts that we make

With new social media plaftforms on the rise, I wish that Hootsuite could "hack" some of those and allow us to post/ schedule posts

Social media is not someone's full time job within our department, so it allows us to invest a solid block of time to set ourselves up for the week or month
Amazing Platfrom
What do you like best about the product?
This is an amazing platform that can help keep track of all social media outlets at once. It is very user friendly and I would recommend this to anyone that is networking/marketing on multiple social media outlets.

I have been working with Hootsuite for a short time and I don't believe I have encountered any dislikes.

Great Product for Social Posting/ Management
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling content is a breeze. Everything is very organized, and teamwork is streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their reporting is not my favorite. Also, it is hard to edit scheduled posts from the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having one location to post social content to multiple networks is extremely efficient and saves us a lot of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We use this product strictly to streamline content posting. I do not prefer HootSuite for Analytics.
