HootSuite makes it easy

What do you like best about the product?
I can control multiple accounts and platforms all in one place. I love being able to track similar accounts and hashtags on the dashboard too
What do you dislike about the product?
The way the instagram posting works. i know the softwares dont really get a long but sometimes my notifications dont come to my phone so a post is missed on instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I make a plan and no longer neglect my social media platforms. I am able to stay relevant online and always have content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it. try it for free first. You'll want to upgrade to the full version. It's not only great for scheduling social media posts but also monitoring similar accounts and hash tags.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and even the free package boasts many usable features. Have only used a paid package for one company and found the free version to do what I needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social media posts to multiple networks aren't automatically formatted to that network. Twitter is the worst one in this. If a post has Instagram and Twitter selected, the Twitter post only has a link to the Instagram post. I would want to see the picture I sent instead of a link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can schedule posts for the weekends when I'm out of the office (which is when more users are on social) and I can synchronize posts with my social media cohort(s).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Stick with the free version unless you REALLY need to pay for it. Not great for YouTube, but that's to be expected.

What do you like best about the product?
Love filling out Facebook & Twitter posts in the same place and being able to schedule far in advance. Don't have to worry about anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it is difficult to tag certain companies on Facebook. Sometimes I have to go back in on Facebook and edit after Hootsuite posts it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps manage my time and keeps me organized.

Perfect for managing multiple pages at once

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can schedule content in advance - and that I can create enough content for all of the pages I manage at once across multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do find the way the app interacts with Google+ a little frustration - I wish it was easier to tag other businesses with it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple clients' social media platforms at once.

Use this product if you're managing scores of clients at once.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to schedule. While there are many other beneficial aspects to Hootsuite, being able to plan posts in advance is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Instagram is not able to be used correctly with this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hootsuite, we are able to manage our many accounts and track the performance of these posts all in the same software. This allows us to see what we are doing right and what we are doing wrong.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that all my information for each account can be found on one clean page, I'm not rifling through different tabs to find things. I can easily track mentions, new followers and my feed for each individual account that I manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
One minor complaint could be that I sometimes find the platform sort of sterile, maybe there could be themes or even dark mode. Sometimes I can get lost in the tabs as they all look basically the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency is probably the biggest business problem that I use Hootsuite to solve. It saves me so much time not having to go in and individually log in to each account that I manage. It also reduces my stress to schedule future posts, so I don't have to worry about getting things done last minute.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use Hootsuite if you want a very simple and clean management system.

What do you like best about the product?
I can do all of my social media postings from one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is harder to repost & share post from people you follow. I prefer to do that straight from the Facebook or Twitter sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the reports section. It make it easier to take numbers directly to our clients so they can track how we are providing a service to them.

Perfect for multi-account management

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to update multiple accounts across multiple services
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a little clunky. The UI has some issues, but easy enough once you get past them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple brands in our portfolio, so managing the various Social accounts within those brands can be complicated. Hootsuite makes it easy.

Great free social media monitoring program

What do you like best about the product?
The free features are plenty if you don't have too many accounts to handle. Also, it's great that you can add a bunch of streams with words you want to monitor.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free analytics are pretty basic. Would like to be able to delve into it a bit more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use this for scheduling tweets ahead of time since you can't do that on Twitter unless you enter credit card information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Set up a lot of streams for monitoring your company, brand, or competitors. It's a really good way to have all of that information at your fingertips.
