Makes Social Media Manager Jobs Easy

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to monitor so many things at once. It's nice to see who interacts with you and who is talking about issues related to your industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could tag people in your photos. It's a new feature on Twitter, so hopefully Hootsuite adds it as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time and maximizes use of social media.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's the best for shortening links, monitoring your social media interaction, and finding things to post.

What do you like best about the product?
I like hootsuite because I do a lot of social posting at work, thru multiple platforms and multiple accounts. I can schedule the same post on all of them at the same time, without the back and forth!
What do you dislike about the product?
support for instagram is not perfect - you need to have a picture to post. Would like an IG generator that can post words without having to go to another tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
bring one unitary branding image to a brand that has multiple facets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
pro platform is worth is if you have a large social footprint

Great program to manage social media sites

What do you like best about the product?
I really liked how easy it was to access all of the accounts within one main page. You can quickly get to your Facebook, Twitter, etc. page
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I would struggle with the views and adding certain topics or names to my dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Constant outreach and ease of use for scheduling all tweets and posts. This is a live saver for social media.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dive in and try to understand everything as fast as possible, because this program makes your life so much easier with social media outreach.

Great tool forces social media management

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using HootSuite almost from the beginning of the company's existence and it is a very easy to use and comprehensive solution that manages all my social networks and my clients social networks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think that there is much to really dislike with HootSuite. Compared to other tools such as buffer however it is not as user-friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have always needed to solve the problem of managing multiple social networks from One dashboard. HootSuite is one of the best and most comprehensive platforms where you can manage almost every single social network from one interface.

Have all your social media in one place

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to manage our social media accounts from one location. The dashboard allows you to view interactions from each site in an easily accessible format. I've set our twitter pages up so I can view our posts, interactions, retweets, feed and scheduled posts all on one page. Being able to schedule posts has made a huge difference to our time and scheduling, we no longer have to remember to go and post things but can set posts up across the week. Equally, if someone is on holiday they can plan posts whilst they're away so social media doesn't suffer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard looks dated and clunky. We currently use the free version and there is limited reporting available. However, as a free tool that's not too much of an issue. The LinkedIn connection times out periodically which is frustrating but I suspect that is down to LinkedIn's security and it is easy to fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving when managing social media. Managing the streams from one place means nothing gets forgotten about.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The free version has a wide variety of functions so very useful for testing if you're considering purchasing the full version. Scheduling posts is a very useful feature.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I was able to schedule social media posts days (even months) in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite Pro kept increasing and for me, that became annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to kept people engaged when I was posting things in advance. The benefit I realize is that it was easy to navigate and I was able to work smarter.

From Social Media Hell to Social Media HEAVEN!

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to manage all of our social media accounts in one dashboard. When I have a full plate, Hootsuite is a welcome application to my busy day. I can see across all of our social media accounts at once. It allows for a much more engaged team and customer experience. Another great feature is the ability to drag and drop media to post across your social networks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more apps and other add-ons to allow for connection to other social networks or more in-depth reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management. With Hootsuite, I am able to schedule an entire week's worth of social media posts. I can schedule for the entire month or year if I really need to! With Hootsuite, I can take an actual vacation.

Manage NUMEROUS Client Accounts in One Place!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that you are able to manage everything from one dashboard. It is a user-friendly dashboard as well and allows you to quickly see each client all in one location.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the reporting was a little bit "beefier." The reporting is fairly basic for the $120/year that I am currently paying, although it is still decent. Oh! One of the biggest things that I wish I had was the ability to view the scheduled posts in a calendar form or an easy way to show clients what posts are coming up. Currently, I am using Excel (Google Sheets) for that and I wish it was all done at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, I am able to offer Social Media Marketing for clients and that is both beneficial to them and to me.

I would start with your own personal free account and then build as you need to on it.
