Powerful Cross-Brand Scheduling, Analytics, and Social Previews

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling capabilities cross-brand and analytics tools are really great. You can also see the different platforms and it is going on along with previews of how it would look on social media. Listening tools also are incredibly effective. We have monthly meetings with our Hootsuite representatives and the support from them is also really great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing and integrations of things are a lot to add on. Have worked with other scheduling platforms that include free link in bio landing pages for different brands and this one costed more than any other platform we have used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having problems with the analytics and performance across our brands and Hootsuite is giving accurate data to our teams. It has benefited us to include the AI capabilities for our future planning as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite to post to our Instagram and Facebook socials, and it makes it easier for me as I don't have to go to two different places to post. I like the AI tool, Owly, that helps me draft captions and emails. Instead of me having to think about a caption or email, Owly drafts it for me very quickly, which is really helpful as a leasing specialist because I am always doing so many things at once. The initial setup was actually very straightforward and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say is that a post had failed to post to our socials one day, and it didn't notify me. Notifications when posts fail, could help improve Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite lets me post on Instagram and Facebook from one place. Owly quickly drafts captions and emails, which is great since I juggle many tasks as a leasing specialist.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Hootsuite because it allows me to schedule all my posts in one place, which is really convenient for handling multiple social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and LinkedIn for our college. The ability to plan posts for specific dates and times makes it very versatile. It also makes my work easier as I can upload the same media across different platforms simultaneously, saving me the trouble of repeatedly uploading images. I appreciate being able to upload everything at once, and I find it very helpful that I can put different captions for each platform. This feature really makes my job much easier. Overall, it's been a very easy experience, and I didn't encounter any trouble in setting it up.
What do you dislike about the product?
One time, I faced a situation where I was uploading the same media for all platforms, and while doing that, I had to put different captions for each platform. At some point, there was some error or something; maybe because I was using all platforms at once, it crashed or something. I had a bit of trouble tagging a person or organization, but it's fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and LinkedIn all in one place. It makes my life easier by allowing me to upload media and set different captions for each platform simultaneously.

What do you like best about the product?
Yes, because you can manage your media more easily; nowadays, it is so useful to do it with a few clicks. And also you can use it to schedule to see your calendar more easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not too friendly if you do not know how to use it, and it's a little expensive and does not have free trials and Some users report account disconnections or bugs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, if you use it well, you can save time because you can manage your Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube accounts more easily; in fact, it helps a lot when you need to manage meetings, and you can see how your media is responing one time you load videos.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes the process up uploading social media content so easy--it eliminates time on my part that I would spend doing it on each platform. It also helps streamline the process of creating social media content, and provides an opportunity to plan more effectively so that a consistent stream of content can be easily managed!
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a little steep, but when you consider all of the features that it offers, I understand. I do know that the price can be a barrier to come content creators continuing to use the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to take the menial tasks out of social media postings. I have found that much time is wasted going in and focusing so much on the little minutia of content, but Hootsuite can automate that, as well as to give ideas that better promote content.

What do you like best about the product?
Seemlessly integrates into social apps make social marketing and scheduling easy. Performance at times experiences challenges with disconnections. Pricing for annual is most beneficial, overall time saved is the biggest return of investment for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve experienced occasional disconnections, and some Facebook integrations no longer seem to be supported for certain groups or pages. I also run into occasional interruptions with scheduled messaging, which can lead to “post failed” messages on posts that were previously scheduled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helping me maximize my posting across various platforms and saving me precious time on what used to take hours and hours—posting individually on 8+ platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to schedule my posts in advance, use AI integrations to improve my posts, and access brand performance metrics to track how my posts are performing across quarters and YoY.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest complaint is when social media accounts become disconnected from the platform, and scheduled posts do not go out as expected, interrupting my brands monthly content calendar and disappointing my franchisees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is a massive time saver! Social media content creation takes a lot of time, and I love that Hootsuite has AI integration to assist with creating on brand content. I also love that I can schedule so many posts in advance and track their performance across multiple platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Hootsuite makes posting on LinkedIn really easy with LinkedIn-ready posts. The categories for posts and the ability to sort them based on my needs and understanding are great. I can pick content based on type or product, sort it by date published, and even see how many colleagues have shared it before me. Scheduling new posts for the whole month is a breeze, and I can easily track which ones I have shared already. The initial setup was super easy and quick, just a 2-minute job. I honestly find no major issues with Hootsuite, apart from wanting a more intuitive auto-scheduling feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The auto-scheduling feature doesn't work as expected; it doesn't schedule on its own. It feels tedious to manually go back and forth for scheduling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes finding and posting LinkedIn content easy, allows sorting content by type and date, and helps me see past shares by colleagues. I can schedule posts for the month and track what I've shared.
