User-Friendly and Educational, But Login Process Needs Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is very easy to navigate. I also like that they have classes to explain how to use certain features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I Love the software but I do think it is a pain to log in and have to enter this crazy long verification code everytime as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making it very easy to plan and post a month's worth of social media on all platforms. I also like that I can log into one platform and access and respond to comments on ALL my social media platforms.

Effortless Content Management with Helpful Analytics

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has made it so much easier to manage my content across multiple platforms. I love that it recommends best times and practices for sharing posts and photos. I also use the analytics to help me with monthly reports for upper management. I use Hootsuite daily for managing comments and found it really easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once in awhile I get disconnected from Threads and have a hard time getting back in, but it's rare and not that big of a deal. Any time I've had an issue, customer service has been very quick to respond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have multiple platforms to manage, and social media is only one of my roles. Hootsuite helps simplify my content sharing and helps me keep track of comments. As a government page, that is very important to me. It saves me a ton of time.

What do you like best about the product?
The smart inbox, easy publishing, and competitor insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inbox doesn't have all the same capabilities as Sprout Social when it comes to blocking users and deleting comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small team with several social pages. Having all our comments, mentions, and DMs in one place for organic and ads is a game changer. We are more on top of our customer needs.

Effortless Bulk Scheduling and Editing

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to schedule posts across all our social platforms, and I also like that I can go back and edit posts on specific platforms if I need to remove hashtags or update links. The option to bulk post is valuable, especially since it allows for detailed adjustments as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Pinterest posting feature hasn't been working properly for us. No matter how many times I log in and reconnect, the posts continue to fail and the connection keeps dropping. That could be a Pinterest issue as well though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management is always a challenge. As someone working in a small business, I have to juggle multiple roles, so having the ability to schedule 30 posts at once is a significant advantage. It allows me to concentrate on other important aspects of the business without constantly worrying about social media updates.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use! The listening features are also extremely useful to our agency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a fan of the app; it is a bit difficult to use. I'd rather use the mobile website because I can access every feature!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The listening tool and inbox all being in one place is so nice. We have all we need for our social media accounts.

Efficient Scheduling and Integration, But Needs Update Sync with Social Platforms

What do you like best about the product?
I like Hootesuite's ability to schedule posts ahead of time and flexibility with sharing across multiple platforms. It is very efficient and helps me stay ahead of schedule and not have to worry about forgetting any relevant content. They have amazing customer support and I use Hootesuite almost every day for my social media marketing needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Hootesuite is that it is not always up to date with Instagram and Facebook's software updates. For instance, now Instagram allows you to post over 10 photos or videos in a carousel post, but Hootesuite only allows up to 10. However, it is easy to integrate with my other tools and I enjoy implementing Hootesuite with my social media work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootesuite is solving my problems with scheduling content and planning my posts ahead of time. This is beneficial to me because it saves me time and allows me to work ahead on campaigns and projects.

Effortless Multi-Platform Scheduling, But Limited Carousel Features

What do you like best about the product?
One of the biggest upsides about hootsuite as a social media manager is that it allows me to schedule the same post across multiple platforms all at once. Additionally, typing out the captions and adding relevant hashtags that are based off of your target audience you are trying to reach. I use it everyday to schedule post weeks in advance with the time I want based off of the day that our actvity is the highest based off of our followers. It also does a great job keeping track of statistics and engagement to see how well your content is doing. Basically what works and what doesn't work with the algorithm.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I do not like about hootsuite is if I schedule a carosuel on instagram/facebook platforms. It doesn't allow me to to add sound or music to the post because it has to be done through the actual app. Other than that, everything is perfect and makes my life so much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sometimes my captions are too wordy or lacking substance but with their Ai tool it helps reword or change the tone of your captions to your liking to make it look professional, clean, and to the point and focusing on the specific target audience. This makes my life 10 times easier than trying to come up with a caption that makes sense and matches the tone of the post.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy that I can easily managed, schedule and report on all my social platforms through one tool. I really don't need to log into each individual platform and that saves me a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to create AI visuals through the platform itself, I realize this is asking a lot. :)
I also think my ability to tag through the platform sometimes is limited and randomly I won't be able to tag someone on the tool and will have to switch to platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I honestly use this for it's basic features, but it solves me needing to go into each platform for reporting especially.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is very user-friendly. I especially appreciate the analytics trackers, and I rely on the reports for board meetings. With a small staff, it's easy to pre-program our posts months in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be costly as a small nonprofit. It can also be frustrating when I have to re-link our accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I have a small team, posting content in real time isn't practical for me. Hootsuite allows me to schedule posts months ahead and create marketing plans in batches, which makes managing my workload much easier.
