Effortless Social Scheduling and Organization with Hootsuite

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it easy to schedule content across multiple platforms in one place. I like being able to see all my campaigns laid out on a calendar, and I appreciate how simple it is to duplicate posts or adjust them for different channels. It also helps to keep everything organized when juggling multiple accounts. Their AI tools for caption prompts and thumbnail suggestions can be surprisingly helpful when I’m stuck or short on time. Overall, it gives me more consistency in posting and helps me stay ahead.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing feels high for smaller nonprofits or small teams. Some features that feel basic (like more robust reporting or more users) sit behind upgrades that make it more expensive. I also wish the UI was a bit more intuitive — certain things feel like they’re buried or take extra clicks to get to. And sometimes there’s a delay or glitch when it comes to syncing Instagram reels or story content which can interrupt workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me stay consistent and organized with social content across multiple platforms, without having to manually post or juggle reminders. It saves me time, streamlines scheduling, and keeps all my campaigns aligned in one organized dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite to manage my clients' social media accounts, and it allows me to save time and work more effectively for all of them. I am able to grow my social media business and expand by taking on more clients because the tools this software offers are incredible. These tools are valuable because they help me save time, which has allowed me to hire new social media managers to support my expansion efforts. The initial setup was very easy, and I'd definitely recommend Hootsuite to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a small business owner, pricing is always a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to manage my clients' social media accounts, saving time and working more effectively. It helps me expand my business by taking on more clients and lets me focus on new opportunities by hiring new managers.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Hootsuite is how easy it makes it to manage multiple social media platforms in one place. I can schedule posts, monitor engagement, and track performance without having to constantly switch between apps. The calendar view is especially helpful for planning out content ahead of time and keeping campaigns organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Hootsuite is that some of its more advanced features, like in-depth analytics and team collaboration tools, are only available on higher-tier plans, which can get expensive. The interface can also feel a bit cluttered at times, especially when managing multiple accounts or viewing several streams at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps solve the challenge of managing multiple social media accounts efficiently. Instead of logging into each platform separately, I can schedule, post, and monitor content all in one place. This saves a lot of time and helps keep our posting schedule consistent and organized.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple and easy to use. Clear planner and that you can write posts across multiple platforms in one go. I use it to schedule every post.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally you loose drafts on of your content and sometimes the tagging of people and companies doesn't work properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time is takes to create and post across multiple platforms. It serves as a great visual way to see all the posts that have gone out in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to plan, in a very visual way, the posts to social networks and at recommended dates and times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like the price, as I work in an NGO and it was a great financial effort. Luckily, the Hootsuite team made us an offer to be a non-profit organization.

Customer contact needs to improve. Users prefer to talk to people rather than bots.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a very large organizational capacity and provides data to understand our audience when launching new campaigns. Very important for an NGO.

What do you like best about the product?
Analytics, Ability to post and remove content from the platform (as X has been a nightmare of late). I like the suggested times to post too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the suggested times were more easily accessible to view, and tagging is a problem from Hootsuite sometimes, especially if you don't know the handle and want to search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
provides me constant insights into how my accounts are performing and allows me to provide measurement for my clients. It does this with precision and ease from a user experience pov. super easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
We can post content to multiple channels at once - and edit / tweak each as needed
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't tag locations, and tagging people / orgs is not as intuitive as on the native channels
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We typically have post content that goes out on multiple channels, but is largely the same basic pieces - we do have to tweak somewhat for different channels, and this is easy and quick on Hootsuite

What do you like best about the product?
What I love best about Hootsuite is how easy it is to use the platform, and how much time it saves me. Instead of having to post on multiple platforms, I just do one singular post with Hootsuite and I save all that time I also like being able to schedule my posts as someone who works part time, so being able to plan ahead and post is very useful. I like how hootsuite will recommend times to post too. Customer support is great and easy to contact. Highly recommend for any social media managers or businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is not being able to add a location, that's the only thing I have to go back in and add to my post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a part-time social media manager, so Hootsuites helps me save time by posting to multiple platforms at once. I can add the same caption for all 3 platforms that I use. Also, it was annoying having to post when I wasn't on the clock, so I now pre-schedule my posts to post when I am not there.
