User-Friendly Social Media Management with Robust Features

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly Hootsuite is and how it holds many useful features. It's very easy to upload content and schedule it for multiple platforms at once. It's also easy to rearrange when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Hootsuite only gives you 4 random images to choose from as a cover image for videos, rather than letting you swipe through all frames like on platforms such as Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to schedule and manage content across multiple social media platforms easily, including setting post times and tags. Its user-friendly interface allows me to upload and rearrange content effortlessly, making social media management much more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Hootsuite is the ability to manage multiple social media accounts from one central platform. The scheduling features save a lot of time and help maintain a consistent posting calendar across different channels. The analytics and reporting tools are also useful to quickly evaluate performance and optimize content strategy. Overall, it improves workflow efficiency and team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Hootsuite is that some advanced features and detailed analytics are locked behind higher pricing tiers, which can be limiting for smaller teams or budgets. The interface can also feel a bit complex at times, especially when managing multiple streams, which may impact usability. Occasionally, platform integrations can have delays or limitations depending on social network updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps solve the challenge of managing multiple social media accounts and content calendars across different platforms. It centralizes publishing, scheduling, and monitoring, which reduces manual work and minimizes the risk of missed posts or inconsistent messaging. By having everything in one dashboard, it improves productivity, ensures better organization, and allows faster response to audience engagement, resulting in more efficient social media operations and better overall performance.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Hootsuite is very user-friendly, even though I just started using it. The interface is pretty self-explanatory, which makes it easy to navigate. I appreciate the ease of scheduling content and the DM automation feature. Being able to duplicate posts saves me so much time, which is a huge plus. The analytics provided by Hootsuite are way better than those from other tools like Meta Business Suite or Instagram Insights. It's super helpful to have everything in one interface, especially the built-in DM automation, which eliminates the need for additional tools like ManyChat. Exporting reports is straightforward, and if I need help reading them, I can use AI for assistance. The initial setup was very easy, and I think I could have figured it out on my own even without help. Overall, having everything in one place has made managing social media much simpler for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, my biggest issue is that you can only use DM automation on a post that's been scheduled within Hootsuite. If I wanted to do an Instagram reel and need particular audio or other elements, it's easier to create it directly inside Instagram. I wish that reels or scheduled content could be linked to Hootsuite so I could use DM automation without needing a workaround. It would be helpful if the DM automation was better linked to Instagram itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to easily duplicate posts, saving time on content repurposing. It offers better analytics than other tools and simplifies scheduling and DM automation.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite keeps everything in one place, helping me to keep track of content and plan my schedule accordingly. The scheduling and analytical reports are particularly useful for my daily tasks as a social media executive. The scheduling tools allow me to plan a week of content in advance, and the reporting tools are great for sentiment marking and tracking what does well across platforms. I find the initial setup very easy.

Sometimes there are bugs and glitches with Hootsuite, like images disappearing and scheduling not going ahead.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Hootsuite since launching my company in 2012. Social media is a rapidly changing entity with new platforms coming, and older ones changing or going defunct. Throughout all this continual turmoil, Hootsuite has been a constant, evolving along with the changing social media landscape. Hootsuite creates new tools, refines and updates older ones, and it is always in step with the pulse of social media. From analytics, to scheduling, to listening, Hootsuite is the ONLY scheduling tool that does everything. Customer service is topnotch as well. Truly, I love everything about Hootsuite!
What do you dislike about the product?
While I am fortunate to have started as a legacy member of Hootsuite, I know that prices have had to increase to accommodate updates and changes. I know these updates in tools are absolutely essential, and appreciate that Hootsuite invests in improvements for users. But many of the social media manager groups to which I belong talk about how pricey it is for solopreneurs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes managing multiple accounts and platforms an efficient and collaborative process that is easy for my team to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to schedule or do daily posts as well as see a visual of the posts before they go out. I also like seeing the posting calendar. The initial setup of Hootsuite was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I could think of is pricing, as the price has increased a lot over the years.
