Effortless Social Media Management with AI Insights

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for employee advocacy, and it makes the process faster. The AI feature for correcting posts is very cool. I find that it offers ideas about content creation, which is a big plus. The platform shows the history of posts and helps plan future posts, giving access to confirmed and approved posts by the company, which is useful. I appreciate the performance of dashboards as they give a good overview of content performance. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to see benchmarks, how my performance is compared to peers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite speeds up posting, provides AI-corrected posts, shows post history, plans future posts, and gives access to approved content, which is cool. It offers content ideas and an overview of performance.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can keep everything together all under one platform. Love how I can also schedule posts for anytime. Also i've found that owly gpt works better than chat gpt
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there isn't much i can think of that I dislike about hootsuite. I've loved it since i used it. If there is one thing, sometimes when i've used owly it'll get something wrong but normally im able to fix it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hoot suite has solved an issue we had here at my workplace. Before me, they never had any kind of Social Media exposure. With Hootsuite, it shows recommended times so that I can post when our audience typically gives the most engagement possible and its been working

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy Hootsuite is to use—it makes managing multiple social accounts feel simple and organized instead of overwhelming. The interface is clean, and scheduling posts takes just a few clicks. The reporting is another big plus; it gives clear, useful insights that help me understand what’s working and where I can improve, without having to dig through complicated data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to be honest, compared to the previous tool that we had, this meets all our needs. From the easy inbox use to monitor all our channels to the Analytics area for our daily reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love how easy Hootsuite is to use—it makes managing multiple social accounts feel simple and organized. Scheduling posts is quick and straightforward, and the reporting is especially helpful. It provides clear insights that make it easy to see what’s working and where I can improve without getting overwhelmed by data.

What do you like best about the product?
Didn't know a platform like this existed, makes multi posting to socials extremely simple. I enjoy that I only need to setup a post once and it can auto generate the post for different platforms

Maybe the layout in which posts are shown on the calendar. There was initial difficulty figuring out how to see the times in which the posts were scheduled for

Making it very simple and time efficient to post to multiple social media platforms at one time. Saves me work time that can be used for other activities

What do you like best about the product?
It makes posting easier, quicker and a lot more consistent. We use the daily scheduler every day and the reporting often. It's interface is straightforward to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be a little slow, sign us out of our profiles and is pushing AI features too much. We don't like to use AI copy or images. We typically just avoid them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making our work faster and efficient and allows us to be consistent across multiple platforms. It's reduced time we have to spend posting on multiple platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite primarily for social media scheduling and management, and I like being able to manage multiple social media accounts from one dashboard. I appreciate the analytics and reporting features because they give me clear visibility into engagement rates, follower growth, and high-performing content which improve my performance. I also enjoy the team collaboration aspect as it reduces errors through role-based access. Additionally, the initial setup of Hootsuite was smooth and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Hootsuite is mainly the pricing and some feature limitations. The plans are quite expensive compared to alternatives, especially for small teams or solo users. Advanced features like detailed analytics, custom reports, and multiple social accounts are often locked behind higher-tier plans.
I also find the API and integration limitations restrictive, which makes it harder to connect Hootsuite with other tools I use. The interface can feel a bit heavy and slow at times, particularly when managing multiple accounts or scheduling content in bulk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite lets me manage multiple social media accounts from one dashboard, improving engagement with analytics and reports. It enhances team collaboration with role-based access, reducing errors.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite to schedule social media posts, which saves me time and energy because I don't have to rush to remember to post, and I can do everything all in one place. What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can set up a number of different accounts, including ours and our clients', to make social media management easier. It just makes life really easy for them and allows us to see everything in real-time for both our company and clients' posts. It's great because it lets us hone in on the timing with its recommendations of best time of day to share posts, and even how things look when they're scheduled to go out. It was easy to set up and leverage the resources. We also appreciate being able to see social media engagement via the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a bit steep when we factor in the additional accounts, but my team knows it's valuable for the work we do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to see all posts for the month in one repository for all the platforms my team posts to - LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. It is easy to add team members, manage levels of access across profiles, and have real-time visibility and control over posts.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me and my business stay on top of dates that are super important to keep our business running. I like the people that I deal with in everyday business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a little too high for my taste It is a good company but they need to be more affordable for people to be able to use them.
I do wish they would have a lower price point for their services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the everyday headache of handling our social media accounts. They are really helpful in what they do for our business as a whole. We are very grateful.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Hootsuite for its Owly GPT, which is quite useful. The customer support is also great, and I appreciate the ability to customize different performance reports. Additionally, I had a fantastic experience with my Hootsuite representative, Catrina, who was extremely helpful. She set up multiple training sessions and assisted with troubleshooting any problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think something that could be improved is that when I schedule a post on X, it doesn't inform me if I have too many characters in the copy.

Hootsuite automates posting content, pulling analytics, writing captions, and generating post ideas.
