Easy Calendar View and Handy Previews for Quick Content Review

What do you like best about the product?
The calendar view is very easy to use and lets you see all of your weekly posts on one page, which is by far the simplest way to review everything at a glance. We also really like the preview function on the right-hand side, because it makes reviewing and approving content so much easier. I usually just take a snip and send it on for approval. We could do this directly in the software, but we simply prefer handling approvals via email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Logging in every time is really annoying, especially since the software can be quite slow. I also find the dashboards very complicated, and I’ve never managed to set one up successfully. The pricing feels high as well. I’ve never had to contact support, and the tool was already set up when I started my job. I used to rely on the hashtag suggestions, but I hardly use them anymore now that PCs are becoming more intelligent. I don’t use the AI suggestions either, because we feel it doesn’t really understand our company. I have used the Canva integration before, but for some reason the designs don’t appear in Canva when I go there, so if I want to edit something I end up having to start all over again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reviewing and approving posts used to be really complicated and time-consuming. Now we can use the platform to see exactly (with disclaimers!) how the post will look once it’s live on LinkedIn.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Hootsuite for making business social media account management so much easier. It solves the issue of manually uploading posts across different platforms and the built-in analytics are super helpful for my job. I find it user-friendly, which is a big plus for me. I love that I can monitor all my postings from the streams tab, allowing me to see in real time what's working with my content without switching back and forth between different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how when i'm creating content in the "create a post" area, if I'm creating a post that will be uploaded to multiple platforms but edit one individual platform's post, I then can't make edits in the overview tab afterwards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the issue of manually uploading posts to social media platforms. It's user-friendly, allows me to track analytics, and I can monitor postings in real time through the streams tab without switching platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
It puts everything together on one page, so I'm more likely to notice issues or to-do items. It encourages me to be more active in posting and reacting to feedbacks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish youtube was integrated the same way the other social aps are. You can do youtube through hootsuite, but you need to do it separately, it isn't as connected to the other social media sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing is it connects all of our social media sites, so that when we post on one, we are more likely to also use the other sites at the same time. It's all easily connected.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite to manage social media for the company I handle marketing for. I like scheduling posts, tracking analytics, and comparing our performance against competitors. Hootsuite solves having to separately go into all of our social media accounts to post. With Hootsuite, I can do it all at once, which is really nice. I really like the analytics part; I can see analytics for all or each account and select the dates I choose. I also like how you can enter in certain accounts and compare your performance to theirs. I can see what's doing well for competitors and what's not, helping me decide if we should use those ideas. I also like to see how we are doing compared to the industry, social media-wise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say sometimes when I schedule for some reason it won't post to certain accounts. It normally happens with Instagram but it will be like something went wrong so I have to manually go on Instagram and post it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to manage social media efficiently by scheduling posts and tracking analytics. It solves the hassle of uploading to multiple accounts individually and lets me compare our performance with competitors all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite is simple to use. The calendar feature that shows what I have scheduled is fabulous, and I appreciate how it now includes integrated AI features.
What do you dislike about the product?
What could be improved is when you need to make a change to one of the posts, that it spreads through all of the posts versus having to update each one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite lets me distribute content to all platforms with one click, saving me massive time.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of being able to schedule all my social media posts in advance. Hootsuite makes it easy to add media and make my posts the correct length for every platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I wish it was easier to do is copy and paste similar posts on different days. You have to do it one at a time instead of bein g able to schedule all at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite saves me so much time every week by allowing me to schedule posts in advance. This helps me to reach my audiences on social media and share information about what we're doing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the analytical part of Hootsuite because it gives me all the analytics, which helps me improve my social media posting. This is my favorite part. I find it to be a time-saving and effort-saving process as I can post the same content on different accounts with one platform. It's a very easy process to handle, not a difficult process. I'm very used to Hootsuite, and the initial setup is easy—just buying an account, logging in, and it starts automatically. It's very easy to handle.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes social media scheduling so much easier - I use Hootsuite for both internal and client SM marketing! I dont know what I would do without it, it saves so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love it overall, but it would be great if there was an editing feature. There have been some occasions where I have noticed a mistake after posting, and have to go into each SM account to edit or delete a post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes away the need to manually schedule any content, and also helps with caption idea with the AI owl function. The integration to all relevant social platforms is a life saver!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration with our social media accounts with nice overview of scheduled posts. Analytics are super helpful and detailed, perfect for our reporting needs. Great support stuff that supports NGOs
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes emails from Hootsuite end up in our spam folder, which can delay our response. We also run into occasional connectivity issues when connecting or reconnecting accounts, but nothing major. Overall, we’re very happy with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company manages multiple projects, each with multiple social media channels to share our project results, and we also run our own company accounts. It’s a perfect tool for making sure everything is scheduled and posted, even when we have results ready to publish months in advance. We just schedule the posts and don’t have to think about it, because everything is automatically published.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how quick and easy Hootsuite is to use because it saves me a lot of time scheduling and planning our social posts. I also really appreciate the ability to post on all our accounts in one simple upload. Just a click on the accounts I want to post to, and it creates separate posts for each. It seriously couldn't be easier. Plus, the initial setup of Hootsuite was very easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very much geared towards the US, for example, the international days are more for US than UK users, so it would be great to be a bit more tailored for UK users. The same applies for if you use the Canva functionality on Hootsuite - Canva images are very US focused, but it's a very minor thing for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to schedule social posts quickly and easily, saving time and helping with planning by identifying gaps. It simplifies posting on multiple accounts with one click, creating separate posts effortlessly.
