Super Helpful for Organizing Projects with Customizable Boards and Reminders
What do you like best about the product?
It’s been super helpful for organizing all of my projects. I can even customize my boards, and I get reminder notifications on my phone, which makes it easier to stay on top of everything!
What do you dislike about the product?
With the way the board is designed right now, I’d really love the option to customize it, colors, fonts, and sizes for each block. I think that would make it much easier to go through all the tasks I have
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing my workload and my deadlines mostly! I'd love for it to include some workload Ai or something similar
Flexible Integrations and Valuable Asana Academy Training
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the flexibility and available integrations that Asana offers. The Asana Academy and training available has also been very valuable so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that only one person can be assigned to a task within Asana, as this is not how our team works. It takes extra time to duplicate or create subtasks, when it would be more efficient to allow multiple assignees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping us gain clarity on incoming work requests, as well as gaining truer data on time spent on various projects and tasks.
Roadmap Feature Makes Marketing Campaign Planning a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
The roadmap feature helps me plan marketing campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not that easy to create a ticketing form to link up to the marketing calendar so we can easily create new campaigns and see when they are coming up (when comparing ticketing systems to jira or notion)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to prioritise OKRs as well as smaller projects
A Versatile Project & Task Tracker, Perfect for Small Business
What do you like best about the product?
ASANA is a very useful tool that we use in our business to keep track of our client projects and outputs, team meetings, and other management areas of our business like IT and Quality Systems. Once setup to our custom needs, navigating the interface is easy and performance of the program is quick. Updates are frequent and support are helpful when things change and we are not sure how to resolve problems. There seems to be a whole lot of other features that we do not use to its full potential, like AI features and software integrations. It is a very thorough product. Pricing is also feasible for our small business of less than 10 employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the biggest issue is when things change. Updates will occasionally change the way things work, and we will need to spend a small amount of time finding a solution, or a work-around, or contacting support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a central program where we can organise multiple elements of our business, from customer outputs, to team meetings, to internal quality system management.
Streamlined Project Management with Slight Pricing Hurdles

I use Asana mainly to streamline project planning and ensure timely execution of tasks. I like how Asana simplifies collaboration and helps keep everything structured in one place. With Asana, everyone knows their responsibilities and deadlines, which improves accountability and keeps projects moving smoothly. I also connect Asana with other productivity tools like Slack, Google Drive, and Zoom to keep communication, files, and meetings aligned. Getting started with Asana was simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
While useful, some advanced features in Asana are only available in higher-tier plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to streamline project planning, reduce the need for follow-ups with real-time updates, and maintain a clear view of project status.
Asana: Fast, Smooth, and Easy Communication
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is the best communication tool. It’s fast, easy to use, and runs smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it should be something simple, like background only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to connect with the whole team, and everything is clarified.

Intuitive UI with Great Collaboration, Needs Improved Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana has a very user-friendly UI. The collaboration tools are great, including app mentioning on specific tasks and messages. The ability to create task dependencies is really helpful, outlining the structure of work and tasks within a project. Portfolios allow me to organize all my work in one place and complete dashboard reporting efficiently. The initial setup of Asana was very easy, with a minimal training curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the workflow builder is not user friendly, and I struggle with the customization of the platform. Biggest challenge we have is permissioning. You know, making sure that our clients can't export our task list and share them with other organizations. I believe that that is a feature of our license, but it should be a feature across all different license offerings with Asana. Especially for smaller organizations, we cannot always afford the enterprise level subscription. So having more features in the basic subscription would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me organize tasks and keeps our team aligned. I value its collaboration tools, task dependencies for project structuring, and portfolios for organizing work and reporting.
Plenty of Integrations and an Easy-to-Follow UX
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are a lot of integrations to choose from and that, in general, the UX is easy to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that integrations were easier to use and that there were some additional features that made planning certain types of projects easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We struggled with knowing where projects were in different statuses but now can easily check in
Effective Task Management and Seamless Team Alignment with Asana
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to keep track of multiple projects at one time with Asana. It's helpful to track the time it takes to complete each task, preventing any projects from falling through the cracks. I appreciate how Asana allows multitasking and helps me keep track of different clients and where I am within each task. It's easy to set up despite having a lot of clients, which is convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t think of anything in particular that I dislike. It’s one of the better task platforms I’ve used for a company of this size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps align our team across departments, ensuring tasks are completed and passed efficiently. It allows me to keep track of multiple projects and multitask, so no projects fall through the cracks. I can track task completion times and client progress seamlessly.
