Strong structured time and task manager with helpful options
What do you like best about the product?
The variety in which you can create and use project boards that allow for real world solutions to scheduling planning and organization of multiple tasks, roles and people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t found a helpful stat tracker in asana to show completed work and progress over a time period. Anytime i’ve tried to use the features that do some of that, I receive errors from the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management, organization and inventory.
Manage your team's activities from the web
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an online platform where I can upload all my activities to manage them easily, it allows me to schedule dates, I can upload documents and I can also assign tasks to my team so I can finish the work faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that its web interface is not very customizable, it does not allow me to add funds, I also think that it does not have many statistical options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Asana we can focus on the activities that are important, it also keeps us organized and up to date with what we need to develop.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend this software because it is totally adaptable for any type of company and also has a free version with which you can start working comfortably.
Good Project Management System
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface - it quickly becomes second nature to add in additional tasks. The flexibility is also great. You can decide the type of structure you have to the tasks and sub-tasks, and change easily when required. It's very easy to adopt and get started. We have used it for 5-6 years and it is very stable, reliable and any changes are subtle improvements rather than structure/data breaking.
What do you dislike about the product?
We often use 3 levels of sub-tasks and it is a bit cumbersome clicking down through the tasks. It would be great to have an option to expand sub-tasks within the parent task list and have some visibility of how many sub-tasks are incomplete for any given task
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most business tasks and processes are defined with Asana. We have more structure and more rigour when completing and testing projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely give it a try. It's free and very easy to get started with. The biggest issue is working out how to use it for your business. Just try something then change it as soon as you think of another way of working.
Good Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great tool for team collaboration. It is very easy to use with friendly and beautiful interface, with quick buttons and etc. It is very simple in Asana to create task or project, to assign new user, give them permissions, receive notifications about tasks, project and thing done, scheduling tasks, managing watchers. Managing the task board is very simple and comfortable, dragging and adding sub tasks, organizing them. The interface of the application is great and very beautiful. Colors are brilliant. Asana can be integrated with other programs and it makes working in it very comfortable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be some training or tutorials for the new users, it would be great if one can easily study first steps in Asana with some tutorials. There is no more something special to say bad about Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing tasks and assigning it to my team is the main reason i use Asana. It is very helpful and makes my work simpler.

It is perfect program for people who are working in team or heading the team, Asana will help them very much. It will make their work day more comfortable.
Manage tasks with flexibility and productivity
What do you like best about the product?
It's one of those platforms that give you functions and tools that do their job. It also allows you to be connected with your co-workers and collaborate with their tasks as well, becomes a productive chain, organizes meetings, shares information, and overcomes the difficulties involved in organizing teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is an excellent platform for planning and coordinating everyone's work, without any complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used it to organize small events such as important meetings, and cultural activities of our company, it is designed to make the job enjoyable for everyone, it feels good and gives the best results.
Great software
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me know what to do when i need to do it by!! This is great because I'm very disorganized and i just need to keep things simple and know what needs to be done when.
What do you dislike about the product?
it looks quite dizzying lots of stuff everywhere if you're working on multiples things. Also- the comments can be a little confusing like bad email conversations try to figure out what's what.

it helps everyone stay on track- managers can see where everyone is, and who needs to pick ip slack

A Very Good Project Management Tool With Lot Of Functionality.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and its intuitive nature to create a dashboard, create a project description, assigning a member, creating subtask and list and deadlines. The UI is very clean and it can be integrated with email, other channels to get the notification and real-time updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its paid model is a little bit expensive and the free tier does not cover a lot of dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform is integrated with our internal CRM and emailing platform and also out slack channel.

Asana is great though and people should start with its free tier rather than going into full paid version.

What do you like best about the product?
The follow-up provided is one of the best in its category, as it facilitates group work. In addition to this the creation and assignment of tasks, notifications and that each person can enter to work no matter where you are, since it has a good mobile and web interface. It manages projects in a great way due to its high functionality. It contains an important quality that is to see and track the comments according to the task or project.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should have a better structure for the correction of errors, this would facilitate the operation. The free version is good but lacks features in which it could work better. Therefore you should consider the paid version, which is very good. Sometimes the search filter can be a bit overwhelming since you can not get exactly the destination that is required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an incredibly useful and effective tool for communication and exchange of information. The implementation of Asana helped solve many communication problems we had between teams around the needs, user stories, requirements, planned implementation and how the details fit, both large and small. My team is remote, so all our projects go to Asana for collaboration and project management.

Ideal for the management of programs and projects, since it allows personnel to collaborate in the programs and see what tasks each person is taking and their progress without having to reinvent the list of tasks each time. It is extremely simple to use in relation to other alternatives.

I love the ease of use. The interface is beautiful, easy to work with, and efficient.

It is a bit pricier than some competitors to get all the functions that make it awesome.

Great Task Management Tool to Increase Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can create tasks, share with colleagues, and even keep track of deadlines on calendars. This platform brings so many solutions together and makes the workflow simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing. The pricing is per month versus having a flat yearly rate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity and keeping track of tasks has become a no-brainer. Being able to create and share tasks, documents, and see them on a calendar with deadlines has helped me to organize better.
