I dislike nothing about asana . It’s very well a great organization method

Benefits we are having is well organized and keeps everything in order how needed to remember and keep track of

Its pretty self-explanatory which is great because it means less need to train people just to use it. a bit more robust compared to Trello
What do you dislike about the product?
if anything though, the only drawback would be it seems to lack reminders., if there is? then i have not seen it. but it needs to send automatic emails to remind people of their task if its close to being due or if its already overdue

Explore... a lot... there's some functions that you will need to discover... not everything is upfront

What do you like best about the product?
It has interesting features and useful for my jobs and tasks or projects. I found a little bit hard to use asana but I got used to it and I enjoy it very much. That's why I recommended to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be better if asana is connected to Facebook messenger. Because, people in this country is not very used to using Gmail. Messenger has been an only app they ise all the time so it would be great if we can connect with messenger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm now handling a project name d RecipeTube. It has many sub projects. We have video production and content production. So, with asana I gat to deliver the tasks and check out the whole process more efficiently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will be better if we can integrate with most used apps like Facebook.
I love Asana and now can't work without it!
What do you like best about the product?
I had never used a robust project management tool before I was asked to use Asana at my current employer. I now don't know how I'd maintain deadlines and project management without it. It allows me to assign tasks and deadlines easily to other team member, add followers to tasks so they are "in the know" and creates a clean to do list for me everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not snazzy designed interface like Monday, but that doesn't matter to me. I'd rather it work vs. be more asthetically pleasing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to create deadlines that I can sort by due date with today's date at the top of the list. It makes staying on track so easy! I also set recurring tasks for monthly customer deadlines, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy to use this software is in managing projects and sharing project documents via this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it can be easy to use this tool without many of the push notifications that are sent as system communiques.

Asana has helped me keep track of the multiple teams and projects that I am involved in both inside my department and in the community - all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't get the notifications set up right - you could alternately be overwhelmed with alerts or risk forgetting your assignments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross collaborations with organizations by using the same platform to upload and share documents and assignments that weren't possible before.

It's very easy to communicate with teammates via Asana.

Sometimes, it feels very rigid. I'd like to see more customization.

Previously, our team did not manage projects at all. We were really good at 'winging it'.

Have one person become an expert. Let them explore first.
Great Project Management system
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that you can do just about anything with it. Todo lists, workflow for content creators, even project management for large scale setups.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is only one extra feature not in the free version that I would use, and that's custom fields. I'd love to have the ability to add them to my free account without having to pay 120.00 a year for that one function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better organization skills and keeping track of large projects such as my content creating for youtube.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Know what you need it to do for you. This program isn't a simple Todo list maker so if that's all you are looking for then pick something else. If you want a full blown Workflow manager you are in the right place. I would also suggest you compare the different plans. Many of the people I know can get on just fine with the free subscription. Start there and upgrade if you have to.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Asana is to use. I used it at a nonprofit where not everyone was tech-savvy, but everyone was able to use it without issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints, except if you don't change your email settings, you will get a lot of emails from asana when there is activity on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It made projects very easy to navigate and structure. Before asana, my company did not use any project management software. This has been super helpful. You can assign tasks to others and create sub-tasks so you can fully dissect a project's needs.

Great for first-time project management.

I like having collaborative boards, as well as individual ones to track my own projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their "Daily Roundup" emails are annoying - until turned off :)
