Asna collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
You can easily collaborate the team with the help of this tool. This is very easy to use and you can arrange your task in project and team and also you can separate task using sections
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find anything here which I dislike even we can comment following with user name. And mentioned user will get the notification for every update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main issues was that we don't have any platform where we communicate update about task to our team members. We can easily assign task to the team members and they can mention their update using comments. Or also can nark as complete or can update due date.

If you're looking for a collaboration tool then Asana is the best for you as per my experience

What do you like best about the product?
Asana works well with the fact that there is a lot of information to keep track of, by allowing you to collapse your tasks within each other and not showing what you don't need.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the same reason as above, it is a lot to look at and takes awhile to understand. Sometimes it is hard to find tasks I have completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to put important tasks on a list and not come back to them until later. It is easy to keep track over time.

Keeps you honest and on track. Defines who is doing what and by when for all to see. Makes accountability hassle free. No excuse not to do your job.

Intuitive, clean and simple
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly like how intuitive the platform is. It didn’t take me long at all to get adjusted to using Asana

As far as task management software goes, I truly think this is the best there is. It’d be fun to see more options geared towards storing assets like files, etc

Increased visibility and accountability amongst different teams. Being able to see who created a task and everything that occurred from start to finish, with time stamps, is incredibly helpful

Definitely do a free trial at the very least and see for yourself how easy it is to navigate and how much easier it will make your day to day.
Simple and easy use with lot of features
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is the best project monitoring tool which I found,Main Feature of Asana is easy to use, It has simple user interface and clear path to access functions,And it have tutorials and video lesions,As a result we can only minutes to get knowledge about Asana,
As a project management tool Asana as a feature to assign my self too,It is very helpful to remember my day to day work with dead line,And also we can divide task to sub tasks it help to highly focus to work,And using Asana we can know about structure projects,Which level it been now?,What is the time frame and deadline ?,This tool has another feature call Conversations,We can use it for real time chatting ,problems discussing,ect.. Not only this things but also Asana has good reporting scheme and it has mobile app too..

Asana's task allocation has big issue ,We can't assign same task to more users,It mean if some task owner unable to attend that particular task,That task didn't happen ,Export and import features are very poor,That mean we can't import Ms Excel formats,Only we can do it with JSON and CSV,And also Asana have security issues ,Such as any team member can edit task,It haven't 2FA method ,Asana isn't free software some functions not allow to free version ,Such as some reporting,portfolios and workload and Share your custom views
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When We before use Asana all base on group chatting ,Whats-app groups,email conversation. By using this method we can't do task assigning ,work with time frame,Checking completed task ,ect....But when we start using Asana that all problems are fix,Now our company run smoothly with time base

Great project management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can choose if I want to view my projects in list form, board form or calendar. Sometimes I need visual and sometimes I need a easy list. This is perfect for someone like me that really tends to be both, but more visual. I like that I can also integrate other software with asana. It helps streamline my process and make it work for me instead of me having to do all of the work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not as happy with the fact that I can't automatically assign the tasks to multiple people. Currently you can duplicate the task and assign it to another person, but something I would just really like to assign 1 task to 2 people. Sometimes I just create a calendar with events and I want to be able to assign it to everyone on the team so that they can all get the alerts without having to create multiple tasks to do this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to have multiple calendars in one location which helps me manage them all easily. I also like that I can trigger my other calendar to add to trello as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are analytical then you would appreciate Asana's easy to use platform. However if you are visual this is great for you also. I find this is great for teams that are full of people who are both. This way everyone can work together productively.
Well designed and functional tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way everything is organized and designed. It let’s us be organized with different tabs, labels and categories; depending on the client and their needs. So I would totally recommend this awesome platform

I think the way previews are displayed needs a little work, they get lost in the thread

To have task and projects well organized so not to forget clients needs
With Asana it is extremely efficient to organize projects
What do you like best about the product?
Asana gives me notifications every time a project is updated, if there are many users who work at the same time, asana makes it easier for me to organize and improve productivity. With a new and easy-to-use interface, each tool is designed for users to maximize the scope of their work. Asana is also available for monitoring each project through our cell phone, so different users will be aware of the project thanks to notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have dislikes about Asana, I just want to see more features for tracing the number of multiple projects and various team members.There is also no good integration with MS Word but it’s no big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very simple to enter a task and share it with your team members. Plus, you can reference other tasks located in the app. I recommend Asana as it is a good tool for project management. You can also consider Pivotal Tracker, Trello, and Basecamp.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you wish to go with Asana, take some time out in the beginning to logically divide projects and tasks. This will help to shorten your lists in the long run and make them easy to manage.
