8/10 The Modern Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
One definite factor is Asana offers a free plan. Integrations with other apps are the name of the game for Asana. It gives several plugins that let the clients modify their projects to cater to their needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan does not provide access to all of the great features. Their projects can get complex or confusing. It only allows users to assign project tasks to only one person, so it cannot be used for team projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is with too many choices and settings to configure and a task can only have one assignee so to avoid any confusion regarding who is responsible Asana is highly recommended. It helps to repeatedly and carefully assign tasks to people.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
With Asana, users can track every task on every project that each team member is assigned to. But they cannot track the time the employees spent on each task unless they integrate it with third-party software for tracking time.

Great for teams
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a great resource for team. We used this recently with a team that worked different hours and were not always in the same office. Collaboration was easy and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the premium features are only available for paid accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software reduced redundancy on our team and increased our ability to quickly respond to changes.
Asana: A great task management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an excellent task management tool, allowing users and teams to keep track of to-do list items and assign these items to team members with due dates and relevant information included. It keeps to-do list items out of email where they are often easily lost. It integrates with a ton of different programs and is easy to integrate with mail (creating tasks via forwarding emails, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is not as useful as a project management tool that involves complicated and conditional to-dos. Traditional project management software such as MS Project handle these much better than Asana is capable of doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana increases productivity and efficiency by removing tasks from email and keeping them within an organized running to-do list that can be viewed in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely consider Asana for general business task management. The free plan may suit you, as it is relatively robust.
Excellent way to manage your tasks!
What do you like best about the product?
The calendar view is a great way to schedule out your top priorities for the day and week. It keeps me so organized. I can even see when I'm planning to do too much on one day and reshuffle my projects accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly love Asana and there's very little I would change. My only thing is that communicating with other team members isn't as easy as i would like. I wish there were easier ways to write down notes, questions, etc. based on tasks. and tag team members to answer them for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to keep sticky notes and paper lists filled with my to dos everywhere. I could never remember where I jotted down my reminders. Now I'm incredibly organized and never miss a deadline. My team always knows when to expect projects from me, and I know when to expect items from them.
Amazing software
What do you like best about the product?
It's an amazing software to manage team communication and projects. I love how it gives you notifications and keeps you up to date with everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really think there is anything I dislike. I think it's a pretty great software.

We used it to improve team communication and keep everyone in the loop.

I really like Asana because it allows me to add tasks to more than one project, I like it because it allows me to be aware of the tasks activities, I also love it because it has the ability to send me reminders of when tasks are due with a daily summary or weekly I like it because it allows me to attach files / URLs to tasks, which makes it easy for me to follow and I like it because it is fail to integrate it into other daily tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is a very complete tool, I consider it one of the most complete tools to carry out projects, so far I have not been able to witness any negative aspect regarding its functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Asana I have always been able to stay in constant organization, being daily connected to my work team, it has helped me not to miss the deadline of my projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are considering using Asana, do not think twice, it will help you to manage projects in a fast and fluid way, it has an excellent interface very easy to use, it will always keep you in constant communication with your work team in order to ask for opinions about your tasks.
Great user experience, ease of use, and delightful
What do you like best about the product?
Speed is fast, I can complete task in just few clicks, no hidden feature (everything is clear and easy to discover), and i love the UI and illustrations
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the list view. But they required me to see my tasks in that view. Is there any option to see it in Kanban way?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I struggle with the diversity of my task as a product person, and also the categorisation. Asana easy filtering and custom field made it easy for me to manage my task.
Asana is an easy to use team platform.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can have multiple views of your to-do lists, you can @ people and show deadlines on the calendar view. It is very helpful for team communication across the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that they changed the set-up so often because you get used to the display and then they change it and you have to get used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social Media scheduling, it is so much easier when you are working with someone to decide captions and images for approval in one area.
Essential Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of components and different team members involved in content creation at my organization, from copywriters to video editors to designers. Asana allows me to oversee what everyone is working on within a project, what progress they've made, and coordinate to review and publish content once it is ready.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be more user friendly. It took me a long period of consistent use to get a hang of the platform, and I'm still discovering new features and functions that I had yet to make use of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I heavily make use of the "Add to project" feature to ensure that every task is in front of the people who need to see it - for example, if there is a graphic that needs to be designed for social media, I can not only put it into our social media content calendar but also into our design assets request list. This aids in keeping everything in one place to prevent congestion, and also prevents instances of duplicate tasks being created.
