" A perfect collaborative software"
What do you like best about the product?
Amazing feature of this tool is that we can invite upto 15 members free to our organization which is a good thing. One can track all the progress of their work in one platform by this and one can say bye to all those mails, calls etc by using this. Also the interface is clean and simple which is quite fast and take no time to load. Also we can set option of reoccurring tasks for things which must be completed monthly like payroll imports etc. I like this software well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the price of this tool is very high and needs a mid range pricing tires for entrepreneur for taking advantages of pro level features. Also one of the things that I not liked is that while marking the completed task if you mark multiple tasks which sometimes updates lists and shifts a bit so you can click wrong one. That's it about this. Moreover I like this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization is using this for manage our daily tasks. Now their is no need to send mails and chats to our members , Asana organize everything by companies objectives.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
However it is a collaborative tool for me. One can manage tasks by this software and track the real time progress of his company which helps and eases a lot.

Asana is a beautiful project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Asana has made our company more efficient. You can assign tasks and give deadlines. You can make substasks and people things on a Kanban board.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how, if you are following so many tasks, it's easy to get lost. It also floods your email inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is used for task management, as well as project management.

I love Asana, I would highly recommend this to other people.
A Very Intuitive Collaboration Software
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is very user friendly. You simply click a task, and you can update it on the lower right side of the screen. Click another task, and you still edit it on the same spot. There's no loading time at this point, and you don't even need to read the help articles in order to begin updating your tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes scrolling down to find a specific task to update can be a chore. Trello's horizontal boards and horizontal scrolling are more beneficial in this aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my experience, no, I have not encountered any problems with Asana except for the vertical scrolling problem I defined above. It also helped me streamline my workday by showing me a list of tasks I need to do, all in one page.

Asana helps me to stay organized and focus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Make sure you pay attention to keeping items private if you use Asana companywide. I’ve run into issues not knowing what is shared or not shared.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me to stay organized and on task. If I feel that I am unsure what action item I need to be working on, I just open up my Asana and direct my attention to the task at the top of the list. Asana also helps me keep track of ongoing items that have future due dates.
Truly an all-in-one work management software
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite things about Asana are their beautiful Gantt charts. Overall, it's incredibly easy to use and the interface is awesome. Recently they've rolled out automation, which makes life really easy. I like their task management, calendar, and templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. I wish they had a few native tools to prevent having to integrate – like a time tracker – but they make integrating pretty easy, so no big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management, task management, agile workflows, sprint planning, process management, and more. It makes work really easy.
The best option to visualize your projects
What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows interaction between team members in the development of projects, I like that it is structured on boards where it is easier to organize things, it also has an option that sends notifications when there is a change or if it is about to expire a draft.
What do you dislike about the product?
A disadvantage is that it has a limit in its free version since it only allows 15 people to be included in the system, if I want to attach more users, you must pay something additional, apart from that I don't like that it is only available on the web, it does not have a version desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the benefits that I have had with Asana, in addition to its excellent performance, has been to be able to create my account directly with my Google user, since I did not have to answer a lot of questions that other programs normally require.

I highly recommend Asana to manage any type of project, it allows you to know the real state of the tasks and see completely everything that is being done.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Asana is that it is able to help optimize on time to focus on the goals at the task at hand. It helps divide up tasks so that the employees know what they need to do and what they have left to do. The plans were easy and there were options. We can pick any plan a try before actually buying the whole thing. There were also tools that were more than the app itself, and that was really cool and very useful to the teams in the company but also the people joining the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that it is a very complicated tool. It was a huge curve to pick up. There were also bugs that I did not like. This UI was also not looking nice. It is also very pricy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving of how to divide work amongst the users so that people can do their work efficiently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend people to learn about the product. They should know what they are doing with it and make sure to know the in's and out's. IT SAVES A LOT OF TIME. They should also be proactive in other stuff too like Skype and Outlook. If they do this, then everybody will use the tool properly. Make sure that everyone in the company is on board with the tool, else it will be a waste of everyone's time.

What do you like best about the product?
Concluding, checking and finishing a task with Asana is one of my favorite activities, it's the best feeling. It's great to be able to add slopes and activities as well as share my content without the need to use other software or things like that, it's also great to see how they added the list of recent employees, it's very helpful not to look one by one and move on to find out their information. Asana is reliable and secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the software needs improvements in the calendar, in addition to deadlines could do something more complete to interact and look more at the process of tasks in time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leading a team with all the necessary tools has been the best with Asana, I can animate the process and be aware of things without seeming congested.

This software is ideal for you to manage your projects and harmoniously coordinate a teamwork, I recommend to configure your calendar properly.
Asana keeps my tasks and projects organized
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is easy to navigate and has an intuitive interface. The search feature functions well so its hard to lose anything. Forms have helped to standardize incoming requests. The ability to switch between list and board views within projects helps speed up some bulk actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bulk uploads can be a bit tricky. When setting task dependencies, it only allows you to select from the last ~10 tasks that were created/edited. For a while, Asana allowed the use of Portfolios, which increased how organized our team's space was, but then they revoked that feature so we lost any progress made there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team uses Asana to track projects, plan and assign sprint tasks, and organize incoming team requests.
Way for me to be organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to be more organized at work. I can save my files or document to do lists for the day and it is easily accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like that I cant share my documents as easily as I can with google suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every day of work I had to come up with a daily schedule for my interns to complete. I also had to utilize asana for my weekly to do list. It was definitely beneficial.

Use Asana for any weekly projects or to do lists to get done. It is easily accessible.
