Excellent for Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
Adding tasks is quick from the app. It's easy to manage your projects from start to finish with everything being easy to enter and keep track of.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see a way to use the software to see more than 1 task that's due on the same day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The home view seems to be a cluttered mess of all your tasks instead of more organized. One benefit I've found is the more time management way to use the program. Like it will say Today, Later or Upcoming and I don't feel so overwhelmed thinking the next part is due when it isn't.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it for yourself especially if you have a problem organizing multiple projects with multiple tasks.
Great Way To See Progress On Projects

The level of detail + customization it allows for creating projects, sub-projects, tasks, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar feature isn't included in the free version. But the first pricing tier seems too much of a step up to commit. Seems they should have something in the middle.
Also, access/privacy capabilities are inconvenient at times.

As someone who was new to this type of collaboration tool, I was still able to understand the tool after using it and exploring it a bit more. Yet, it is still complex enough for larger organizations’ needs. I enjoyed that it also had free/cheaper options for smaller organizations.

I like how much graphic user interface is present. It does not feel very manual and it is very visual. I especially like the timeline feature and ability to create templates.

There are still some manual processes such as guesstimating how much time a task will take even if new tools exist to help distribute that workload once defined.

Ever since we switched with Asana, managing tasks has become seamless. You can set due dates, you can set priorities and you can use tags, etc. Everyone was able to learn the tool in no time. I like that you can just focus on your tasks, but still able to see everyone's progress when you need to.

I pretty much don't have any problem with the tool other than the number of notifications coming in. I hope there's a setting where you can choose what projects can you get notifications on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our output rate doubled because we can now focus on the actual tasks rather than the tracking which could take forever.
