What do you like best about the product?
Excellent tool for teamwork, it speeds up the process and saves a lot of time, you no longer have to walk to plan meetings or manage information via email, Asana handles the entire process. It offers greater performance and productivity by managing and scheduling all tasks for the members. The easy way to manage projects and assign tasks and activities to each member. What do you dislike about the product?
You can expand your design in a better and more pleasant way, so that it is more attractive to users. This is the detail I have found so far, because it seems to me that it is a very comprehensive tool that meets the objectives of our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization implemented the tool in all departments because it is one of the few tools in the technology world that has global and necessary functions for any work activity. Asana helps us with project management; through it, we assign each team member the tasks and activities that need to be carried out to execute the projects. Additionally, with it, we can carry out all the planning before starting a project, allowing us to know the available resources for its execution. This tool allows us to use it from anywhere outside the organization because we can implement it on our mobile devices.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps us manage the workflow, organize tasks, and delegate tasks. I mainly use it for delegating. Overall, I am very happy. The interface is clean, simple, and smooth. There is no waiting time or loading on any page, which I consider a very important requirement in any software, especially task management software. It is intuitive, easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no good solution for time tracking. There is no good hierarchy option for organizing tasks. It is not built with daily tasks in mind, but rather focuses more on projects. However, its simple interface makes it easily usable for any task you need. The chat is almost real-time, but not real-time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana every day, and it's the first thing I turn on in the morning. I can check its inbox to see if there are any urgent issues or communications (if I hadn't already seen it in the app), and then execute my tasks as I have set them up. My projects are listed in the order that makes sense to me, and the tasks are scheduled, communications, files, etc., all available at a click. It even talks to Toggl, so I can track my time effortlessly. As a one-person agency, I've been able to accomplish much more work with Asana than if I had tried to manage everything the traditional way. Before using Asana, I tried to manage projects, services, and other communications via email, tags, etc., but there's no comparison. If you transition to Asana, you will be a better coordinator, project manager, business person, etc. It won't be able to help you.

Asana is a very capable project coordination platform. It customizes very easily to fit my individual workflow and is extremely intuitive.

It is a perfect software I consider that there is nothing wrong, quite the contrary there are only good things in Asana.

He used Asana because we had always had drawbacks for teamwork, but everything changed since we installed Asana now is easier to work, managing projects is easier and comfortable, in addition asana is very easy to configure and quickly you can start using it and get the most out of time and your team.

I recommend it because since I use it our work team now works much better, is more efficient and effective, with the help of Asana is easier and we work as a single team, since we use it now we work as a single team.

When I started at helpshift my team was tracking their projects in a google sheet. As we grew it was harder to manage and get visibility into their projects but with Asana everything is totally transparent and I can always check in on the status of a project and keep work flowing!

I wish the portfolio feature was automatically shared with people on my team.

It is very friendly and easy to use, it was my first application to manage and control the activities in my agency and it was very useful We really did not use any software and this was the first one we used to manage projects, it was an excellent start to start using it and to manage customer time and deliveries

What I dislike most after three or four months, the application became easy, and we need something more sophisticated for the task group and appointments, also to communicate in the chats.

Select and manage the tasks by area and the person in charge of each activity. It really was a problem for us that we said a lot of dead lines to our costumers and we forget so many times what was the date because all the things was comunicated in a chat of whatsapp

What do you like best about the product?
We appreciate the detail that will be included in the updates and have learned to communicate more with fewer words. By changing your approach to tasks, you let people know where you stand on things without them having to reach out to you. We like the fact that you can alert everyone by task individually to keep key stakeholders informed. It's also easy to add or remove these alert recipients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it enforced easier with Outlook or Gmail. I'd like for it to be easier to send tasks from email to attitude. The only grievance we've got is creating additional options obtainable within the base product. A number of the additional widespread options are upgrades costing a larger investment. Quarterly credit card charge would be appreciated.

I use posture for my personal chaotic list. Previously, the entire sales team used posture for project management and to keep tasks on the right track. To my knowledge, it's not being used by the entire organization. It addresses the business problem of keeping everyone accountable and on the same page.

Asana keeps you on the right track and helps you organize tasks and to-dos. I like that you can easily see what you've previously worked on and accomplished. It's less suitable for teams who are very active within their email, like Outlook, and prefer to use the Tasks function already in their email software. Asana is beneficial to teams and helps projects be completed on time.
