Asana is great project management platform.
What do you like best about the product?
It offers the team board view, time tracking, Gantt/timeline view, mobile access, etc. Straightforward to understand the functionality of asana project management tools. It is flexible for large scale team size and easy to monitor the project. Simple to filter the tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard the export the documents in excel format and need to have the simplicity in exporting the documents functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helps to organize the projects in simplified way, simple to understand the features of the asana project management tool. It is extremely versatile to configure as per your requirements.

It is nice platform to use in your project and you could configure as per your needs. You should use it in your project.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an online and manageable to-do list. It is great for keeping track of to-do list items, who will do them, and by when. There are many opportunities for integrations with other 3rd party applications, allowing you to vastly expand the software's capabilities or to automate certain features - something that definitely comes in handy. It also shows workload for different individuals, allowing you to know who is doing what.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not provide time tracking, or other features that are available on other platforms. There is an allowance for integrations, which allow you to have access to features like this though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to keep track of to-do list items and task management for a small team and for certain projects that require many different action items.

What do you like best about the product?
Project management. The approach allows anyone to prepare their arrivals and break them down into subtasks. Responsibility. Having the ability to interrupt between tasks and assign due dates, the United Nations agency is responsible, etc. is incredibly useful. The approach sends reminders to the project owner to help keep everyone on task and facilitates tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inbox feature is often an overwhelming touch if you work with an attitude simply from its project boards and only check it sporadically. It would be nice if it were automatically cleared once a project/task was marked as completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is used in several departments. My departments manage our overall work attitude and collaborate with other departments. It allows North American countries to manage deadlines and responsibilities to ensure work is completed on time. We tend to jointly keep track of the latest ideas so that we always have a record of them to refer back to. Although they are not pursued, they have just been threatened with being forgotten as other priorities arise. The attitude keeps them alive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is well-suited for a company whose staff operates remotely from each other. It is also well-suited for organizations that will have multiple arrivals at once, with many schedules and deadlines. We anticipate that the attitude the organization has provided has been the key to our success.

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing platform, the user-interface is super friendly and creating/managing tasks has never been so issue, the best feature is the fact due dates can be added in order to keep track, and these due dates can be received via notifications on your mobile as well!

Nothing at all, this platform is absolutely amazing and is an essential part of my day-to-day

Asana has helped me stay organized but also to learn how to properly manage my tasks and keeping track as well

It is a valuable work tool, although it is not so simple to execute it at the beginning it requires expertise and persistence then you realize its benefits are worth the pena.

Asana is a really great tool, it is very complete and easy to use, I like it a lot because it has a very intuitive interface helps me a lot to be organized when managing my projects and to be in constant communication with my work team. I like it a lot because it has good functions in a fluid and comfortable way to perform my tasks. I also like it because it allows me to attach files as well as track my projects and notify me when they expire, I feel very satisfied with their service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Based on my experience with the daily use that I give to Asana, I consider it as a fairly complete and fluid tool and thanks to its constant updates I have not been able to predict any malfunction therefore I have no negative comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Asana, it has helped me to stay more organized when doing my tasks, it has allowed me to organize in a more efficient way offering me an easy-to-use service, now I consider myself a more responsible man since it allows me to always know the deadline of my projects.

Asana I highly recommend it because it is a fairly easy tool to use, it has given me an excellent experience through which I give you, if you are looking for a tool to manage projects, that has a good interface, that allows you to organize and increase your productivity Asana is the indicated tool. Great Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like making projects in the board style. I create one for each month, weekly tasks with recurring dates on them, etc. It helps me stay organized, but also helps ensure my team can look and be up to date on the types of things I am testing/working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could archive boards within a project instead of the whole project itself!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
See above. Mostly I am solving for my execs being super busy and not always having time to know what I am working on. Asana helps to give them that insight, and helps me stay super organized in all my tasks.
Asana is an extremely flexible tool for task oversight and project planning.

The timeline view is the most useful feature of asana for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The unrestricted design makes it difficult to figure out how to structure your team's tasks and projects, however, this is easily mitigated by reading through the Asana tutorial articles.

Our team has managed to create and streamline our marketing schedule so that it is easily accessible and simple to follow for the whole team.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is great for task management. It allows you to create tasks, assign them to users, and create a deadline. We use this platform for all of our team members to keep track of work load and who is doing what by when. It is also useful for our sales team to use when creating tasks necessary to our sales pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version does not offer as many features as I would have hoped, though this makes sense. There are additional features within the paid version. One feature that is lacking, however, is anything tied to cost of projects, budgeting, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of creating, assigning, and executing tasks with out team.

Asana is awesome! If you are looking for a task management tool then consider using Asana. Even the free version offers a variety of features.

I love how much Asana has helped me manage my large-scale projects. I like that with Asana I have been able to be much more organized, because its intuitive interface and its intelligent functions have allowed me to manage all my work in a much more efficient way. I like being able to track my projects through the Asana panel, and I like that I never suffer failures thanks to its good optimization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana has represented for me a strong difference in project management, since its functions have brought me excellent fluidity and an improvement in productivity, and since the use I have not witnessed any failures ... so I have no bad comments on the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has allowed me to improve my daily, monthly and annual productivity and that of my entire work team, as it helps me to keep a constant monitoring and follow-up of all work activities and tasks. Asana has helped me assign reminders, allowing me to be more attentive and organized about what I have pending. Asana has definitely helped me to be much more responsible and efficient.

If you are looking for professional software that allows you to manage each of your projects in a really interesting and intuitive way through an attractive interface, Asana is what you are looking for! Its availability on multiple platforms will allow you to be present in the realization of your projects from anywhere ... you will not regret using it.
