What do you like best about the product?
This program is a successful approach to schedule and monitor the production processes of apps, and I am satisfied with this tool. Favoring the systematization, assessment, requirements, demands and marketing of the work in a variety of configurations such as task lists, graphics, drawings and times in order to create a software makes a good way for group members of work to collaborate efficiently. It enables me to handle and to direct the specifications of the volume of work which may be allocated for software design leadership and the time for each task allocated to this scheme with the joint team schedule. This is a marvelous tool for helping members of work teams with their network of feedback, inputs, ideas, sharing of information on task operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my working practices the software is a complex, aggressive and collaborative method, so I have no negative point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is an excellent tool for specific projects that allows it inclusive in terms of: consistency, equity, balance and unity required for the workload to be delegated to a particular project and its staff. Asana is an excellent work method. It is very useful to facilitate performance which enables the members of the team to visually verify the tasks and feasible excesses.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I suggest undertaking this requirement for the software area and tracking of the work team tasks which must be carried out in the previously established time periods.

mainly we shared files and documents. and it has group chat so I able to connect with different project group in the same platform

What do you like best about the product?
I like this application because it offers me the possibility of working in an integrated way with the digital marketing team my activities of: market strategies in digital media, data collection, landing page optimization, online advertising campaigns, proposals, and management and implementation of pay per click campaigns.
It improves the development of my activities allowing me to organize the occupations of market strategies in digital media as if it were a project being able to distribute each task, subtasks and procedures on boards so that team members can visualize and participate in the purposes of it.
It makes digital marketing activities easier because it provides the option of assigning job or occupation managers is a wonderful way for the entire marketing team: Content Manager, Community Manager, Social Media Strategist, Web Analysts, Designers, and Programmers web know your responsibilities.

The application is extremely interesting and with applicability for the organization, distribution and assignment of digital Marketing activities in working groups in an effective and efficient way with positive results in situations that merit the location of my projects in one place; allowing the advancement and development of the purposes, instantaneously for any activity. It is of benefit and performance allows to have a broad perspective of the occupations, functions and purposes of the members of working groups benefiting and assisting equity, cooperation and decision making.

I recommend the application because it is appropriate to work in a team all phases of digital marketing activities from the beginning until the delivery of the service.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very helpful and is well organized and easy to digest for new users. You can stagger your "board" with assorted tasks and create tier them with steps. There are great outlines that they provide to you, but you can almost treat it as if it is your own sandbox and do what you want with it. I love that kind of app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations seem to be quite difficult and if you are trying to collapse multiple instances into one Salesforce account, it becomes quite a headache.
Like all apps, engaging your team to use the product is a key part of being successful with the tool. The fact that integrations are a little difficult to merge correctly, make that piece just a little more difficult.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a start up moving at the speed of light, we needed a tool to track multiple departments projects and stay up to date all in one place. Asana helps us quite a bit with that!
As an example, we have a Services team that runs their project management out of asana while the CS team manages through other products. When they meet, Asana is an easy to digest tool that allows the CS team to easily digest what stage the Services team is and give our clients estimated project completion dates that can be a trusted source for that information.

Anyone looking for a project management tool should be looking at a couple key factors. Ease of use and carefully organized structure. Asana passes the test with flying colors. Our Services team swear by it and you can see the efficiency with the completion of tasks ahead of schedule.

Logical, easy-to-use interface, Asana is very user-friendly. Asana has a clean, modern easy-on-the-eyes interface. Asana makes every work day easier!

I have to sign in each day. This is a minor annoyance, but otherwise I can't really complain about my Asana experience. I would definitely recommend Asana to others.

Asana is great for task management. I mostly use Asana to track and complete daily tasks that I need to schedule ahead of time. With Asana, I can easily collaborate with my co-workers.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is quite intuitive, doesn't require any training and the help menu is quite robust. There are multiple ways of looking at your task list.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that if I create sections within a project, that I cannot sort on task date within a section, just on the project as a whole. This is really an irritant since it forces me to drop and drag the activities within a section into date order manually.

Asana helps me keep track of the myriad of items that I need to follow up on. It helps make sure that I don't drop the ball on anything important.

My only non-negative point but if the prices are observed, from 10 dollars per user, I would like it to be a more accessible price since in my company there are more than 100.
