Asana is a unique PMS used to manage small projects
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an easy to use project management system. It can be used to manage small projects. It has nice interface which allows users to manage tasks and updates quickly.
The reports and the user management options are good as well.

The interface looks good wit Asana and has the options to manage data well. The reporting may need some more functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps managing the client projects to get done in the proper way. It let users follow the defined process which helps getting the projects done timely.
A great start for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
The options to create your own fields to track is amazing. Additionally, the cross collaboration within Asana save you from sending separate IM or emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the interface can be intuitive, it's very easy to get lost in the navigation. In many cases, it took a considerable amount of time to find what was within what, where to track and what views provide the information we are looking for. Please note, this can very well be user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solves our teams project management needs. We accurately realized our project resources and best ways to deputize team members.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great starting place for project management once your team uses it effectively. In the beginning you may be investing more time to effectively navigate the software. Be sure to the Asana trainings and get your team into a rhythm on how the tool is going to be used.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a great ally for specific tasks and complex projects when it comes to organization, in terms of equity, balance, coherence and team harmony necessary for the demand of a specific activity in the staff. This is a drag and drop so it is easy to use. Moving items to different status is straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information for tasks is deep into the item and it is tough to follow conversations about each of the task when they get long. There is a bit of a steep learning curve that we are still working out as a new client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software is an efficient approach to scheduling, and tracking the production, flow and process of work, I am really good with Asana. It positively influences the commercial demands of the work on a business level, with included tools of task lists, graphics, drawings so that in the team a harmonious and timely collaboration is achieved.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I can manage and keep track of activities, assignments and edits. It is also a good method for exchanging ideas and contributions. For straight forward projects it a good tool. For complex ones may be noisy with info to find.
Coordinate large teams with Asana!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana provides enhanced community coordination. Assignments and subgoals I may make. Asana always encourages me to assign responsibilities to my colleagues and lets us boost our team's efficiency. My departments are aware of who cares for the projects and I can monitor the activities already done. Every assignment can be timely so that my staff can work more quickly and effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The displays for subtasks are not as enjoyable and I need to press on them separately if you really want to show subgoals. The performance of finished assignments is also not calculated. I couldn't won't see the time and date of my previous tasks. Therefore, sometimes the accomplished assignments are not in the right portion. The design of my project prototype is a bit difficult and does not encourage me to construct repetitive assignments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is amazing help because it helps me, and allows me do it more effectively, to personalize and write every single company. I can see incredible results instantly in my job, as the mixture and interaction structure of the company is required. Such program will make my team more effective.

For a company, this commodity is scalable. It has features that my colleagues and I can use as it incorporates abilities to meet our requirements. I provided adaptability to my job through the use of this platform and can increase our company's efficiency. The program also promotes a stable head office management framework that help all in the business.

the timer extension updates which makes it fussy

I like the level of organization this software gives to the company.

The only thing that I find bothersome is that sometimes the refresh rate is slow when adding new tasks.

Asana is offers the Extensive User Interface to manage the project tasks and easy to sort out the project tasks hence we could simple to understand how much tasks is pending and how much tasks are completed.

We have no comments as of now and it is great tool to manage the tasks.

We could using this product on daily basis to manage the project tasks and we can also download the project reports such as Burn Down and Burn Up Charts.
